Spent our annual meal with three girl friends at BLUHOUSER, total vibe for a ladies’ catch-up! We asked for a quiet corner to chat, and the staff hooked us up with a cozy, peaceful spot, just endless gossips and good laughs :) Their sourdough basket is next level, high-quality, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that tangy sourdough flavour that had us all going back for more. Easily one of the best sourdoughs in town. The Italian fare didn’t disappoint either: fresh octopus salad, crispy mortadella pizza, juicy roasted chicken with butter spinach, and al dente amatriciana pasta. All our foods are delicious and satisfying. Desserts were a highlight too, especially the ones with alcohol, I got the Rum Baba, so good and perfectly balanced, the perfect sweet finish to our meal. Only downside? The K11 membership points mess. We showed our membership card when paying, but the waiter just told us to register via the app ourselves, no help at all. The backend system is clunky and user-unfriendly, which slightly ruined the smooth end to our lovely meal. Overall, BLUHOUSE is a great pick for a group catchup. Fantastic food, boozy dessert hits, peaceful seating, and perfect for catching up. Just skip the K11 points hassle to keep the good mood going!

We spent our last night here enjoying aperitivo and dinner, and everything was excellent. It’s a great place for good food and drinks. The vibe is really nice—everything’s put together so beautifully. A huge shout out to Trina Mae — her attentiveness and excellent service truly made our dining experience even better. We really appreciated her warm and consistent assistance. The dishes were amazing, especially the zucchini, burrata and lasagna. Don’t forget to check out the desserts too—lots of good options to choose from. Highly recommended - A visit to Hong Kong isn’t complete without trying this! ❤️🤗

I came here for the first time on a Saturday lunch without a reservation and had a delightful experience. We sampled a few basics from the menu, and the burrata with fresh pesto was particularly satisfying. 🤤 The staff recommended the Bologna pizza out of the two sharing options, which we decided to try. The pizza crust was reminiscent of ciabatta, puffier than what you might expect. It was refreshing to enjoy a different style of pizza compared to the Neapolitan varieties that are so popular in town. The surprise of the day was the white truffle menu. I opted for the tagliolini, a bit on the saltier side for my taste, was still a wonderful dish. It’s fantastic to find a place that serves white truffle in a casual setting. I plan to try the other two options before the season ends. To conclude the meal, I indulged in a gianduiotto from their impressive selection of cakes. Its smooth texture and perfect size made it ideal for someone with a sweet tooth. The service was notably attentive during my visit. Little touches, like providing dry and wet napkins without being asked and changing plates and silverware between courses, enhanced the overall experience. I hope they maintain this level of service on future visits! However, there was one downside to the experience: a customer sitting outdoor was smoking cigars and spitting on the floor, which was quite disturbing. It would be great if the restaurant could find a way to manage that kind of situation to keep the atmosphere enjoyable for everyone.

We recently visited BluHouse at the Rosewood for celebration, and it was a fantastic experience. The dining environment is beautiful and sets a great mood. The food was delicious, but what stood out most was the service. The serving staff, Mavis, was very nice and took excellent care of us throughout the meal. It was a very nice memory for us, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Just such an enjoyable experience when a restaurant gets it right and BluHouse nails it. Atmosphere was vibrant whilst the service was attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was excellent especially the Porchetta from the rotisserie which was a highlight. All finished off with some of the best Tiramisu we’ve ever had. Looking forward to returning soon!

Regarding the food, the pork ribs delicious, a little side would have been perfect. Pizza was great tooand. The burrata with Parma ham missed a bit of something, the ham was also a bit chewy from my point of view or at least I had a different experience elsewhere before. The tiramisu is tasty, I would definitely chose it again. The some of the staff was greatly attentive. The table we had appeared a bit more noisy than expected, but it was still okay.

This restaurant setting is very beautiful and spacious. The Menu is a compilation of great classics Italian cuisine recipes. The pizza by cut, the starters, the pasta recipes and the most classic meat and fish Italian recipes. The dishes I tried were well cooked and the ingredient quality was fresh. The service matched the standing of the place. I had a positive first experience. To be tried again to see if they keep up consistently the good work.

I had an amazing dining experience at Bluhouse Restaurant! The food was outstanding, especially the Sautéed Clams, which tasted incredibly fresh with an amazing broth that elevated the dish. The Octopus Salad and Seafood Mezzi Paccheri were also delicious. The drinks, Fig Paradiso and Almond Fruit Crush, were perfect complements to the meal. A huge thanks to David and Mavis for their exceptional service—warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience special. Highly recommend this place for a great meal!
