Blue Waters Hotel

Lovely hotel, with a good breakfast and clean rooms! The views are spectacular if you book a sea view and one of the only hotel in the area with a balcony. Only complaint is the bar opens and closes as it pleases. The staff are friendly but wow its faulty towers.

My experience at Bluewaters Hotel was absolutely exceptional. My flight landed very early, at 08:00am and the hotel kindly allowed me an early check-in at 10:00 AM, which made a huge difference after traveling. This level of flexibility and consideration truly set the tone for my stay. The hospitality was out of this world. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. Their warmth made me feel comfortable and valued from the moment I arrived. A big shout out to their friendly receptionist Musa. The food was amazing—fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. Every meal was a pleasure and added to the overall wonderful experience. Thokozani and Sabelo stood out for me. Always willing to help with a smile. A couple of small areas for improvement: the cutlery could be cleaned more thoroughly, as the forks weren’t always spotless, and the beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable for my personal preference. Addressing these would make an already great stay even better. Overall, I highly recommend Bluewaters Hotel for its comfort, excellent service, and exceptional hospitality, and I would gladly return.

Ooohw almost forgot to mention how amazing the staff is, Thanks a lot to Philani who is always welcoming me and my son with a warm and welcoming spirit and hospitality. He is always willing to assist where he can, by making sure that our needs are met. Perfectly positioned along the beachfront, the views of the ocean are simply stunning. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the sunrise from my room was unforgettable. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff deserve special mention, attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. Toilet has lots of bad smell and I requested to change room after 2 days room changed

It's where u r treated like Queen or King. I have been to different 5 star hotels but haven't been treated the way Blue Waters does. Warm welcoming, complementary snacks althrough the day, evenings chocolates 😍 . Years back they used to even open the sheets for yr night sleep n close curtains. Oksalayo, they are still the best 👌. It even has two indoor Swimming pools. Warm and cold pool, your choice. The staff is sooo friendly. Always ready to go an extra Mile. Nozipho, I applaud u for a great service u gv us. Lisa in her corner Maan, 👌 👌 👌 👌 ❤️. Dinning hall: best food, great staff n experienced chefs. "Woza eBlue Waters n find joy" 😍 ❤️. Bar: thier pizza taste good, they have Happy hours 🎉 💃 💃 💃 & staff wooow 👌 👌 👌 👌. I dnt have any complain shame.... Will be coming back soon 😁

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Very accommodating. Friendly staff with efficiency. Buffet breakfast and dinner caters for all needs. Excellently delicious. Located on the beach front, beautiful views. Bar and room service available as well as the infinity pool at the top, an indoor pool and a gym.
