incredible set design and performance for wicked. staff were polite. however merch booth closes after the performance so i would recommend going early to purchase merch and line up for photo taking as the queues are very long

Whenever I travel, I always made the time to stop by any bookstore/library. Just because I’m a bookaholic that way. This time I went to Book Park Lounge in Itaewon. Nestled on the 3rd floor of the Blue Square building in the heart of Hannam-dong, the Blue Square Book Park is a luxurious haven for book lovers. Here, you can lose yourself in an array of fantastic books personally recommended by experts, all in your own private oasis. Imagine a massive bookshelf that stretches through five floors, stocked with over 3,000 books just waiting for you to explore. There are comfy seats tucked away in every corner for those who crave some peaceful “me time.” Plus, the lounge boasts a top-notch café, manned by skilled baristas, so you can sip on your favorite brew as you get lost in your book. If I live in Seoul, I’d find myself coming here a lot! Love it!

I've been here twice for P1Harmony and for Epik High - both experiences were excellent! Staff friendly overall and was easy to navigate what to do and where to go. The cafe/shops etc there are good too!

TLDR: boring exterior with amazing interior, musical theatre was smaller than expected but the acoustics were great. Not many seats at the cafe area. Smoking corner is right beside the building. Ushers might not speak any other languages except for Korean. First thought was that the exterior looks like an office building, but you enter to find tall shelves filled with books. Quite an amazing sight. The theatre space fits fewer people than I expected but the acoustics were great! Self-order machine at the cafe is all in Korean, but easy enough to navigate. The queuing and collection system is easy to understand too. There aren’t too many seats (but indoors and outdoors). The floor plan is a bit confusing but the ushers are helpful, even though they might not speak English.

It was mainly a place for performances. But directly managed restaurants, book parks, and gallery art parks were additionally expanded to become a complex cultural space. The highlight of Book Park is the long and high bookshelves... The first thing that catches your eyes as soon as you enter it.

Simple nice clean venue. Close to the stations and bus stops.

Enjoyed watching "The Men of Last Call" of Cornell University at Blue Square. Great sound, cozy stage, and a setting perfect for this particular a capella group. The energy in the theatre was UP and inspirational!
