Blue Marlin Villas

This is my second visit to Blue Marlin, and I am sure it won't be the last. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very attentive. The view, the waves lapping nearby, all contributed to another memorable experience. An absolute haven and totally worth the drive down to Treasure Beach. If you haven't booked it as yet, you are really missing out on an extraordinary experience.

We visited Blue Marlin Villas in June and had the most incredible time! We were greeted with fresh juice and the staff was extremely hospitable. The villa had tons of amenities, our kids played pickle ball, swam in the beautiful pool that was cleaned daily, gorgeous grounds to walk and explore, and a beautiful beach. The staff was so nice and accommodating, the house was kept very clean, we spoke with the staff about meals and everything they cooked was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed all the different spaces to enjoy meals as a big group. The rooms were extremely comfortable, nice cold A/C and everyone slept well. Sandy and Karen are wonderful hosts and are available for anything you need. Highly recommend Blue Marlin Villas, its an incredible place and I promise you'll make wonderful memories there!||||

I recently returned from my third stay at Blue Marlin & Cocina so I clearly love it!--how couldn't you! If you truly want to get away from "it all", there really is no better place. The villa is remote for sure, but I love the drive. Stopping along the way for soup or roadside food is part of the journey while seeing this beautiful country.||||Once there, Blue Marlin has THE BEST stretch of beach I've come across in Jamaica & I've been just about everywhere in the country. What makes it the best, is not just the size and comfort but the fact that we basically had it to ourselves for every trip. There are very few other tourists around and its fun to walk down the beach and meet some of the local fishermen and have a drink.||||The house(s) are lovely. Not fancy and they shouldn't be but they are beyond comfortable and spacious. Perfect for indoor/outdoor living on the beach. Most of our evenings were spent on the porch of Blue Marlin before retiring for bed but our days were spent under the incredible beach front cabana--4 hammocks, lounge chairs...why would you ever be anywhere else?||||The house staff could not be better. They are all so friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing--be sure to mix it up with a lot of local Jamaican food (calalloo with every meal for me). ||||I have nothing but positive things to say about my time at BM. I've been there with friends and family for special occasions and for no reason at all. No matter what, you are made to feel so special and welcomed and most importantly relaxed!

We have been to Treasure Beach three times now, and have stayed at Blue Marlin twice. The staff does a great job of making your experience truly luxurious. The meals are amazing; lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh fish and lots of local specialities. The house is comfortable and easily lived in. We especially love the ocean breeze that permeates. The grounds are well kept and have plenty of space for even the largest group. The gazebo has 3 hammocks and lots of shaded sitting areas for afternoon naps. We can't recommend this place enough. Once you've arrived, it's an effortless stay. I come off this trip more than any other feeling relaxed and revived.

I was privileged to spend a week at Blue Marlin with my large family, and if I could live the rest of my days there I would. It is just amazing! The staff was incredible and accommodating to our house full of children and adults, and the beach is just breathtaking. We feasted and relaxed and had tons of fun! The privacy is priceless, especially coming from NYC, and it's such a treat to take a nap on a hammock under the cabana in the ocean breeze. I have spent time at Blue Marlin and Coquina in the past, and it is definitely my "get away" of choice. I can't wait to get back!

We had a fabulous weekend at Blue Marlin Villa. The staff were friendly, helpful and the cooking was outstanding. Set in a less traveled part of Jamaica, Grand Bay is tranquil and beautiful offering a quiet yellow sand beach and clear water that shelves gently for swimming and relaxing. No rocks or seaweed!||The villa itself is comfortable with a well-appointed veranda and pool deck; beautiful views of the beach, sea and sunset along with a glass of wine ... perfect!. The grounds are extensive and well kept; there is pickle ball for the energetic, which is bags of fun.||Relax, kick back ... read your book ... we'll be back!

We took a group of nursing students to study abroad and stayed a tthe BLue Marlin VIllas January 3 through January 11, 2020. We arrived late, after 20 hours of travel , and were greeted by the manager with peppermint scented wash clothes to refresh ourselves. The entire week was wonderful. The accomadations were well maintianed, comfortable and relaxing. The food served was amazing. The staff, the chefs, Masha and Ann, Micheal, the groundkeeper, the secuirty team, the manager Karen were professional kind approachable , and so very nice! They provied us with a great expereince, working with our group and giving suggesions as to places to go, setting up on site souvinir shopping expereince, providing us contacts for rleiable transportation to Black River and the Pelican Bar. We left feeling like the staff were friends! The grounds were beautiful, well maintained, clean, secure, beautiful and relaxing! We are inthe process of planning our Janaury 2021 trip and plan on staying at the Blue Marlin Villas once again!

We stayed at Coquina for a week and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It was our privilege to have Marsha, Rachel, Waydon "Coffee Man", Michael , Karen and all the staff of Coquina taking care of us. The Pickle Ball court was a nice surprise.
