If you’re undecided what restaurant to go, this is your spot! So many food options, ramen, pizza, icecream, fried chicken, sandwiches and more! Perfect for family who have different food choices. So delish! Didn’t got enough photos coz we eat the food right away haha delish and great stop!

Google
This is new in the area (since last time I’ve been in the area) and we loved all the different options. Food we did try (crepe and fish taco) was excellent. I’d love to go back to try other vendors when I am back in the area. Note: operating time listed on google maps was incorrect (for the winter?) and they closed at 8 pm instead of 9 pm on weekdays

Stopped in for lunch after a long morning on the slopes. I really liked the design of the overall food hall. We tried the empanada and taco stands. From the empanadas, we got the spicy beef and spicy steak and chicken… the chicken was the clear winner. The beef ones were just ok. The nachos were HUGE and really good… however all the melted cheese was at the bottom. I didn’t discover it till I was almost full.

Google
SKIP AT ALL COST GINGER PALACE inside Blue Bird Market! Not worth the money. Steak super chewy and too big that you almost can choke. I order a bowl of rice with veggies and it had zero flavor. The. food was swimming in a lot of liquid. You can make better Chinese bowls than this at home. I had to ad ton of salt and soy sauce and still had no flavor or spice. Photos look good but unfortunately was a big disappointment. :(

Google
I was a little worried about vegan options in a smaller mountain town - I was blown away, there are so many! Several spots inside the market have vegan options: the pizza spot has vegan cheese (even though it's not explicitly listed on their menu), the burger joint has impossible meat, the Chinese place has tofu & I'm sure there are a few more that I missed. Whether you're staying in town or passing through, this stop is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of groups.

Google
Decent little spot. Wide variety of food. Not very busy.

Google
Great stop. Lots of food for all the enjoy. Tacos and burritos were a favorite

Google
This place has great food options, a play area for kids, and tons of space. But literally the worse bar ive ever been to. Only beer and seltzer, they were closed at 845 the other night. No football on Sundays, but did have the sound on the Disney movie alladin. Didn't open until 12 over labor day weekend. Only giving the place 5 stars to not damage the other businesses. Ive never seen a bar not care so much

Yelp
A cute little food hall, with several food options, drinks, and some tvs usually playing the game. We were able to easily find seating. And food didn't take too long to come out. But I do wish there was a wider variety of vendors.

Yelp
Date of visit: February 13, 2025 We were looking for a little spot of ice cream on a Thursday night in the Silverthorne area and the pickings my friend, were quite slim! After a couple of false starts, we found Summit Scoops inside the Bluebird Market. They serve Chocolate Shoppe brand ice cream, which is both from, and a favorite in Wisconsin, so it was nice to have a little taste of home here in Colorado. There was just one person working so it took a while to get an order in as the folks in front of us had some picky children in the mix, but once it was our turn we were able to get our shakes relatively fast. The market itself is a bit small, though the town is also small so I won't hold it against them, there just wasn't much to it. Great layout but execution was a bit lacking. Also frustrating that for a cashless venue the arcade games required tokens and even more frustrating that the skee ball was in bad shape, it would not record half of the score!

Yelp
Maybe we came on an off day or something but we tried four different options in the food hall and all four were just meh. It didn't impress me especially cause it was kind of pricey. The tacos were burnt including the filling so the whole thing just tasted burnt. Pizza was okay but nothing mind blown. The bbq was very sweet which isn't my cup of tea. The fries were probably the best thing we ordered. The ice cream was okay. It was good for what it was. I'm giving two stars overall because while the food hall is clean, the food needs some change. It was sad to eat burnt food. Best part about this market hall is the plentiful seating available. There are large windows so it's great when you're here with a larger group.

Yelp
Their website needs to be updated. It does state that there is a self pour beer station available but that is no longer there. Upslope brewing is there now and it also says that the Mighty Burger is here but that has been replaced by another burger shop. Service was excellent! The beer-tender was great, let us try a few before committing and was super friendly. However, one of the beers we wanted wasn't pouring correctly and the keg couldn't be fixed at the time. Food was great! Had some chicken sandwiches from Lucky Bird and they were really fresh, the Nashville hot chicken was very hot!! So beware! Plenty of seating inside and outside as well as a kids play area.

Yelp
We ordered 1 large pizza 2 medium pizzas and a salad it totaled $89 when we picked it up we received 1 large pizza 1 medium pizza and the salad . We asked where the other pizza was, he insisted we didn't order it. We asked to do the math because that doesn't add up and were still denied the pizza. Thanks guys with the beard. Hope you enjoy the money. Must've needed it to the tune of $50

Yelp
This place has a lot of potential with some cool food offerings such as empanadas, pizza, burgers, crêpes, and a bar (although the bar was closed when we visited on a Sunday afternoon). Upstairs, there's an area for arcade games including skee ball and vintage arcade games like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The walls feature murals from a local artist and it feels unique and not like a typical food court. I appreciate they have a water station to fill your own water bottle. However, a couple things left a bad taste. One, it doesn't appear there's any air conditioning in the place, just ceiling fans, which were barely moving. Two, all the businesses here charge an additional 2.50% public improvement fee, which, with the state and local taxes, brought the overall tax on everything we bought to a whopping 11.28% owww. We tried 2 small empanadas from Lazos with a chimichurri sauce and one soda: almost $14 with all the tax.

Yelp
Nice little food court without a shopping mall attached. Weird that No Asian or Middle Eastern food is represented, but there's still room for additional shops. Very clean, and Live Music on Friday
google avatar

Yelp
Romper room. This place is overrun with kids. The bar only serves beer and seltzers...not a full bar or even wine. Hard to find a seat. Overall not a cool vibe like a Time Out market.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a food court/community center where people come to socialize, get food, let their kids run around and get out of the weather. The downstairs has all the food vendors. We sampled from several including Empanadas, Lucky Bird, Hook + Harvest and Crepes. My favorite was the spicy steak empanada from Lazo's. The meat was tender and juicy with a slight spicy flavor and the empanada was flaky and perfectly cooked. My least favorite was the chicken tenders at Lucky bird. I found them on the dry side and bland. Hook + Harvest was the slowest location with my mom having to wait on her food the longest while everyone else had already started eating. The Apple and Brie Crepe was a fun not too sweet dessert we all shared. Upstairs there is a game room a toddler area and a branch of the library. My daughter loved playing around and getting some energy out. You have to love that they built this place around the historic Old Dillon Inn. Extra star for that. I would come here again. The food is reasonable and everyone can find something to eat. It's a fun casual place to eat relatively quick.

Yelp
As a local who has been coming here at least 1x/month since it opened, the management at this market has started frustrating me to no end. It really seems like a soulless, non-local construction/property conglomerate is going for the trendy thing they think will bring crowds, but is lacking community awareness. It used to be a 4.5 star experience, but had declined. I feel like they will mostly be kept alive with out of towners without a clue at the declining quality and parents looking for the convenience. The food is more expensive than at other locations (e.g. chimayo, lazo), I'm guessing due to rent prices. Then they add a tax onto your order and guilt you with high tip options for counter service. Good/decent stalls (mighty burger, pizza place) have been replaced with much worse versions. People working the stalls often seem like low paid locals; why should they care about good service? The bakery/BBQ place and the crepe place are anchors holding this place together. The bar was closed for months to "remodel", only to open as Upslope beer only with very limited hours. The event space (echoey and awful for ski movies, empty a lot of the time) converted to a "playgarten" for kids which is a good idea, but pricey like the arcade. Ice cream is fine, but again pricey and not a Colorado/local brand. I could be way off base on my suspicions, but this is just one customer's perspective.

Brayden W.

Yelp
Chef daddy's burger was hands down the best burger of all time. It's not even my opinion it is a fact. I could eat it forever I love it so much. Thank you for blessing my taste buds. I am giving this 5 big booms!
google avatar

Melissa Z.

Yelp
The market itself is great. Lots of options and a great spot to grab some food and a drink. However, I ended up choosing a burrito from Chimayo and it was disappointing. Got the chile rellano special burrito. You could barely tell there was a chile rellano in it. Rice and beans had no flavor. Lettuce was like a cabbage with spicy pico. For $15 plus tip, it was a let down. So 2 stars for Chimayo, 4 stars for the actual market.

Yelp
We enjoyed this market twice while visiting from out of town. We had salads from Hooks and Harvest, fried chicken and sweet potato fries, and a pizza. They were all delicious and set at a fair price point. The lady working at Hooks and Harvest was super nice and accommodating. The ambiance is casual and fun. There was a bar in the middle and an ice cream shop and a bakery with a ton of items that looked absolutely delicious!

Yelp
Who doesn't love a food hall? That's right, nobody. All of your favorite food spots in one building. And Blue Bird doesn't disappoint. Not a ton of parking, but hopefully they'll address this as they're developing the whole block. Once you make your way in you'll love the selection - tacos, bakery, ice cream, salads, pizza, burgers, etc. The beauty is that there's truly something for everybody. And by the looks of it they're still growing. Plenty of tables to create a comfortable space for groups of all sides. We grabbed salads from Hook & Harvest. Not a ton of fresh salads options in town so the create your own option is right up my alley. To be honest, they're a bit costly once all of the taxes and fees are added. However the flavor, size, and options helped to make up for it. My favorite part...the Old Dillon Inn is being restored right inside the building. A great way to embrace a historic landmark that had been abandoned and continue its life for many years to come.

Yelp
Summit County has entered the food hall game- and it came in strong!!! I've been following and eagerly awaiting the Blue Bird Market for a few years and so thrilled it's doors are open! Fun historical fact- the original Old Dillion Inn was kept in its original form and the food hall was built around it! Looking forward to grabbing a drink here. We came by after a day of skiing- each person in our group got a little something different for the various vendors. All were excellent! More are on their way too- so we will definitely be back soon. Perfect apres ski destination!

Yelp
New food hall with good options/variety for food. The place recently opened up and their are still some kinks to sort out as the stall owners are settling in. I decided to pick up some food at the burger and pizza joint. Food is fairly priced and came out pretty quick. Burger was juicy and flavorful plus i upsized it with another patty :) I got some tots with one of their special dip sauce. The wood fire pizza was also delicious. Sauce was tasty and the ingredients were good. The crust was the best part! On the second floor, their is a hangout/gaming area which was neat. As for parking...their is street parking or also a garage nearby. Definitely would return to check out the other food stalls and see how they grow.
google avatar

Isabella B.

Yelp
I had really high expectations because it seemed like such a cool place. However, when I went in the vendors weren't really engaging and the pizza place I went to the guy seemed like he could deal with or without my business. Which is fine, but it made for deciding where to eat lunch that more difficult... I did like the bakery, they gave me a bunch of recommendations so I got some treats to take home!
google avatar

Haylee O.

Yelp
Cool atmosphere and had live music when we went (Friday night) but besides that kinda a bust. Everything we got (except the burger and tots -- that was 9/10) was subpar and not good. Pad Thai was straight peanut butter rice. Quesadilla was meh. Mule was average. Probably won't go back.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is awesome!! My husband and I were looking for something to eat and saw this place on Yelp so we had to try it. There are many different options to choose from, they have Mighty Burger, Hook and Harvest (build your own salad/bowl place), Lucky Bird (chicken sandwich place), and a Mexican food place. They also have a coffee place and an Ice cream shop!! My husband and I tried a salad from Hook and Harvest. Everything on our salad tasted fresh and amazing! The peanut sauce was so delicious and a perfect dressing for our salad!! We also ordered a chicken sandwich from Lucky Bird and they were so crispy and tasty!! This place has live music and a few arcade games on the 2nd floor. $1 will get you 1 token. Overall, I would DEF recommend this place if you are in the area. It's always hard finding something good to eat in small towns but this place has something for everybody.

Yelp
Was told about this place before coming to Silverthorne for family weekend getaway as a "must try". It's a cool concept, but I've definitely seen it done better. The most aggravating thing is, it's all cash free. We specifically had cash only to use for our trip. Not sure with it as big of an establishment that it is, you can't offer your patrons options to use both? Plenty of choices to choose from for cuisine options. My son loved his quesadilla from Baja Chimayo. I on the other hand didn't like my choice in Lucky Bird. I ordered the regular fingers with honey mustard sauce for dipping. Didn't like the taste of the breading or the dipping sauce at all and the chicken itself didn't taste all that great. The waffle fries were ok but a little cold. The price for it was a little much in my opinion. We tried Charlie's Ice Cream before leaving and that was probably the best place we went to! The young man working was very friendly and patient with us and the chocolate chip ice cream I had was so good. Hubby loved his salted caramel cone as well! Upstairs they have a few games to play with more seating. Some of the games just ate the tokens so I was out about $5. Not my favorite place we have been at this trip but can see why others really liked it.

Yelp
This is a super fun spot to bring families with options for everyone! We tried the Mexican food with nachos and tacos. I love my ono tacos but the nachos were just ok. They definitely needed more queso. My daughter got a burger and fries next door and she was thrilled. The kids also got ice cream and it was very creamy and cheap for mountain prices. We enjoyed the games upstairs and overall relaxed nature of the space!

Deb S.

Yelp
Great for out of town guests and tourists! Not that local friends but variety is nice for everyone. Pricey with all the fees assessed.
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
Fun addition to the area with lots of variety. We had coffee, breakfast, ice cream and look forward to coming back to try more.
google avatar

Sarah W.

Yelp
Great spot to grab a quick bite and drink. Food court style, similar to ones found in the city so you might even recognize some familiar spots like Lazo Empanadas and Lucky Bird! Steak quesadilla empanadas @ Lazo and chicken tenders with the homemade honey mustard @ Lucky Bird is my go to. Lots of room upstairs and downstairs, so it's a great spot to meet up with a large group of friends/family while in Summit. Excited to see a crepe spot but went with a beer instead this time. Bartender was really nice!
google avatar

Dawn D.

Yelp
We just spent the afternoon at the Bluebird Market bar. Reese was so gracious, fun and professional. He was a stellar bartender. Not only that, he was engaging with us and telling us stories and explaining drinks and recommending the different eateries. A true delight. And just want to mention Josh is also exceptional when we frequent BBM. Dawn DiGeronimo 978-6)0-7285

Yelp
Stopped at the Blue Bird on the way back to Denver. Taylor was super helpful. It was late, and he went above and beyond to ensure we got everything we wanted. Also, the food was delicious. Love the cookies, still can't believe all of the pastries are made in house. Definitely going to be returning here in the future. Recommend 10/10.
google avatar

Stephen P.

Yelp
It's still a work in progress, with about half the spaces dedicated to a vendor but not yet opened. But it's a cool building, a great range of dining options, and what's there now is all good: we had burgers and bowls, all delicious, fast, and good prices.
google avatar

Michelle Z.

Yelp
Great spot to work from. Lots of tables, public restroom and a place to refill water. and strong WiFi. Food options for everyone (Mexican, crepes, coffee, ice cream...)
google avatar

Sabina L.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere and the food. There aren't too many choices yet but it is still rather new. My food from Baja Chimayo was delicious! The prices were ok more comparable to a restaurant but my nachos and the tacos were really good. The pizza from Tildord's was too high for the size of the pizza, $20 for a pepperoni pizza. And it was just average. Maybe that is a average for that area. Everyone was having a good time smiling and laughing. The upstairs has games for kids to play and a little pop up store with some nice local items. There is a bar in the middle too!

Rachel And Rosemary C.

Yelp
We thought this place was super fun with so much to offer. The vibe is just great with both indoor and outdoor areas. It is a huge perk that the PlayGarten is quite literally attached to the to the Market - both for those with kiddos and those who are young at heart! I thought it had a great mix of different foods. Even the pickiest of eaters we've gone with have found something that they like, and everyone always seems to enjoy their food. I would say the only potential downside is that service can be a bit slow and perhaps more expensive than some would hope as I've had some complaints from family/friends about this, but in my experience if you're kind to the employees, they're really wonderful. It does also help if you speak Spanish; I've had to order for a few people wanting tacos, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend as it suits pretty much anyone's wants/needs.
google avatar

Reigh E.

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday at 230. It was quiet but most tables had someone at them. The ice cream place seems to not quite be ready yet. The ambience was pretty good. There's an arcade up top, and plenty of seating. The Old Dillon Inn is inside - the food hall was built around it. That was pretty cool. We tried empanadas, pizza, burgers, and pizza. The empanadas - ooommmmgggg. Th beef one was amazing. There were raisins in it and it added the perfect texture and sweetness. I also ordered a spinach one that was super creamy and cheesy. Burger and bacon cheese tots - 10/10. The patty was juicy and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The tots were the biggest hit. Pizza - way too expensive for the size, but had great taste. There's only one size option, and it's a too small to share. We would have liked a fountain station for soft drinks, the only option was the bar. The parking was kinda iffy.

David M.

Yelp
They had a wedding party there tonight. Not only were the guests rude, they were standing in the way as you walked by. Way too many people for the area. Not planned well at all. It was clear no one from the place was assisting. The pizza place was not good. How can they allow them to hand you a hot metal tray to burn your hands?
google avatar

Alyson E.

Yelp
Don't go to lucky bird - the chicken was dry and had no flavor and the sauce isn't very good to make up for it! Also super overpriced. The burger place was pretty good though so would definitely go there instead. Bluebird market is nice overall
google avatar

Pam J.

Yelp
Long awaited Bluebird Market opened this winter with some area staples like Chimao and Crepes a la Cart. It's an amazing venue with something for everyone to eat, drink, a game room, retail and event space. Live musicians occasionally perform on weekends. They rescued the Old Dillon Inn soon to be a barbecue restaurant. Check out the reviews for the individual restaurants separately.

Shelly K.

Yelp
We where very skeptical about bluebird market. After coming to the food court we where instantly hit by the heavenly smell of burgers, chili, chicken, crepes, and freshly baked cake. There are so many vendors to chose from. After taking a while to order I decided on The Mighty Burger with jalapeños and pickles with a side of cheese curds. It is the best burger I have had. I highly recommend the bluebird market to anyone interested in a tasty treat.
google avatar

Megan E.

Yelp
Love this place. There are great options for everyone without having to go to multiple restaurants or getting everything to go!
google avatar

Jon W.

Yelp
Hook and Harvest is disappointing. I had the chili shrimp bowl. The shrimp was warmed up in the microwave frozen shrimp that definitely hadn't seen a skillet. About halfway through it started to get raw and I was done. Only made it that far because I was hungry and in a hurry. It's too bad because I love Asian bowls.
google avatar

SF Y.

Yelp
This review is for the burger place - The mighty burger. Burgers are great, we tried cheeseburger, double burger, and appetizer sliders, French fries too. Will have to definitely come back for more before we leave the area.

Matthew H.

Yelp
Great environment with an amazing bar. Food for every member of the family and great service.

Julie M.

Yelp
Great night at the blue bird market bar! Amazing bar tender, Josh! Fabulous drinks! And amazing service!
google avatar

Becky J.

Yelp
I have been going to the Blue Bird Market since it opened. It's not a mall but a food court like you would find in a mall. The burger place has crazy good burgers. The best burger I ever had was on vacation in a small beach town in Mexico. The burger I had at Blue Bird Market came in second. The bakery is incredible. We finally have a real bakery with quality fresh bread in Summit County! The owners are nice people that take pride in their business. That is obvious in the quality of their products.
google avatar

Brandon R.

Yelp
We are in Silverthorne for a few days and staying at the Hotel Indigo right next door to Bluebird, so we decided to pop in for an early dinner and glad we did. This place is great, we ended up eating at Lucky Bird and had by far the best Hot Chicken sandwich I've ever had! The owner offered to sauce with Nashville Hot sauce and gouchujang sauce and let me tell you, it's a killer combination!! My wife had the Asian sauces tenders and they were also great, not to mention the waffle fries.... You won't be disappointed by trying Blue Bird Market and specifically Lucky Bird.
google avatar

Diane G.

Yelp
This food hall is a fun place to eat and hang out! Lots of great choices for food. We loved the toasty crust at the Tilford Wood Fired Pizza. And the Lucky Bird chicken was freshly cooked and tender. Crepes a la carte has so many filling options from sweet to savory. There's a full bar, lots of seating and some arcade games upstairs. The food hall does not take cash, cards or phone payments only.

Britton T.

Yelp
The Lucky Bird place is not good. The chicken tasted old, rubbery, and generally not good. The kids didn't even eat it. Bluebird Market itself is great.

Krystal R.

Yelp
Customer service is everything ! The burger was pretty good but the workers were snotty! The guy working acted like he could be bothered with my daughter ordering. And everything annoyed him.... And the other was a plain burger with fries. Chimayo shrimp taco was great as was the pizza place!!! And lucky bird of course nothing but greatest! But we eat there in Denver all that time. Come here and be preferred for the douche bag mentally from the workers!

Alex B.

Yelp
We found this market randomly and it was exactly what we were looking for!! So many different foods and all so delicious. They had something for everyone & it was all extremely quick to come out! Will be back next time we visit Silverthorne!
google avatar

Mellisa M.

Yelp
Great selection of various food/ drink areas and a great place to hang out in the afternoon with lady friends - having lunch and playing cards. They didn't mind that we were there and it wasn't crowded at that time.
google avatar

Lizzy D.

Yelp
Beautiful building, tasty food and lots of dining options. We went with kids and grandparents and all of us found something delicious. We will most definitely go back!

Tina-marie F.

Yelp
This review is for the "mighty bar" located inside of the bluebird market. The market itself is cute and has nice food options however the bar.... Leaves a lot of be desired. I would even venture to say to skip the whole bar experience. Service is lackluster and drinks are sub-par. My group ordered a wine, spicy margarita and a mule. The spicy marg tasted like pineapple, the wine was stale, and the mule like sugary limewater w flat ginger beer. We wanted to be considerate of the bar tenders time so before we ordered we asked what time they closed and the bartender said "whenever people leave." great, we ordered. We sat down, received our sub-par drinks and were working our way through them when about 10 minutes later the bartender shuts off all the lights and leaves. No heads-up that he was closing for the night, no goodbye. Cool. We decided to head back to the bar next door for better drinks and better service. Save your money, avoid this bar!
