Nice atmosphere, our waiter, Conner was excellent and friendly. He was great. The food was at best, mediocre. It was our first visit and will return in the hopes that the menu items will improve. Cocktails were also excellent.

Google
Great experience. They let you pick your own Tent site if you are early enough and it isn’t crowded. I definitely recommend camping here. I also tried the restaurant out and it was really amazing and fairly priced.

Google
Blue Mountain has the most vertical of any ski resort in Pennsylvania. We hiked to the top today and had a great time making our way up the trail from the base. There were also a ton of mountain bikers at the resort today, too, so this must be a great place to downhill bike as well.

Google
1st time I camped here I had am amazing experience but the 2nd time I had a bad experience so im giving this place 2 and half star. We rented Camp group site C for and bought firewood and charcoal and used there BBQ grill. I spent totel of about 1000$ for a 1 night camping experience. For a large group. First off, The view was amazing. ( could of been better) The service at the front office is amazing. The camp ground workers are horrible and lazy. The security and camp ground police are amazing and respectful. I felt very safe. Things that PISSED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! Right in front of the camp tents are 2 giant trailers ruining the entire view. I asked the camp ground workers to move it and they said no because they cant move them. So now I paid 700 bucks to stare at trailers all day long when I could of stared at the mountain and nature. Also when we were playing infront of the tents, we had to crawl under the trailers to get the ball and Frisbee. It was annoying to deal with. They could of parked it anywhere else. Even 15 feet to the left and it would of made the world of a difference. The portable bathroom that they had near the site was extremely Dirty!!!!!! You can tell no one cleaned it in weeks. No toilet paper and pee everywhere. We just drove to the base of the camp to use the bathrooms at the office. The ziplining and rope course and summer adventure stuff opens at 10 and close at 4!!!!! Which means after we checked in at 3pm we couldn't even do the activities except for taking the lift up the mountain. This place is designed for people who go camping for multiple days. Not good for camping 1 night!!!!! The garbage bins were clean and the campfires were nice and organized. The grass was cut good. The tents were beautiful. Showers were clean. The parking lot is spacious. The view from the Summit was amazing. The stargazing at night was breathtaking. Overall I was going to give it 2 stars but because I had a good experience the first time I gave it 2 and half stars. The camp ground workers ruined the experience for us. I wish I could of went to another camping resort and tried other place instead of this place.

Google
We came here for mountain biking race. The event was well organized. It was different to see it in the Fall. My family used to come here in winters and skied so many times that it has a dear spot in my heart. Now we have another reason to visit it!

SD

Google
seemed to be a great spot for the winter with a lot of outdoor space/ bar area right on slopes. Food was just okay for the price. Would recommend if at mountain

Google
Blue Mountain Resort is a fantastic winter destination with plenty of activities for all ages. The skiing and snowboarding trails are well-groomed, offering options for beginners and experienced riders alike. The lifts are efficient, and the staff is friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights of our visit was the tubing area. There are three hills dedicated to tubing, and unlike many other resorts, they were not crowded at all. This meant little to no wait time, allowing us to go down the slopes multiple times without long lines. The runs were fast and exciting, making it a perfect activity for families and groups looking for some winter fun.

Google
We camped as a family of 4 and a dog in the Basic Camping area. Good size pitch for our tent, good amenities, beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. We took the scenic lift ride which was great, time of year made it so there was no wait for anything. Very helpful staff at check in, the gift shop staff were a little miserable which is a shame, but they didn't impact our experience.

Arcelia V.

Yelp
five for The attraction are wonderful but the food court is disappointing because 1 thing was dirty and not hot chocolate, only black coffee , Chicken tenders tastings like burn mea. I will recommend to bring it your own food.

Yelp
Skied here for 2 consecutive days with my wife and 4 kids. We had a good time overall. I will likely come again. There was not significant natural snowfall, so the entire mountain's snow surface was made by man. It was dry, but you could feel the weight of the "snow" on the turns. Not too many ice patches overall. There were some places where the snowboarders ground off all the snow and there was only the ice base left. The spots were avoidable if anyone knows how to turn and keep speed in check. Since temperatures dropped on the second day, the blowers were on in the evening. It was not too much to go through. Sometimes the lift lines were long, but I would choose one that was running more quickly. Thankfully there are three big ones at the Valley Lodge. There's always something to ride on the mountain. I didn't see any ski patrol on the mountain at all except for the end of the 2nd day. Thankfully the snow boarders weren't behaving like donkeys on our trip. I saw somebody get hurt on Burma Road. There was no one to alert in the emergency building at the bottom of the trail. It was unlocked but there was no one inside. There was no way to call for any help if your cell phone goes down like mine was.

Yelp
I love that the parking is free unlike Camelback. There are so many slopes. But when I came, the condition is icy. The directions to different slopes and lifts were limited, when the map couldn't help. It was not beginner's friendly to me because their carpet lift was close. I was confused where the Vista Chair was because before I turned right, it would say Expert. I also wasn't good enough to go down to the easiest slope because it has many sharp turns. I wouldn't recommend this for those who just ski about 5 times in their life.

Yelp
I get my ticket for tubbing with the family and ready to enjoy the day and the first slide down I hit a huge block of ice and *#% my lower back. I get it and it's not the facility fault ( it's why you sign a waiver ) but what pissed me off is that they offer the Cushing after the fact. If you know already then they should have just included it and I would have enjoyed myself with my family instead of nursing myself. It's a shame because the kids that work this facility even on the cold were friendly and cheerful. Nice fireplace for those after the fact to enjoy some smores.

Yelp
I started learning to snowboard 2 weeks short of my 31st birthday in January 2023. I took snowboard lessons multiple times at Big SNOW & showed up weekly. By December 2023, I felt confident enough to snowboard Blue Mountain ALONE. I came here once when I was 10 years old to learn to ski, but my dad didn't teach me anything at all. He pushed me down a Black Diamond & left me to fend for myself. It was thanks to the snowboarders that stopped & helped that I wanted to learn to snowboard. So it was really nice to come back and be able to give thanks, and just feel like things came full circle! PARKING There is an upper lot and a lower lot. Depending on the day, the time you come, you may either get a close parking spot to the entrance or not. Parking is free unlike Camelback. If you park in the upper lot, you have to take that into account when you're done with your day. Which is something I didn't plan for at the time. I haven't been back in many years, so by the time I was "done" I still had to finish the remainder of the slope. Take the chair lift up, then ride down the mountain partially, just to get back to the upper lot. Then I could be done. I was exhausted! As a skier, you may not have an issue, but snowboarding drains more energy. So definitely plan it in advance. Lower lot would probably be better, but upper lot has the best restaurants in the lodge I believe. TICKETS & PASSES You can buy them in person, but there's always a line. I bought mine online because it is cheaper, and it is easy to claim your pass at this kiosk outside if you do purchase it online. FACTS - Blue Mountain is known for having one of the largest snowmaking systems on the East Coast. The resort invests in the latest snowmaking technology each season. I read it online on their website. And it is a fact! - Not just for winter riding, they also have summer activities too! - Blue Mountain does not close at 4pm. They have night riding! - My man, who works in the ski & snowboard industry, says they also have the best webcams for all their slopes and has never seen any mountain with cameras such as theirs. - Their snow lasted the longest. There were places in NJ & NY already closed with no snow in early March 2024. They were going for awhile! RIDE LIFE Everyone I met was just so amazing. My man is from out of state, and him and his friends all loved Blue Mountain as well (during a separate trip)! It made me proud to be from PA. Unfortunately, there's always going to be some bad eggs. I saw a fight break out between two guys over something small. I had a random dude throw an ice snowball into my ear, and when I barked back everything fell silent. If you want to hit on girls, maybe don't actually hit them with things? Just a thought. REFRESHMENTS & BATHROOMS Expensive. Not bad but not great. They have a lot of beers on tap. My nachos came out pretty quick, so I believe they're just reheating frozen food. The main bathrooms remind me of public school bathrooms. They're run down. The upper lot lodge on the second floor, those bathrooms were nice! They definitely have a lot of variety of refreshments but expensive! QUICK TIPS - Be aware of your surroundings. - Be kind, everyone wants to have a good time. - Things are going to be busy at the opening & end of the season. - Lock up your board, gear, skis. Too many people leave it without locks but that's a sure fire way of getting your gear stolen. Why are you leaving things up to chance in this day and age? OVERALL I had an epic solo adventure snowboarding alone on this mountain! I definitely will continue to frequent the mountain with my boyfriend & newfound friends in the future.

Yelp
So im an ikon pass holder so visiting new mountains was a buddy of mines goal this year, also an ikon pass holder. First new mountain was this little hidden gem. Upon looking into heard a lot of mixed reviews but we were booked, it just snowed a decent amount and it was time to go!!! This mountain does a great job at grooming and creating parks with awesome features! Opens at 8am and closes at 9pm in weekends, i mean come on get ya night riding in!!!! So dopeeeee!!!!! The mountain large but not your highest but youll get your miles in dont worry. The lift lines i were told can get wild, we arrived at 8am on the dot and were pleasantly surprised on a saturday it was sorta quiet til about 1030, lines did get long but they do a good iob at moving them along. Multiple spots to grab some food, multiple outdoor bars and indoor alike. And overall the workers have a really great demeanor about them. I think if you got the opportunity to get here, DO IT! Anddddd if you can get it in during the week youre really going to love this east coast gem.

Yelp
Great spot for basic tubing. They were trying the best. depending on the worker/staff, it is hit or miss with customer service. Tubing signages were inadequate- many drove to the ski slopes only to find a huge sign to turn back around. Perhaps the huge sign should be more prominent on the main roadways. Meanwhile, their POS was down for some time. Not their fault but wanted to mention it can happen. (cash is still handy in this society sometimes, ha!) The slopes and facilities were fine BUT it was so many people that everyone was trying to make their 2 hours of tubing time worth it. The # of people in attendance was not helping. They should calibrate the 2 hours time based on the # of attendees to make sure that sufficient tubing time adjusts to those situations. It just did not allot for the # of times you get on the slope due to wait times/lines at the top. This is something owner/management should consider. Thanks foe reviewing.

Lacey N.

Yelp
It was a little confusing and hectic with the parking lots. We got turned around and stuck at the bottom of the mountain waiting for a ride to our car parked at the top. We ended up waiting over an hour! But Ryan the host manager went out of his way to help us out and accommodate our needs. He took the time to listen to our problem and concerns and helped find us a solution! Thanks Ryan for all that you do!

Yelp
The adventureous self had emerged within me visiting this park. My boyfriend and I choose the two hour adventure package: included adventure cube, zipline, rock wall, high ropes course, trampoline, free fall. The transfering of our line tickets, to a relodable ticket was a bit un organized. The girl I spoke with said just go right too the course, which was in correct, as you needed to go to the gift shop, ensure waivers were signed and scan online tickets. Besides that communication mistake, the overall adventure park; to sum it up strengthed my endurance, agility, and stamina, well worth it. The employees, prior to entering park, have you instruction on your safety helmet, proper technique for your harness, rules of course. The Summit Adventure park, is nestled on top of Pocono mountains, perfect for children, teens and adventurous adults. Special thank you to the staff, at the Adventure cube, for your kindness and encouragement this past Saturday August 19.

Yelp
Went snow tubing here and had an awesome time. There were 3 very high slopes to slide down and the time slot that you choose is managed by a barcode card that you must keep at all times. This weekend was very crowded so I only got to go down 3 of the slides once time each for a two hour slot period as well as eat some chicken tenders (~$15). I can say the bathrooms were very clean and the property was clean with a huge long fireplace and ample seating. I recommend doing the night snow tubing because it is well lit at night with pretty cool colors.

Yelp
I went with my family to the tree adventure and zip lining and we all had a blast. We did level 1-3 and it was hard, but so much fun. All the staff is amazing in this area...helpful and nice.

Yelp
Go there! Great food grade A service. And I absolutely love this place. The view is fantastic. The food is fantastic. I absolutely love it.
google avatar

Arthur C.

Yelp
The lack of checkpoints or assistance for those unable to complete the entire trail can be frustrating, especially for beginners who may not be ready for more advanced slopes. It's essential for ski resorts to provide support and options for skiers at all levels. The short beginner trail might not be sufficient for those looking for a more gradual progression. A well-designed resort should offer a variety of beginner trails to accommodate different skill levels and provide a smoother transition from beginner to intermediate slopes. Additionally, the absence of a cable car or alternative transportation down the mountain could be a significant issue for those who find themselves exhausted or overwhelmed on the intermediate trails. Having a convenient and accessible way for skiers to exit the slopes can enhance the overall experience and safety of visitors.

Yelp
Blue has hard working staff doing their best to make it enjoyable and fun for everybody. I would imagine it is tough these days due to pandemic plus the general worker shortage but especially so due to vagaries of the weather. Heard that Camelback and Blue Mtn. are merging operations - so would have to wait and see if Blue Mtn. will continue to stay ahead in customer experience. New high-speed lift is being installed but not yet open. An area of improvement -- for season 2023 pass holders it has become a rough deal because of the slope conditions in month of Dec -- especially for beginners who found not many leaner slopes open (Vista Village East and West remained closed for longer than anticipated). I wish you had jump on the season. Perhaps some welcome back discount during renewal?
google avatar

Ashley D.

Yelp
Nighttime tubing was so fun. We loved the music and lights it makes waiting in long lines not so bad
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
Love this resort. They just added more food trucks however I wish the trucks were opened everytime the ski resort was open. Seems like it's hit or miss. But overall this is our fav ski resort in the poconos.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Biggest rip off for snow tubing. You pick a 2 hour timeslot which I am ok with but you would think you wouldn't have to wait in line to go down the mountain. Each wait is like 30 minutes so technically you can only go down the mountain 4 times and I paid 56 dollars per person. That is such a scam. If you are going to make people pick a 2 hour time slot at least limit the amount of ppl that gets to register for those 2 hours. I would be ok if in those 2 hours I can at least slide down the mountain more than 4 times.

Yelp
Total waste of money. Spent 6 hours there this weekend and got to experience all of 15 minutes of Ice skating on the worlds worst ice surface and one 20 second tube ride. All at for the low price of $200 for the two of us ($135 for the tickets, $20 for parking and $27 for skate rentals). First we spent 30 minutes looking for parking, which is why we finally paid $20 for parking just so we could actually do something. Had to walk across to the kiosks to get our ticket. Oh well, its right by the coaster, so no big deal. But wait, the coaster was closed due to snow (Great design! It snows here alot!). Decide to check out the pool next. But wait, the pool was closed! So 2 of the 4 things I wanted to do were out. Went to the tubing, was told it was a 3 hour wait. ugh. Asked about the ice skating, told there was no line there! yaay! What should be a 10 minute ride took an hour to drive to the skating rink and an hour back because they closed the roads. I know, weather conditions are not Blue Mountains fault, but they decided to put the thing there, they need to accept responsibility for it. And the ice was horrible. Almost un-skateable. Could only tolerate it for 15 minutes before we left. When we got back down, we asked about the coaster. The employee suggested we download the Blue Mountain app, which we did. It said the coaster was open. Yaaay! After another 20 minute walk to get there, it was actually still closed. "Oops sorry. Our app was wrong." Ugh. Walked back to tubing. Was a 1.5 hour wait, which we couldn't understand why. The pictures online show 7 runs and they go down in groups every minute or so. Shouldn't be more than an hour. When we got closer we saw why. Only 4 runs now, and also, apparently the way it works is once you get to the front of the line and get to go down the slide, you get to go right back up to the top! No more lines for you! That was never explained at any point, and no other ride works like that so I don't get why this one does! So by 7 PM we finally got our tube ride. 6 hours, and $200 later, we had had enough. Bottom line, don't waste your time.

Yelp
Came here for the first time ever and it was my first time snow boarding too. Had several calls but overall a good time. I went at night and it came to a total of $114. Spur of the moment activity.
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Came here for a skiing day to celebrate my birthday. You must buy tickets online ahead of time. I thought it was a bit overpriced. $94 for skii lift plus rental for 4 hours but decided to give it a shot anyway. I ended up only using the beginners mountain since the more advanced trails looked absolutely terrifying. Some of the staff were a bit unfriendly since I was obviously a beginner and they weren't too helpful. The beginners mountain closed earlier than the other trails which was kind of annoying. I did enjoy however my experience at the bar and their snack bar. The bartender was super friendly and welcoming. We ordered tater tots, salted pretzel and a corn dog which were actually super tasty. I wouldn't recommend this place for a beginner, their trails are more advanced.
google avatar

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
We went snow tubing last night and had a really good time. We were a group of ten and although it did get a bit crowded after 7pm, they did open more lanes so wait times weren't so bad. Shout out to Mikayla for helping us print out our tickets, she was really helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed to do. I would definitely recommend and if you purchase ahead of time you'll save some cash. Nice place, cool vibe, food was pricey tho.
google avatar

Emily C.

Yelp
Excellent ski resort! The grounds are smooth and easy to glide through for beginners. The employees were very welcoming and kind, they walk you through rentals and help you put your gear on if you need assistance. I went skiing at night and it was magical. The fairy lights at the ski cafe made it feel so cozy and warm.
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
Great place but do not go snow tubing on a weekend. Paid 200$ for 3 of us to do it and you only get 2 hours to tube. We only got to go down the mountain 2 times each. People were nice. Used to go skiing here but won't be back to snow tube ever again!

Becky N.

Yelp
We went for snow tubing. It took us 50 mins for 1 ride. The lines were horrible with way too many people and they closed down the 3rd hill. Will not return.

Anne R.

Yelp
It was my first time back to Blue Mountain since my kids were little. I returned today as a grandmother. I was particularly delighted by the helpfulness of the staff. The staff were so personable! Joey and Lucas at the entrance cafe were eager to get me an extra hot cup of tea that I had requested. They were so pleasant and kind! Staff were in strategic locations throughout the buildings and outside to ease any unfamiliarity with the resort. They were all patient young people ready to help! It was a great day! Thank you!
google avatar

Xenia M.

Yelp
Blue Mountain is a great resort if you're looking for a short winter getaway! I was surprised at how big the grounds were. They have so many options for winter activities that include snowboarding, skiing, snow tubing, and much more! Once you arrive, each guest receives a Blue Mountain card which is used to access rental equipment and certain points throughout the resort. There are lockers for a small fee to store items and also a gift shop. I recommend bringing your own snow pants, gloves, goggles, etc because the prices are pretty high at the gift shop. They also provide snow boarding lessons with an instructor, which is nice because the groups are typically small. I was a little surprised at how crowded the resort was given the state of the pandemic, but most people wore masks. The lines also look very long, but they move quickly! There are plenty of food truck/stand options for lunch at the resort. I recommend this more than dining at their indoor cafeteria since the food is generally over priced. Finally, the staff here were really great! Everyone was helpful and kind and made our experience much more pleasant!

John S.

Yelp
Heard to beat the views. Food has gotten since or last free visits. Service is much improved. Definitely would give it a try at least once.
google avatar

Rita L.

Yelp
A bit crowded, and most people are not wearing masks... they have snowboarding, skiing and snow tubing here. Friendly staff for the most part, I only tried tubing so not sure about the others. It was fun when the lines are shorter, go early since it gets more crowded after lunch time. Their scanning machine breaks a lot so it might not always work when you go through. For snow boarding and skiing, buy lift tickets early before prices go up!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
It's been a while since I seen an entire staff be this unorganized. There is 1 staff member at the bottom of the slope and about 2 or 3 at that top. They have walkie talkies to communicate, but they don't use them, they use a whistle. Good luck trying to find a tube as they overbook the session and there is not enough tubes and no one is going to give you theirs. Once you finally find a tube and get to the top be prepared to wait about 30 minutes to go down. So for $50 for a 3 hour session you will go down about 4-5 times if you don't get discouraged and just leave before your session is even up like we did. The reason there is such a hold up is because the staff member that is standing at the bottom of the hill is not doing their job correctly. Once the patrons are done sliding down they should be directing them to exit to the left so that the next group can slide down. You would think that people would automatically do this since they were just waiting for everyone else to move so that they can go, but, well, people are people. Also people are just randomly walking across from the other slopes as well. There is absolute chaos and no control. Would never go here again. Also, for chicken fingers, a cheeseburger, and a water $28. Have fun.

Jeanie O.

Yelp
We won't be returning. The night time sonic snow tubing was too jammed packed! Way too many people. It's such a shame as this was our fifth year in a row snow tubing with blue mountain resort. It used to be great but not anymore! They need better crowd control. It's obvious that too many tickets were sold making snow tubing no longer fun because of the ridiculously long lines. We were only able to go down the hill twice in two hours. They need to limit the amount of tickets they sell in a two hour time slot because right now it is not worth it at all!

Connor L.

Yelp
There very is good skiing for pa (ski patrol is helpful) . But the food is absolutely terrible.

Chad S.

Yelp
Been coming here for 20 years but will be last time. Brought 6 people for cosmic tubing. Sounded fun. Looks nice. That's the 2 stars. Price are high but that's true anywhere. Issue is they have 3 tubing areas and only opened one. Packed everyone into a few lanes. End result 4 pathetic times down the tube slopes in 2 hours. If that's the new reality for east coast businesses shame on them.

Josh M.

Yelp
Resort. Really? Slow service. Understaffed on a holiday weekend. Bad tech. No need to go back. Too many accessible ski options in NY.

Darla B.

Yelp
My first time at Blue Mountain and it did not disappoint. A great time snow tubing. Thank you Cale for sending us sliding down to fun! Lines were fast, waiting time was not long. My son was a first-time snow boarder and enjoyed the slopes. Thank you, Carl, for the time you took with my other son providing the basics for skiing. We will make it a must stop on our annual visit.
google avatar

Jen F.

Yelp
What a lovely mountain to ski at! They are an awesome medium-sized mountain. They do a great job making sure as many runs as possible are open (I think there was literally only one run closed when I went). They also have a variety of difficulties from easy greens to double black diamonds. I ordered tickets online and picked them up at the kiosk. The tag is like an EZ-pass- you scan it at the lift gate and it lets you on. It's also reloadable so yay for less waste! I think the lift line experience could be improved. Although they limited capacity due to COVID, certain lifts still felt crowded and unorganized. It was basically a mob until you get to the gates to scan in. Maybe they can add some more lanes so it feels less like a herd trying to jam through the gates. However, we found some lifts that were less crowded which improved the overall experience. It seems like Blue Mountain has a lot of fun winter and summer activities available so I am excited to come back again!

Yelp
Tubing review Came here during the MLK holiday. Tickets had a holiday premium (I think it was around $200 for 4 of us. Kids and adults have the same price). This gives you 3hrs of access. They are still limiting people due to COVID, so the parking lot wasnt packed (in the morning). We were able to get a fairly close park. I'd recommend making a left when you enter the resort in order to park near the entrance. Check in was super easy and also contactless. There were 3 hills with tubing. Each was fairly similar so we typically stayed at a hill and then moved once the line got long. Speaking of lines, they did get long at times, but the good thing was that we were always moving. I'd say that of the 3hrs we were there, we got at least 10 rides in, which is better than at a theme park. We shared a funnel cake at the end from one of the trucks. I'd recommend avoiding that because it was disgusting. No flavor at all. I think that this is a good family friendly activity. Given the price we probably won't come often. Maybe annually. I think that it is cheaper on weekdays/non-holidays.

Yelp
This was our first time at Blue Mountain. I was taking the family for their first snow attempt. I also had not been skiing in 10 years. I am quite impressed at the advances that have been made with using kiosks to fill out your rental info but it seemed a little hectic at the desk when we went to pay. It seemed there is too much trouble when a family approaches. Literally it took 20 min to pay and get passes for a family of 4 when 2 needed rentals and beginner passes 1 needed just beginner passes and 1 needed just a mountain pass. Also it took forever to get instructors organized to get my family on a training slope. I took 4 rides up the mountain and 4 trips down before my family was even on the snow. We really liked the instructors they were very good with the family who never had skis on before. I was also impressed by the quality of the rental equipment. Over all we had a great time and will definitely be back. You can do a lot online to quicken your upfront time

Yelp
The ambiance was ok. The snow was almost gone and everything was ok. The price was almost $50 which we laughed for what! Lol it was snow tubing. But it is what it is.

Yelp
Yes this is a great place to sit on the outside eating area and take in the gorgeous view. Food is excellent and both inside and outside are well maintained and worth the visit.

Yelp
If there was an option for zero stars it would be it. Horrible customer experience at the bike park. My family ski here all the time and it was our first time here for the bike park. I was with my wife and 12yr old son. After some great times on the trails, my son needed some food. There were no good options at the base lodge and restaurant was open at the top lodge, I asked the ladies at the ticket window to make sure we can move all our bikes to the Summit Lodge by car and access the park. They said YES! As soon as we got up to the courtyard area with our bikes/gear at Summit Lodge, we were yelled and scolded at by the employees at the gift shop. They said we cant go thru here and access the bike park. I told them thats not what we were told, they even radioed down to make sure we weren't lying. Not necessary to prove your customers/visitors wrong!!! No apology or anything, still talking to us in a condescending manner, accusing us of wrong doing. it would of been fine if they just just told me with some manners that we have the wrong information. We were heated as well as it had wasted a-lot of our time to pack up and drive to the top as my son was tired from the riding earlier. As we were walking away, the lady came out and had the nerve to ask for our passes, trying/implying that we are trying to sneak in for a free run. I was hesitant at first but I have nothing to hide. The lady scanned and said "oh yes they scanned twice already"...handed my pass back to me and said nothing. We love it here but the man and woman at the gift shop were terrible, would not return anymore, and yes....we have season-pass for 2023.

Yelp
Really amazing experience for first timers! I grabbed a snowboard and it was easier! Not too many people! Staff was really nice although the food was very expensive so keep that in mind, and some of them dont accept amex so thats a downfall. Besides the food everything was great!

Yelp
Beautiful!! The view is amazing! 4 season resort! We had camping and glamping! Both were wonderful! My expectations for glamping were a bit higher. It would've been nice if the firewood was included in the price. The food at the restaurant lodge was great, our server Brianna was amazing!! Kamy, our point of contact was great!!! She responded immediately to all of our questions, she made a trip to come and visit us for a concern we had. Nicole who drove us to the top of the mountains was so helpful and friendly!! Don't miss out on the Adventure Park, it is totally worth it! Corey, our fishing instructor was great!! He taught us all we needed to know and in no time we caught 3 fish!

Yelp
I bought an evening lift ticket online in the morning. The other person in my party immediately went online to buy another evening lift ticket but they said lift tickets were sold out. I understand this was an unfortunately timed circumstance. I immediately reached out to blue mountain to try to get a refund or another ticket. There is not a phone number to call for blue mt. They will only communicate through online chat. I waited online for a half hour and spoke with Anita. She was unwilling to offer me a refund to my credit card even though I JUST bought the ticket. Blue/ Anita would not sell me another single evening lift ticket. I could only get a credit for blue mt. After this experience I don't want to ski at Blue, why would I want a credit?! I had a very poor experience and want others to know about the lack of customer service at Blue mountain. I would not recommend trusting them. They seem desperate for every penny that they can squeeze out of you and don't care about you experience. So disappointing!!! We have many other options in the area who provide a much more customer friendly experience!! I recommend trying them instead of blue mountain!

Yelp
Small mountain with great trails, can get very crowded and a little expensive. However it is not a resort, it just a ski mountain no hotel accommodations or spa or anything of that nature. Never the less the food is good and the views are incredible.

Yelp
This is our second trip and our group had a nice time on the snow tubes. They oversold the 1-4 Saturday hour so the lines were super LONG. The single tubes did not have enough tubes so we had to wait for a tube since no one wanted to give theirs up. Put it this way. During our 3 hour ticket we rode the family tubes twice and single tube 4x. This is without stopping to eat or restroom. Not sure what was going on but EVERYONE was spinning even in the single tubes when we asked not to spin. On the bright side the staff was trying to find out why. Hopefully they addressed it since older people like me can't take the spinning. We ended up doubling up so that we were forced to ride straight. There is plenty of parking. The staff on the slides were friendly. Plenty of locker (50 cents each time you lock it). Nice food court area with reasonable prices. Will I be back? Maybe. I'll try the other tubing place in the area since the long lines were a turn off..

Yelp
Absolutely love coming here not only in the Winter but also in the Summer. There are two lots. Please make sure if you're meeting a friend here that you agree on meeting at the lower or upper lot. The upper lot also has Slopeside which is the nice restaurant and bar with a fantastic view. Plenty of parking at the lower or upper lots. There are also two bunny slopes. The bunny slope at the top is very short and generally icy and touch to practice on. The lower bunny slope is very large and great for beginners that want to learn. I really would recommend the lower bunny slope. It also has a bathroom and seating area at the bottom. They have a variety of trails ranging from green to double black diamond. Some of the green trails are really more blue than green. Saying that, if you can handle the green trails, the blue trails are very doable. Food and drinks can be purchase below or up top. If you want more of a meal and dining experience than you'll want to go to Slopeside up top. Keep your lift tickets to reload for next time! Do not throw them away if you plan on coming back. It's less expensive to reload online than at the counter. If you reload online, you can also walk in and start skiing immediately which is a huge plus! You can also rent all of your ski gear onsite or at a private ski shop below the mountain right before you turn to head to Blue Mountain. In the Summer, you may think there is nothing to do but there are plenty of things to do at the mountain. The slopeside restaurant is fantastic to take a date or to unwind from a long day. Outside seating has an amazing view and there are firepits everywhere. They just built a climbing wall and have nighttime zip lining courses. You can also camp on the mountain for a fee as well. The Appalachian trail is also near the entrance up top before you turn in. The only downside to travellers would be no lodging at the resort. You should look to Airbnb or hotels/motels in surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Blue Mountain. It's a must ski/snowboard destination in the Poconos.

Yelp
We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and had a great time. Segway tour got cancelled because of the previous week of rain but other than that it was awesome ! Campsites were rustic (which we like) and plenty of room. Mountain biking was flawless. Adventure Park was cool too. Definitely be back soon

Yelp
Me and my two sons visited Blue Mountain yesterday, March 5, for after 3 pm skiing. At around 7:30 pm we went into the indoors cafe at the Lodge (the Cafeteria) and my 10 year old had a hamburger. The burger was one of a few left on the hot line. We sat at a table (which was very dirty. Actually, the whole cafeteria was dirty. All of the table were full of food crumbs and sticky) and ate the dinner we purchased. My son ate his whole burger. Later on that evening, once we had gotten home, he began vomiting uncontrollably and had diarrhea. We took him to the 24 hour emergency clinic and it was determined that he had food poisoning. Thankfully, he is better today. It is a shame on Blue Mountain to allow for spoiled food to reach its customers. Needless to say, the prices were extremely high. It is very sad that we had this horrific experience as we were regulars at Blue Mountain. Now, we consider Blue Mountain to be at the level of Camel Back, a horrible and poorly maintained ski area. I truly hope that you take swift actions in order to remedy this very dangerous mistake.
