Blue Swimmer at Seahaven

Absolutely wonderful dinner with great quality produce. All the seafood was fantastic, especially the oysters as well as the beat root kingfish. All of our mains were great as well - paella, swordfish and halloumi salad - the flavours really stood out. Highly recommend this place for dinner.

Ultra cute cafe in idyllicly picturesque setting.. great views over Crooked River & Gerroa Beach out to the ocean… with verandahs open to the evening breeze off the water. We were there for dinner but we felt like we’d ’gone on holidays’. Such an uplifting atmosphere.. food was tasty - we shared the grilled turmeric prawns for entree (liked the charred lemon on the side), the three of us were pleased with our ‘bigs’ - mushrooms with gnocchi with crisp sage leaves, seafood paella, and we couldn’t resist ordering the scrumptious halloumi doughnuts with butterscotch sauce. YUM! Really relished the organic Malbec.. 5 pm dinner slot meant there was still plenty of light to indulge in a barefoot stroll on the beach. All of it was such a treat - Staff, food, setting, atmosphere.. Blue Swimmer is a winner!

We had ordered takeaway drinks Bit of queue due to Christmas holidays Sitting outside / inside They are open for dinner as well - call and check before you go ! Inside sitting area was nice ! Chai latte and as awesome as!

The food is just incredible, with every mouthful being a taste sensation. The Swordfish is absolutely delicious along with a side of their Salted and Rosemary potatoes and plate of Greens, top it off with nice wine and one of their delicious deserts if you still have room. Honestly the best meal we have had in some time.

A gem for sure. We were staying in Kiama and on recommendation we made our way for brunch. My go to Single O coffee is served to perfection. Great breakfast with quality ingredients. Had the Zucchini fritters with 2 poached eggs and a lovely sauce. Service with a smile, run by I believe a brother and sister. Location is perfect just a short walk to the beach.

So happy we went to this little hidden gem of a restaurant located in Gerroa. Highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Service was very friendly and the staff enthusiastic and passionate about their food. The food did not disappoint. Fresh, very tasty and well executed. A bomb of flavours bursting in your mouth at every bite. Highly recommend the lamb ribs and the polenta chips were spot on (a must side dish try) The halloumi donuts was recommended and with butterscotch sauce and ice cream just completed a perfect lunch. On a busy day they did not rush to kick us out for tables. A very relaxing lunch of good service , food and great view. We will be back to try the breakfast and dinner menu.

Really impressed with this hidden gem ... highly recommend sampling the menu and wine selection. My fave, the burrata... exceptional.

When I tell you this is the best GF banana bread I’ve had in Australia I MEAN IT!! I could not reccomend this place enough. The staff is super friendly too which is a plus! They remembered me and how I was gluten free even though I only went once before ❤️

This place has a really lovely welcoming atmosphere. We booked for a special birthday dinner and were not disappointed. The fish of the day and fish stew were delicious, as was the ceviche! I would recommend this place to anyone having a quiet weekend down the south coast.

Lovely view from the cafe of the sea. Inside it is really nicely furnished with a slightly open kitchen which was very well maintained and cleaned which is always a good sign. The menu had a good mix of healthy and artery clogging items. I went for the banana bread with banoffee, mascarpone, honeycomb and pistachios. It was to die for big portion. On the table someone had the bacon and egg roll which came with a tomato jam/salsa thing that smelt great, the other person had the muesli which had some lovely components. The coffee and orange juice were great the hot chocolate wasn't. 3 people, 3 breakfasts, 3 drink $68. 31/08/16

The service is excellent and the food is lovely, though the serving sizes are not on par with the price tag. The fish of the day is always delightful, but would a healthy appetite a little disappointed.

What a gem located on Southern Coast NSW. The Blue Swimmer creates a very relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the wonderful menu on offer. Beautiful location in the town of Georra with fantastic fresh sea food on offer. The friendly staff are knowledgeable on the fine wines and add to the relaxed ambiance making the experience extra special. Be sure to sample the desert menu, if there is room after the mains. I was very happy with the Irish Whiskey choices to top off a wonderful evening.

As the son of third generation oyster farmer, I can honestly say that the snapper (line caught too) was sensational! By far, the best I have ever had! I cannot rave enough about this venue, service was top class.

Always great food, service and atmosphere! Highly recommend this restaurant, perfectly situated with views of the water.
