Well, the location of this place is so amazing and luckily their coffee is also not bad but the service is not great, they do not treat customers with great respect, that's what i felt but where the credit is due, you have to give it, so here are the good and bad parts:-
Good:
1. The location is so amazing.
2. The little cookie/biscuit thingy (it's really good)
3. Coffee beans - Ok OK but manageable
4. Price - Okay ( means for a large coffee for $4 it's okay)
5. Lastly, the rewards card with free coffee option after some 5-6 cups.
Bad:
1. They are always in hurry
2. Treatment and respect wise ( they are pretty low i would say)
3. They don't listen properly, (since REGUS is all MNC and clients coming in from different parts of the world,so the cafe has to be a little cautious with the needs of specific customer, for eg: I saw an elderly Japanese business person who was having some difficulty ordering espresso and the Aus accent sometimes is hard to understand, so after sometime, the barista got fed up and the vibes were not great, so yeah just my opinion, no hard feelings towards anyone...)
But, location wise, really amazing place...
