Fantastic beer selections and very helpful staff. Have never tried a smoothie sour before but it was perfect in this HK summer heat. Atmosphere-wise, the place is dominated by a large tall table and smaller tables on the sides. The big table is great for a larger group or multiple groups. I imagine the tables along the windows would be good when it’s not raining and the windows are open.

What a great little hipster joint, IPA “Once upon a time” is mothers milk, cauliflower hummus I’d pay for the recipe, tater tots the perfect carb to have when drinking beer, staff friendly and attentive, I’ll be back

A great place for happy hour. It has a variety of alcoholic drinks/ beer 🍻🥂🍷but not so much of other kinds of beverages. The coke i ordered tasted more like Pepsi 🥴 Food is surprisingly delicious. Love the French fries 🍟 in shape of cubes. They are super crispy. Roquefort cheese 🧀 is nicely served with apple sauce/ jam. Look forward to visit again during daytime.

The atmosphere & service were excellent! Our server, Nina, was terrific - knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. I chose Kimchi Shakshuka to try! It was interesting, but too sour for me - just sour, not fermented kimchi sour… I want more kimchi taste, as the name represents. Tater tots were good; seasoning was good for me. But I hope the cheese sauce was more velvety cheese style rather than a thick mashed potato-like texture. Espresso Martini was good! So far, I have put it to my number 2! Campari-soaked watermelon was a good idea. I will try it at home & freeze it! Thank you for the inspiration & excellent service! I would love to try in the evening for more wine options!

Blue Supreme is a fantastic beer bar tucked away in Hong Kong, especially if you’re into Lambic and other craft beers. Their selection is top-notch, clearly curated with care and passion. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to unwind, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming.I didn’t get a chance to try the food this time, but it looked amazing definitely something I’ll come back for on my next visit. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to hang out, Blue Supreme is well worth checking out.

Cool beer bar in Central, which focuses on Belgian styles. They have bunch of kinds of nice brews both on trap and by bottle, you can ask staff which will satisfy your taste. Food is good as well. Price is acceptable. Accept credit card payment.

Enjoyed the vibe in this place and the staff were really good. The selection of beer is pretty wide, although they are all quite strong. Wine I ordered was good and the food all tasty; probably wouldn’t order the potato mille feuille again as didn’t have much going for it. Window seats are the best. Came back a year later and still good. Staff very attentive.

I was not planning on ending up there the first time I went, so it was a very pleasant surprise! The set-up is particularly nice: long high tables, a terrace, a bar with draught beers from all around the world, including local brands. It feels more like a bar than a restaurant though so I was not expecting the kitchen to deliver such good food... I am so happy that they proved me wrong! I didn't order much but each of the meal were carefully presented and cooked. The special Eel Paté was easily the highlight of my experience but I also recommend the Omnipork Katsu Sando !!

Cozy place to stop by for a beer or a cup of coffee. Love the little neighborhood feel.
