Before coming to this hotel, we were a bit wary due to the poor reviews on the website. Everyone has different opinions and expectations but we were quite happy with our stay. |The staff are lovely, especially the ones in the restaurant and the cleaners. The hotel is very clean, they literally clean all day. |The food was nice, different options! |The pool is small but we knew that before we came due to seeing photos from the reviews. Pool opens at 9:30am - I would reccommend going there as soon as from this time as it gets really busy and not many sun loungers. |Air con was perfect. |Bathroom was small but we were barely in the room so not really a problem for us. |One thing that lets the hotel down is the lack of entertainment. There is a DJ playing in the evenings (5 nights a week) and mainly plays spanish songs. Different entertainment would benefit this hotel. ||All in all you get what you pay for, the hotel isn't that bad so don't be spooked by all of the poor reviews 😁||- ping pong is free and we really enjoyed playing.|- Location is brilliant - very close to the beach!

We stayed here for 4 nights, first look this is a lovely hotel. The website makes it look better than it is! We weren't told there are 2 hotels, we were in the 2nd one. We were bombared with information when checking in, it would of been helpful to have a leaflet or sign in the room to tell you when dinner was etc. The food is nice, lots of variety but not much for a person with a milk allergy. The staff are mostly friendly however you can complain or report what ever you like but it doesn't get sorted!! We told them on the first night our door doesn't lock, we were told someone will sort it the next day, We reported it again and security came to look, he said someone will come and look and fix in the morning, noone ever fixed it. And then we found a bed bug, we discretely told reception who said don't worry, it's proberly from outside, and our sheets were changed! Again wouldn't move us rooms and nothing done about it. The pool is small, there's not many sunbeds and everyone smokes everywhere. The balcony isn't clean, but ok to sit outside, although the view is not great. The entertainment is ok but not on every night and theres not much else to do. The pool is open 9:30am - 7pm and after 11pm you cannot get anything to drink! Unless you use a vending machine. I wouldn't stay here again. Also you can here your neighbours all day and night. We have been in better bed and breakfast!

Better than expected. For the price, don’t expect luxury, yes, the rooms are small and the walls are paper thin but the hotel is more (!!) clean than another, more expensive ones we stayed in. Food was also good, we ate 3 plates every time, lot of fish, vegetables, good drinks, pizza every time. Staff in the restaurant very very helpful and nice! The hotel is not in the centre but close to beach. So it is not as noisy. Every age group, from teenagers to families, old people. Overall, we had a very nice week, if you are looking for an affordable all inclusive option it is for you! Thank you ✨☀️

It was just a pleasant hotel experience. The staff were nice and helpful. They look after the rooms nicely with fresh towels each day. More information should be given on the website about the facilities. We were surprised that there was not one but two buildings on arrival. We were told to go to the top hotel with all our luggage, no assistance after the long journey from Barcelona Airport. The photo of the pools look bigger that reality and both not big enough to cater for the number of rooms in each building. We had to wait for a sun lounge each day. The lunch was not lunch but limited snacks - toast and ham/cheese plus chips. Not good enough for an all-inclusive. The Gym equipment was broken and the room should have been closed. Entertainment, there was none in the evening of 22nd to 25th August. The building was build many years ago and at the time sound proofing was not common. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear talking and impact sound. I did not enough my sleep.

This was our first time abroad together as a couple and married. We saved for an holiday, we didn't expect luxury but for three stars you expect less of the problems that we had. Firstly the photos of the hotel look like they've been enhanced to make it appear better. Secondly as a married couple, you expect a double room to have a double bed not two singles put together, but we put this aside. The internal lock on our door didn't lock, we reported it twice, security had a look at it and said it would be fixed next day by maintenance, it wasn't, we leave tomorrow and it's still the same. Yes it's an holiday location with lots of young people but you don't expect the joining room to contain at least 4/5 young males playing loud music until 1am and banging around like they were trashing the room, We mentioned it to reception who said if it was trashed the cleaners would say so, the next night the same, went and reported again and security visited, this time it quietened down. For a three star room I would expect a mini fridge so we can keep drinks cold, a kettle and selection of tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets, these are the basics we get in standard bed and breakfast guest houses in the UK. Entertainment is rubbish, they have Wednesday and Sunday off for rest days, is there no other entertainers? A variety is better also too, not just some middle aged bloke playing Spanish music, what about comedians, magicians, hynotists etc. Lastly and the worse thing, there was a bed bug, and it bit my wife, but apparently reception think we've brought it in with us, she would get the cleaners to check but we heard nothing. According to the Web, if you suspect bed bugs, the hotel are to change your room and onto a different floor whilst exterminator teams cleanse the whole area as a precaution. So whilst this hotel is close to the beach, a variety of shops and does a decent buffet, customer care and the ability to relax is really bad. We would come back to Lloret de Mar but we have looked at other hotels in the area that are not part of the bluesea group. If you don't want issues for your money go elsewhere, if your not bothered about value for your money then consider here.

We stayed at Blue Sea Montevista Hawai as a couple and overall had a really enjoyable experience. The hotel is in a good location, just a short walk downhill to the beach and town, yet far enough away to be a little quieter at night.||Our room was simple but very clean, with fresh towels daily and a nice balcony to sit out on. The staff were definitely one of the highlights—always friendly, smiling, and ready to help. We felt very welcomed throughout our stay.||The food was decent with plenty of choice at the buffet. Breakfasts in particular were enjoyable, though some dishes at lunch and dinner became a little repetitive. Still, for the price and the fact it’s all-inclusive, we couldn’t really complain.||The pool area was nice but could get busy, and sunbeds were quickly taken. Entertainment in the evenings was fun to watch, but if you’re looking for peace and quiet, keep in mind this is a lively hotel that attracts families and groups.||Overall, this is a solid choice for couples looking for an affordable holiday in Lloret de Mar. It’s not luxury, but it offers great value, a good location, and a warm atmosphere. We would happily return for a short getaway.

Horrible place. Avoid this hotel. Dirty rooms. No noise insulation. Very low quality breakfast food. Small bathroom. Constant floods in the shower, as the cabin curtain is too short. Shower mixer broken. The reception ignored complaints. Smelly bed linen, uncomfortable pillows. The hotel requires deposits for usage of safe box and tv remote, and for no reason will charge you extra 3 euros daily for a key of safe box. TV remote is on deposit, so you actually don't get TV in your room. The elevator is steadily out of service. On the very last night of stay, there was a group of men playing dices in the hotel yard. They drank alcohol and made big noise, at least from 3 to 5 A.M. Because of no sound insulation, we could not sleep. I tried to reach reception per phone, but nobody answered. However, exactly at the moment when phone on reception desk ringed, the men stopped playing and shouting and left. This makes me suspect, that those men could be related to hotel personnel. The hotel is better to describe as an advanced hostel. Prices per night are definitely way too high.

Well it is an old hotel and some rooms definitely require refurbishment however renovated rooms are quite decent and perfectly suited for the pleasent stay. This is also applicable to bathrooms.Staff in the hotel well organized and aimed to please and provide for the guests. AC is perfect which is necessity in sunny Spain. Restaurant is excellent food is composed of seasonal groceries vegetables and fruit, dinner is excellent comparable to other hotel chains in Spain. Beachfront is in the proximity of hotel and is well maintained. The only thing I didn't like is because Lloret d e Mar is crowded during the peak season but that is not unexpected. However Montevista hotel offers good value for the money.
