I had never tried this place until recently- and now I wish I never did. I went in open-minded, and hoped for at least a decent burger. Right off the bat, the menu...they have a list of burgers, all around $5 or $6, but none of them have descriptions. This would be fine if the name of the cheeseburger is just "cheeseburger", but they have a few with "creative" names that I'm still not sure what's in them. Also, there's nothing above the list of burgers that says"comes with fries" or anything....so I asked, and they don't! $5 or $6 for a burger and I don't even get fries with that? Must be a special burger! So we went ahead and got an order of curly fries for the table to share, for about $2.80. I ordered the grilled onion burger. As I waited for my food, I noticed other people's orders coming out, and that's when I started to get worried. The portions were TINY. Like, little kid portions. I was there with a few people, and we had planned on just splitting the order of curly fries, as we figured a $2.80 order would be a good size...we were wrong. Our food finally comes out and the only word I can think of to describe it is "pathetic". The burger was eh. The onions were not caramelized, translucent, or even grilled...they were basically just warmed. For the price, the burger was a bit too small and mediocre. The curly fries? Our full order of curly fries came out on a little oval plate, and there were about 20 little curly fry bits in a little pile...not even enough to cover the bottom of the plate. Wow. This plate was only about 6in by 3in...we were confused about the portion size, so we asked the waitress if they had given us a full portion of fries, and she confirmed that we were indeed looking at a full order. We did not get one full curly fry, either. Just a bunch of bits and pieces. Like I said, pathetic. We finished our meal, paid, and left still hungry. I would definitely skip this place, and go to Sonic instead. You'll be getting better food for a better price.
