Well what can I say. The check in wasn’t that great, there was no front desk to check in. Everything was communicated through our Airbnb were we booked from. A few things happened that I think should have been addressed before we came into the room. There was a family of 6 people checking in, which there was only 2 key cards for a group of 6, and also didn’t have enough pool bracelets for everyone. The refrigerator wasn’t working, fixed it myself I guess, the WiFi was always going in and out, couldn’t do anything about, the master bedroom toilet would not flush, also fixed myself because no one would come within the hour or so, the kitchen didn’t have enough pans or big enough pans to cook certain things and would always stick on the pan, both the master bathroom bed sheets and pull out bed for the couch both had stains on the sheets….. like really people. We paid over $1000 dollars for this kind of stay? The only few good things they had was the fact that there was the beach right in front of us, 6 pools in the area, and also had a tiki bar as well. Overall okay by the middle of the week because we had to manage the situations. Would I come back here or recommend to my friends and family…… questionable. Maybe something last minute or couldn’t book something elsewhere.
