I just decided to look for a new website hosting company and I selected Bluehost out of many available. They no only called me to assist me with any questions, they helped me with transferring my domain name and my website to their system On top of that their attitude to help me and professionalism is second to none. They were very friendly and nice. Yes, they are from Asia and I'm not surprise as they provide much better service that you can get from someone in the USA. Thank you so much Bluehost, I'm glad i made the change!

After 29 years of using BLUEHOST, I've had enough with their latest changes. Absolutely horrible. They created a UI LAYER on top of the standard Control Panel UI, ruining the functionality for the user to control the sites. This is the most stupid UI that does not work. Yesterday, I bought a new domain. After two days arguing with their freelance amateur customer service in Asia, nobody could help me. Today I am moving all of my years work over to a local host service in Michigan. BLUEHOST GOODBYE!!!

It definitely was a surprise when I got a call this morning, asking if I needed any assistance or if I had any trouble with Bluehost, but it was so sweet!!! I’ve been wanting to start a blog for ages, and starting on Bluehost a few days ago made it easy for me to do so. Knowing that I can reach out directly and receive help as needed is always comforting too, especially as I’m not the best with working on a laptop haha. I’m excited to grow my blog on Bluehost :))

Very happy with this company. they are transparent and has a supportive and helpful customer support. As a newbie in blogging, I find the technical aspect of keeping a domain very scary and intimidating. But Bluehost's customer support eased me and assisted in putting up my blog. I'm very happy with Bluehost services and in particular customer service support, Jay, whose patience and understanding made the process of reviewing my account an easy and actually an enjoyable task. I'm of a generation, I suppose, that came to tech a little late and for us every action by ourselves tends to be a little slower. Still, our engagement is significant and continuing to produce content is a value we cannot seem to live without, even if such content may one day be considered an archive. There's something about maintaining a presence on the internet that furthers identity, publication, the human voice--if you will.
