The hotel is very bad, the receptionist is often absent, at 12am I was sleeping when I was woken up and asked to change from a 2-bed room to a 1-bed room to make room for 3 new guests! I stayed 4 nights and the room was not cleaned, only the towels were changed once on the 3rd day.

The lady who runs the hotel is very nice, and the price was convenient but sadly the room we had was full of mold everywhere on the pictures in the bathroom and the room was very small and the breakfast included was simply instant noodles so we were deceived as the breakfast was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and we were unlucky with the other guests staying here as every morning someone decided to scream for god knows what so we didn’t have the best experience there but again the lady was very nice and helpful.. because of the mold we wouldn’t go back again but for a couple of nights it does the job ( our friends had a different room with less mold so we were just unlucky )

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The bed sheets had yellow stains, were covered in hair, and even had fake eyelashes and a booger on them, making it seem like they weren’t changed after the previous guest. The bed itself was dusty, adding to the feeling that it wasn’t properly cleaned. The staircase was too dark with no lighting, making it difficult to navigate. The towels were dirty with visible stains, there was no toilet paper provided, and the hair dryer was missing. The TV didn't work properly, and I even found long hair in the toilet that hadn’t been flushed. The floor was dirty and dusty, with lots of hair everywhere. They don’t offer room cleaning service and didn’t even bother to take out the trash from the bin. Finding the hotel was a challenge as it’s located in a deep alley, making it hard to locate at first. The only positive was the fast Wi-Fi. Although the price was cheap, I would recommend finding a better place to stay.

INSIDE AND AT THE END OF THE ALLEY ON THE LEFT SIDE! it's nothing fancy and for budget, it's very hard to spot and theyre not responsive on the website BUT they are very nice. i ended up exchanging facebook w one of the girls at reception and this is really just family owned i think. i do wish theyre a bit more responsive especially before checking in as the sign isn't obvious. the rooms aren't that great but has a fridge and ac, you can ask to use their kitchen in the basement too.

Do not go near this hotel. It is located in a scary alley. The entrance to the hotel is misleading. From the outside, it looked fine. From inside, no. When I entered the hotel, the clerk yelled at me to take off my shoes and that I was not allowed to step inside the place with shoes on. There is a room in the lobby (yes ! in the lobby) where they play a very loud piano. Luckily, I didn't book a room in advance because in Vietnam I always ask to see the room before I pay. Of course, the cheapest room in the hotel, she told me, was already occupied and she showed me the most expensive room (intended for several people and not one person). This expensive room is cramped, small, old, and dusty. There was a smell of cigarettes. I asked to see another room and she said there was none... really strange, because this hotel looks empty and in a dark alley (I've attached photos). From the fourth floor I heard the piano, and I asked the clerk if they always play the piano inside the hotel ?! So she cheekily told me yes, and if it didn't suit me to go to another hotel. I am so happy that I always have a procedure to see the hotel and the room before I pay. Otherwise, I would have paid and not stayed here. By the way, the elevator is terribly old and slow. We waited 5 minutes to go up to the 3rd floor and another 5 minutes to go back down to the lobby. May the low price not tempt You guys or ladies, this is a terrible hotel. After an hour, I found an amazing hotel that costs a little more but is worth a lot more 🙏

I found the staff to be very friendly, polite and helpful. Room was clean and tidy with a great wet room and the shower worked well. The air conditioner was working fantasticly which is something you should always want and prioritize in Veitnam with the heat and humidity. The lady behind reception also has a daughter who plays the piano very well and gives the hotel a lovely ambiance amd vibe hearing the piano played. Thank you to all the staff my girlfriend and I had a great stay.

Very difficult to find on google maps. The uncle who stays at the intersection will direct you upstairs, which is completely wrong. The hotel is NOT upstairs. Upon arrival, there is no one at reception. After 15-20 minutes, someone arrives. The A/C is basically non-functional, its very very weak to the point where I was sweating the entire night. It's a fan room, minus the fan. The bathroom was actually good and there was hot water, if I recall correctly. Price-wise it is very cheap, but that's at the cost of not having functional A/C. I propped my own door open, because the hallway was more cold than the room.
