BluLassù City Center Rooms - Cagliari

Nice vacation in Cagliary Italy. The apartments are nice, the host is also nice and she gives us information about the city, what we can visit, about public transport, how to reach the beach. If you like quiet and relaxing time for sleeping this is not the place for you, stay home.

I have stayed to this place from the 1st. To the 6th October 2022, booked two superior double rooms with en-suite directly through their website with the option to pay at the property rather then pre-pay online. As my flight was arriving around 9pm, Alessandra contacted me letting me know that she would have send someone to meet us at the property to check us in as after 8pm as it wouldn’t be anyone at tge reception. The cost for the out of hours check in was €15 per room extra. Riccardo checked us in, very thorough and professional and Alessandra was available through the phone for any information, query and advice, conveniently obtainable. Rooms were spacious|and exactly as advertised on their website. And the pictures don’t give credits to his beautiful is inside. From the home-decor to the beautiful high ceilings, sone of tge rooms even overlook a patio which makes both very private and quiet especially at night. What I was impressed most was tge proactiveness of Milena, the housekeeper. As much as I loved the toiletries and amenities supplied, I decided to buy my own favourite shower gel and Milena, seeing that, did not replaced the toiletries, which I really appreciate this small gesture. As well as how spotlessly clean was the room every time she did the service. Talking about small gestures, I asked Alessandra for sone beach towels and parasol as they advertise it on their website those amenities to be available and I was impressed how quick it was the response and in less then 2 hours we had everything to go to the beach. She also gave me great suggestions for a local Bar called “”Cafe’ Equador” but I’ll do another review for that. All in All I could not find any fault whatsoever as the place was perfect and immaculate, but what I like most was the fact that there are bins in the rooms for different types of recycling. If there is something that I would love to see improved is perhaps a safe into the room, but saying that, I could guarantee that I left sone high valuable items in the rooms whilst I was away and not fearing any breaking through. In conclusion, I had the best time ever at Blulassú and at least once in a lifetime everyone should give a try to tge boutique guesthouse. Looking forward to be there again next time that I’ll be in cagliari. Thanks for your hospitality

The apartments are well-situated, in the city center of Cagliari, but not in a noisy part of town. So you can have a good sleep. The decoration is simple, beautiful and the furnitures are new. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. But what made my stay, was the kindness of the Owner. She was very helpful, she gave us so many good spots, not only at Cagliari but even for the rest of our roadtrip. A pleasure to travel when meeting people like that.

Although we spent only two nights at BL, it was great! The owner is very kind and helpful (she showed me where to go what to see where to eat). The location is great - in the city centre ( but not noisy) and close to the train station. Despite that I don't recommend women to walk around town on their own ( the city doesn't seem very safe at nights). The rooms are perfect, the minimalistic design is great. The bathrooms are very clean and nice. Our stay was very pleasant and I highly recommend staying there!

Stayed for 7 nights in April 2017, was generally happy about the experience. I would certainly recommend it to someone looking for a place mostly to sleep between days full of visiting, who would not like to spend a lot.||||+||- centrally located and easy to find (within 5 minutes walk from the train station, 15 minutes from the city centre), well connected (1 bus stop just outside the building and another 2 close by)||- spacious, clean, well-equipped room, with TV and wi-fi; stayed cool even after hot days||- towels and bed linen changed twice per week||- plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood, try Beni Benius down the via Pola for some excellent local dishes and fair prices||- kettle with coffee and cookies available, it was a nice touch!||- the owner was very friendly and helpful, she gave us a city map and some invaluable insider tips about where to go in Sardinia and how to get there (public transport can be tricky outside Cagliari). Communication with her was very efficient (email, Whatsup)||||As for the downsides:||- very acoustic, if some other guests were coming back in the middle of the night, we would hear them well. To note, once they went inside their room, the noise was down and not disturbing at all.||- our bathroom seemed quite damp despite us opening the window frequently

Great welcome and advice from Alessandra and the bus stop is literally 2 steps from the rooms. Parking difficult during shopping time. Nice room for 1 or two nights. Very central. Good to visit old town. Be aware it is not a hotel but private rooms with or without private bathroom. ||||Only drawback was the smell of smoke in the whole place when someone did not adhere to the policy of smoking out of the window in the communal room. Even when they do, it still fills the place with a smell of tobacco smoke which my wife and \|I are no longer accustomed to. Water cocker to do a free cup of tea or coffee would be nice. Coin machine for coffee available.

Great value - nothing luxurious but everything you need for a comfortable stay. I traveled alone and had a double bed to must and private bathroom. Cleaners came every other day and tea and coffee is provided. The host Allesandra was excellent. She spoke great english, was very friendly and have me recommendations. She was on hand via WhatsApp if I needed anything. The location is fantastic. You can easily walk anywhere, including the train station. Nice restaurants nearby and very easy to reach from the airport. The beach is a short bus journey away.

Place is really nice and decent. Our rooms was really big and comfortable, nice furnished. The area of the city is not the best, and the view from our room was not that great (we were looking at the opposite walls and windows. The bathroom is really nice and new. There was just a little bit of some strange smell and maybe it could have been a little bit more clean. Apart from that, good place to stay.
