Stayed here with my partner and our 5 month old boy. Was such a lovely experience. We went with all inclusive, the bar was lovely and quiet for us, they had loads of things to do and a DJ every other night. The hotel rooms where not bad bathroom was a little outdated but the balcony definitely made up for it. Quite thin walls but we didn’t mind as the baby just sleeps through anything and so do we. Cleaners were there everyday and they made the room look like brand new emptying out all the bins and reorganising everything. The food was lovely, different variety of all things and some bread rolls, meat and cheese to make your own sandwich. The staff in the food area were the most lovely people ever so kind to our baby absolutely loved him and would always talk to him. The pool area was extremely busy for such a big hotel and a little pool but we didn’t mind as we’d go later on and it wasn’t as busy then. Right next to a supermarket and the beach was further down so the best place we could’ve been. They had little tables and chairs out the front which were so nice to sit out in the night. The only problems were ; the lift, would spend 15-20 minutes at busy times waiting as we had a pram and couldn’t go up or down, they’d always be full of kids who could’ve easily have walked down the stairs, especially after having food and taking the lift up it would be full of kids in there and the second one never seem to go up no matter how many times we tried. Overall it was a lovely experience and we would definitely go again mainly due to how lovely the staff where👍🏽👍🏽

Ignore all the other reviews and try it for yourself!!! This hotel is budget friendly and has everything you need for a cheap holiday. Staff were nice, drinks are strong and the food is standard for an all inclusive restaurant - always pizza, chips and ice cream! Cleaners come and make your beds and change towels every day. Beds are comfy and rooms are all clean. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we knew who was next door. Pool was lovely and refreshing, plenty of seats and sunbeds but they do get reserved quickly so you have to make sure you go after breakfast. Overall, we would definitely recommend for a cheap holiday.

You get what you pay for.||The hotel is across 2 separate sites. We weren't told this. The staff don't tell you that you can use the other hotels bar and pool. It was the other guests that told us.| |Absolutely no entertainment or daytime activities at either hotel. ||Food is OK, but it could be hotter. It serves the usual all-in food. You wont starve. The dinning room is spotlessly clean and the staff work hard to maintain its cleanliness.||The bar serves the usual all-in selections. It's clean and tidy. |Staff are friendly and helpful even when they are clearly run off their feet.||The pool was tiny. 32 loungers in total and about 6 tables for the whole hotel.|The other hotel has the bigger pool and pool bar. This only had 30ish loungers but spread out over a much bigger space.||The bedroom- Peeling wallpaper, damp musky smell and very dusty. Blood on the curtains and bedding. |The bathroom had had a cheap paint job to make it look better, it didn't work.|Yes the water was hot in the shower but it only trickled out. |The maids changed the bedding once during our week stay and towels daily. |The staff are very nice and friendly.||Overall would I recommend this hotel to anyone, NO! Pay a bit extra and go elsewhere. ||Bluesea are a big brand. Maybe they have only just taken over this hotel and are bringing it up to scratch, I don't know. Maybe check back on the reviews next year(2025) to see if they have improved 😀

Reading the reviews I was dreading my stay, I was promised raw food, fist fights, and lots of police visits!!! I was really left down by this as I DIDN'T witness any of the above on my stay, The food was like any basic 3star if you want luxury gourmet food you won't receive it, the room is small bur clean the bathroom is run and not much of a bathroom bur you van brush your teeth and have a shower the water is hot and powerful, The staff try there best I didn't come across any rude staff ans we were checked in early by a lovely reception lady with long hair, the oldish man on reception was kind and friendly and said he would get us our room early and he did. The bar staff, the old guy, is really ok. I read reviews, and he was rude. I didn't witness this either|As a mixed-race woman with her adult black daughter, i didn't receive any racial abuse by staff or other guest

You get what you pay for.. Rooms were very basic, but clean and beds were comfy. Walls are very thin, and I was woken multiple times every night by neighbours and drunk people. I couldn't fault breakfast. I really enjoyed it every morning. But lunch and dinner were very bland and mostly the same things and weren't very warm. All the staff that we spoke to were very polite and helpful from the receptionists, bar staff and housekeepers. The location was great, close to the beach and the shops. But there is a bit of a hill. Overall, we had a great time away.

Second time I’ve been here and both times in the main hotel , the first in 2022 and I had the most amazing time but the second in 2024 the staff are very miserable and rude. We booked all inclusive and a lot of the bar staff shake their head and mutter to themselves when we order a drink after being very polite about it. Not aloud to sit outside the hotel and relax in the early hours as security said “I said no”. I have been asked for my room number every time I’ve entered the hotel after being out at night as they did not think I was staying here even though I’ve been here 3 days, and when I showed they key card they proceeded to take it into the back and check the name on the room which in the end was all correct, all in all a good hotel but it’s mainly the staff here.

Honest review: Wanted a cheap getaway and cheap is what I got. However, avoid this place if your life depends on it. Arrived and got told we were in a sister hotel up the road which on first look seemed ok. However it turned into party central with people screaming and shouting all throughout the night, with little or no involvement from staff to keep noise down. My room being right by reception might as well not have had windows and doors as could hear everyone shouting all night long in the reception / bar and outdoor area and running up and down the corridors. Even having security shouting at the top of their lungs at 4am. Food was same stuff everyday, fish, chicken, pizza, chips and salad however all cooked and no issues as such. Plenty to realistically eat on a budget. However the real horrors started when it rained at night, when water began flowing out of the light fixtures making it a health trap mission just to get back to my room at night, with all but a bucket over one leaky area, with the rest pouring onto the floor. The roof was collapsing along this corridor backing into my room, causing my courtyard balcony area to flood. Pool area would fill up bed wise by 9:35am on the dot, only about 20 beds available. If you arrive after this time you’re guaranteed a floor seat or no space at all. In no way suitable for a hotel of 7 floors. Location is out of the way, but in no way means it’s a quiet location. But a short walk to the beach. 2* star given only for the fact of a convenient a moments walk away. Avoid and spend the extra for an actually half decent place, spent the worst 5 days of my life here.

Very nice and friendly staff. Location hotel is 👌🏼 the bus to Barcelona stops in front of the hotel. 25€. Beach is nearby, 5 min walk. Good supermarket in front of the hotel. You can rent a bed for 8€ at the beach. The rooms are a bit old but clean. The pool is mini 😅. Breakfast was ok, lunch missed some variation. Maybe more fruit at breakfast? We come back next year 😁
