It was a really pleasant experience. The atmosphere was perfect for a chill-out session with a friend. The vibe of the place is cozy and welcoming, making it an ideal spot to relax or have casual chats over a nice cup of coffee. The coffee itself was top-notch – a perfect blend of rich flavors that really hit the spot. Whether you're into a strong espresso or a smooth cappuccino, there's something here for everyone. I also appreciate that they focus on quality beans and offer a variety of brewing methods. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Mehak, who was incredibly attentive and friendly. She made sure we felt welcome and taken care of, which really elevated the experience. It's always refreshing to be greeted with such warm hospitality. I really want to like this place, it's within walking distance of where I live, and has a lovely outdoor garden to sit and enjoy coffee. However, the service (and often the food/coffee) is so bad that it makes me always think twice about visiting. I went today and they forgot my order after I paid for it and waited half an hour. The previous time I went, they gave me a very lazily-made cappuccino. Whenever I order espresso drinks from here online, they *NEVER* steam the milk and just add hot milk to an espresso, resulting in a cappuccino or latte that's just an expensive espresso shot with milk on top. Food ordered online from here also tastes bad (I think because of the paper packaging), and there have been multiple occassions where a takeaway coffee has leaked and spilled on me while drinking it. Unfortunately, the redeeming feature, which is the outdoor space, is also used as the smoking section - I was once asked to share a table with a smoker even. So you can't sit outdoors at most times without people smoking around you. Place has potential but the service quality really needs work. Blue Tokai Breach Candy never disappoints! I find the overall service at this outlet to be always dependable and warm, along with good quality beverages and tasty food. In particular, their guacamole toast on sourdough served with boiled eggs is consistently delicious… fresh, flavourful and perfectly balanced every time. A special mention to Pallavi, who prepares it with great care and precision.

In a busy residential area, there stands Blue Tokai with a mini lawn area outside. The setting itself is a refreshing change for a claustrophobic city like Mumbai. Hopped in on a weekday after a visit to the hospital nearby as we needed a quick lunch before heading home. Ordered a Korean bun and cheese and tomato sandwich along with an iced cappuccino. The Korean bun was 6, and so was the sandwich. They got the iced cappuccino right as I requested it to be cold and not iced. For a sugar rush, I ordered the chocolate cookie, which was chewy and tasty enough.

Atmosphere was lovely, we sat outside under some umbrellas, and the decor inside was nice. Ordered the scrambled eggs and mushrooms on sourdough toast, eggs and mushrooms were a little dry and if you want butter with your toast make sure to ask when ordering (that’s pretty common out here I’ve found) Coffee was great, I had the iced espresso And toilet was clean. Visited the Blue Tokai Cafe at Breach Candy and had their Vietnamese-style cold brew—it was really good, smooth and refreshing. The ambience was calm and perfect for a relaxed coffee break. Staff were courteous and attentive, and the outlet itself was clean and well-maintained. Definitely a spot I'd return to for a chill coffee experience.
