Now a memorial for Mac. Was the inspiration for the album.

This park is awesome. We really enjoyed the blue slide it was a lot of fun. You can tell it is kept up. We wanted to go around the city and make stops where Mac did. That's what brought us here originally, but it was such a nice park we will definitely be back. We loved how the bench near the slide pays homage to Mac Miller. It was really nice to see. Lots to do within the park for smaller children, older children, and for the adults.

Wonderful playground. There’s something for kids of all ages. It’s shady and the multi-level layout makes it feel cozy (though it would be hard for 1 adult to keep an eye on multiple children if they’re different ages.) The blue slide is super fun, it’s really got some speed on it, but even little kids will be able to participate.

Great for kids, very active on a Saturday morning. Some people bring cardboard to go down the slide faster and smoother. Theres more parts of the park that was also active; but I was there for Mac Miller. R.I.P.

Even at 40 years old, I hopped on a piece of cardboard and slid my way down this infamous slide. Any Mac Miller fans favorite stop in the city, this is surely one of the more fun stops in town for anyone with children. My son and I made a point to come visit this park and were very surprised it wasn't very busy. Bring a sharpie and sign the bench dedicated to Mac and be sure to bring a piece of cardboard to really enjoy the slide.

Bring some cardboard if you wanna ride the slide - it’s super fun! Also, make sure to Check out the bench near the slide for some heartbreaking Mac miller thank-you messages.

Generally the park as a whole is amazing, and HUGE, the playground is cute and fun. If you are a Mac Miller fan... you HAVE to go... HAVE 👏🏽 TO 👏🏽 His presence there is palpable, its somber and happy all at the same time. Sit with it for as long as you can. ❤️

Being a huge Mac Miller fan this was a must stop on our trip here, may have shed a tear or two but definitely went down that big slide! Was a nice park and great to see all the love people have for Mac.

Visited from out of state. Rolled in on a rainy day with my kiddos and wife. Had to visit Mac's old stomping grounds while in Pittsburgh. Such a unique vibe here. It's a serene place. Lots of tributes to Mac everywhere. Blessed to have been able to visit. Most dope. 🤘

Yelp
This playground is part of the Frick Park City park system. Called Blue Slide because of the color, obviously. Up-to-date and modern playground as well as a built-in cement tube for sliding. Grab a piece of cardboard and you're on your way to good times. Have been here many times over the years and it's one of those local gems that I tend to take for granted but I like getting back now and again where it's ok to act like a kid.

Yelp
I brought my boys here for a summer art cart event. These events are so nice for the kids to explore some new art experiences. But back to the blue slide park. Other than no direct parking, you need to park on the street , this is a nice park. There is a few different levels to the playground. I really like the small section for the little ones. My older son loved the playground and the slide. There is some cardboard there but if you are going here you might want to bring some. This is what the kids sit on to go down the blue slide. Above the slide there is also a rope climbing playground. Then beyond that there are real bathrooms which is always a plus for me! They aren't fancy but they are better than the port a potties. There are a lot of places the sit and have lunch or a snack. The scenery is pretty.

Yelp
It's a true Pittsburgh ritual to slide on garbage. Don't use wet cardboard, but instead use a good waxy piece of a pizza box. You will fly like a Lamborghini while smelling like some drunken yinzers stale pepperoni. But the eternal glory will be worth it. Rap songs will be sung to your glory.
