"Blue Water Grill is an open-air restaurant right on the beach in a quieter end of San Pedro. Simple and rustic in its decor, with wood walls and colorful paintings, it’s a space that allows the food to be the star of the show. Breakfast features good, predictable Belizean favorites such as fry jacks and scrambled eggs with beans, but dinner is the real attraction. The crispy fried pork dumplings with hoisinpeanut sauce, served over an arugula, hearts of palm, and daikon radishsalad, was my favorite dish, though the Mongolian-style ribs, the bacon-wrapped filet mignon, the key lime pie, and the crème brûlée were also delectable."

We started with the pork belly and conch fritters. Both were spectacular. Ordered a silly goose which was watermelon and get goose. Very tropical. Split an entree of creole fish. All five of our meals were tremendous. We will definitely return.

It's best to make a reservation to avoid waiting. Luckily, we found a sofa seat. We ordered fish and Japanese food. The fried vegetables were delicious, but the yellowtail fish slices were too delicate and very thin (see picture). I wouldn't recommend them.

It was a little hard to get in before 5 PM but the staff was polite and helped us settle in. The appetizers were delicious and the fresh fish selections were great. The drink menu was nice and I think everyone enjoyed the entire place. We had a party at seven.

We had a great first dinner in San Pedro town. This restaurant has a great ambiance, great service, live music and is along the water. Beautiful views. We loved our entrees. I had the grilled pork chop with green beans and mashed potatoes. My husband has the Mayan fish with coconut rice and veggies. The appetizers weren’t our fave (coconut shrimp and calamari). The home banana bread and ice cream were delicious. We’d dine here again. The presentation of the food was great as well.

Awesome view, great service, good food. The octopus & shrimp risotto was good, lobster ravioli is decent but I could hardly taste lobster. Drinks were good

This is the best restaurant with the a beautiful view. Service is excellent and all staff greet you with a smile. Very clean. Every bite I ate here was fabulous. Happy hour 2-5 is fun. My favorite restaurant in San Pedro. It’s at the Sunbreeze hotel which is also amazing.

The pictures don’t do it justice. Simply the best food we have ever had in Belize. Don’t walk but run. Even though they were booked they set up a table to accommodate us. Also our waiter was amazing.
