I’ve visited this restaurant three times, and unfortunately, my experiences have been quite disappointing.
During my second visit, I celebrated a friend’s birthday and we ordered the signature chicken, which was undercooked and had raw meat inside. Despite our concerns, the manager insisted that it was meant to be that way, which was unsettling as we couldn’t eat it.
My most recent visit was for my own birthday. We had a reservation at 6:15 PM and were informed we needed to vacate the table by 8 PM. It felt strange for a five-star restaurant to have such strict time limits. While we were enjoying our meal and chatting, a server approached us and abruptly asked if we were ready to leave, despite half our dishes still being on the table and no dessert ordered.
To make matters worse, I found a fly in my water cup. When we didn’t respond immediately to the server, the manager came over and suggested we move to the bar area, which was outside in 32-degree heat without any fans. This was not the experience we had anticipated for a special occasion, especially with many tables remaining empty.
Overall, I was surprised and disappointed by the service and food quality. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works to improve.
