Huge shout-out to Joe R. on the welcome team for helping me cancel our account. Through a mix-up years in the making, we auto-renewed a pricey policy we no longer needed, and Joe was able to walk me through not only the Bluehost side of things, but also to help me understand what I was looking at with the host we'd been switched to, to make sure nothing was going to be messed up by ending our BH account. He helped me confirm everything was in order, and walked me through the cancellation process, and never once tried to pressure me for a sale. It was clear what we needed, so that's what he provided. It was like being walked through the steps by a friend who understood my actual needs, rather than being pushed through a sales call where they won't accept a "no." Thanks again Joe - you were a huge help, and you really set my mind at ease about something that had me very unsure about what I should do. Really appreciated the help.
