I'm very happy with Bluehost services and in particular customer service support, Jay, whose patience and understanding made the process of reviewing my account an easy and actually an enjoyable task. I'm of a generation, I suppose, that came to tech a little late and for us every action by ourselves tends to be a little slower. Still, our engagement is significant and continuing to produce content is a value we cannot seem to live without, even if such content may one day be considered an archive. There's something about maintaining a presence on the internet that furthers identity, publication, the human voice--if you will. It's always reassuring to know we're not alone and we're also not unknown, so-to-speak. Having live conversations with customer support provides a key critical difference in our satisfaction with a service. Jay and Bluehost provided that. Thank you so much.
