Bluehost

Erin helped me connect my existing domain name to my new website. That may sound easy to web developers and IT people, but I'm not one of those, and Erin's help was AWESOME. She was very PATIENT with me and very UNDERSTANDING. Anyone lucky enough to interact with Erin is going to be as HAPPY with their results as I am with mine. Thank you, Erin, and thank you, Bluehost!

Huge shout-out to Joe R. on the welcome team for helping me cancel our account. Through a mix-up years in the making, we auto-renewed a pricey policy we no longer needed, and Joe was able to walk me through not only the Bluehost side of things, but also to help me understand what I was looking at with the host we'd been switched to, to make sure nothing was going to be messed up by ending our BH account. He helped me confirm everything was in order, and walked me through the cancellation process, and never once tried to pressure me for a sale. It was clear what we needed, so that's what he provided. It was like being walked through the steps by a friend who understood my actual needs, rather than being pushed through a sales call where they won't accept a "no." Thanks again Joe - you were a huge help, and you really set my mind at ease about something that had me very unsure about what I should do. Really appreciated the help.

I just decided to look for a new website hosting company and I selected Bluehost out of many available. They no only called me to assist me with any questions, they helped me with transferring my domain name and my website to their system On top of that their attitude to help me and professionalism is second to none. They were very friendly and nice. Yes, they are from Asia and I'm not surprise as they provide much better service that you can get from someone in the USA. Thank you so much Bluehost, I'm glad i made the change!

During my onboarding call, Joe R was very informative!! He advised me about the bluehost academy course because I wanted to be sure that I was very descriptive with telling the AI about my site. He then walked me through setting up an email for my domain. He also explained that someone is there 24/7 through chat to assist.

Bluehost has been very supportive and useful so far, and they seem to provide a good service. They sometimes include extra fees by default when you check out, so you have to look carefully at your cart.

They slow my websites and then try to sell me a more expensive product. I don't have much traffic. I had no speed problems before my services migrated from hostmonster to bluehost. Now, everytime I contact tech support, they blame me for the problems when I have clearly proven that I have done ALL of the things they suggested. I still have problems and they just want to sell me a more expensive hosting service.

Horrible host. If you need emails that go through, DO NOT use this company. They relay your outbound emails through a service called Cloudfilter and many of their IP addresses have a poor reputation. So when trying to send important emails out to known contacts, often we get bounce backs from the recipient due to Bluehosts use of bad IP address via cloudfilter. When you try to get assistance with this, they claim it is because we are sending more than 150 emails per hour (which we are definitely not). if you use bluehost, be aware you will have issues. In our case, we lost several large level sales because we could not communicate with clients. No one there will help you because their level 1 agents are poorly trained.

Very happy with this company. they are transparent and has a supportive and helpful customer support. As a newbie in blogging, I find the technical aspect of keeping a domain very scary and intimidating. But Bluehost's customer support eased me and assisted in putting up my blog. For the price, it's a steal.
