I have been here a few times. The sandwiches stay together and are good for grabbing on the go or for a quick and easy lunch. Still, I tend to prefer some of the other lunch spots in the area for flavor and price. There isn’t really any indoor seating space, but their takeout window is very convenient if you order online ahead of time!

Google
Heard Blunch had the best chocolate chip cookies, so I had to check it out. I can happily report that the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie ($3.27) truly was the best chocolate chip cookie that I’ve had in Boston. It had the perfect crunchiness all around while still maintaining a slightly chewy center. The chocolate chips were also huge and nicely melted. Also, as heavy as this cookie was, it somehow wasn’t sickly sweet like other dense cookies that I’ve tried. I do think the price is a bit high, but it’s probably for the better that there’s something to stop me from getting this too often. Unlike other cafes, this place isn’t open on weekends, so plan accordingly. The inside is very small, but people knew not to block the flow of traffic. There is also some outdoor seating. There is a $5 minimum for credit cards.

At first sight a little cramped but the food makes it all worthwhile. I always order BLT with chicken bagel and I’m never disappointed. So juicy and delicious I want to get another but, I feel full already. Also a bit pricey but still, worth it! Keep it up guys.

Food: 🥪🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tried "The Lower East Side" at Blunch, and it's an absolute winner! Packed with roasted beef, Swiss cheese, horseradish slaw, dill pickles, and fried shallots, all between pressed marbled rye. The combination is mouthwatering, offering a delightful burst of flavors in every bite. I've explored other items on the menu like "Bird on Fire" and "The Giving Tree," but nothing compares to "The Lower East Side." It truly stands out as a flavor-packed masterpiece. I mean look at that cheese pull! Sweet Treat: 🍪🌟🌟🌟🌟 Don't miss out on the triple chocolate chip cookie for dessert—it's a delicious treat to round off your meal. The rich, gooey chocolate goodness adds the perfect finishing touch to your meal. Service: ⚡🕴️🌟🌟🌟🌟 Fast and friendly! The staff is efficient and ensures your order is served promptly, perfect for those looking for a quick, satisfying meal. Convenience Tip: ⏰📱😊 During lunch hours, the lines can get long, but here's a tip: ordering ahead on their app is a game-changer. Whether you're in a hurry or simply want to skip the line, the convenience of ordering ahead is worth it. Overall Experience: 🍴👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Blunch Boston is a go-to spot for a delicious and hassle-free meal. "The Lower East Side" sandwich, in particular, is a must-try for those craving a satisfying mix of flavors. The fast service, the convenience of ordering ahead, and the delightful sweet treat make it a top choice for lunch.

Ordered for a friend through Uber eats. The giving tree was missing turkey and cheddar cheese. Called the restaurant was told I would be getting a refund through Ubers eats which was only $4 and some change smh never again :/ only giving 3 stars because the sandwich had a nice presentation just missing items

Google
It is a pretty nice concern cafe, quite small with some seats. Closed at 3 PM, mostly for lunch sandwiches and bakeries. The chicken sandwich was delicious, they had their own special sauce. The Granola Parfait looks nice, creamy and sweet. The location is not good, but well known within neighbors.

Google
The best Bfast Eggwich I’ve ever had in my entire Life. I literally bought it took a bite so I can finish it at home. That first bite sent me to heaven. I had to pull over so I can finish and enjoy the rest. I accompanied it with a Triple Hot Chocolate and finished my hot cocoa with a stuffed Caramel Churro. It wasn’t until I had two bites left, that I noticed I hadn’t taken a picture of this amazing meal. I’ll definitely be back. It was so good!!! This was my first time there, I came in confused but Hungry and Nikki made my experience so much easier. Thanks Again Nikki❤️

Google
Delicious sandwiches as advertised. Homey regulars type of vibe inside. Curt but good service. Will definitely return to try all the sandwiches - heard from multiple people while there that the Piglet is the best but I got a breakfast sandwich.

Yelp
Such a yummy lunch spot around Boston University's medical campus! The sandwiches are to die for, and to make it even better they let me "build my own" :) it was perfectly melted and delicious. Baguette was a 10/10. The service, espresso, and lemonade were great too. The ambiance and outside seating were perfect to relax on your lunch break. Couldn't recommend more!!!

Yelp
Been coming here for years and it's always awesome. I've tried most of the menu but always end up with either the Big Papi or the Bird sandwich. Both are pressed paninis and are lights out. Today ended up with the daily special which is chicken, aioli and jalapeño chips crunched in there and it's outrageous. Unfortunately the panini just doesn't photo well and does not do it justice but it was awesome. Washed it down with two homemade chocolate chip cookies and left very happy. Highly recommend if you're ever in the Southend!

Yelp
Pickup for breakfast sandwiches - they're HUGE! My partner got bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and I got the same but on an English muffin. Sandwiches were good - could use more bacon for such a big portion of egg. Cute lil place!

Lasha H.

Yelp
I work across the street at BMC, and I look forward to my lunch break so I can eat from blunch.
google avatar

Yelp
The Delovely is probably the best turkey sandwich I ever had - staff was friendly, sandwich was made quickly, and the place was clean and had a sweet patio - great experience.

Yelp
Guy Fieri has been here! Location: what a cute spot. On the corner of a side street. Small. Very small. Limited spots inside, maybe like 4 seats. There's outdoor seating too. Easy to get to by bus. Bus stop right down the street. Parking: street parking. Attire: it's a cafe, not a fashion show. Food: fresh so fresh. Was told their chocolate chip cookie sells out by lunchtime everyday. For good reason. Decadent, and flavorful. They do not skimp. Coffee was fresh and strong. Price: decent. It's what you expect from a cafe coffee shop! Overall: definitely give it a try. It's very small business. The coffee is good, food and dessert as well. Not a place you'd go out the way for but if you're in the area or driving by conveniently definitely stop by!

Yelp
This has become my go to lunch spot in the South End. Love that you can place your order online. They serve a variety of sandwiches and salads which are always delicious and fresh tasting. Be sure to order dessert as well because they make outstanding chocolate chip cookies. The staff is also very friendly and clearly care about their customers. The shop is very small but I promise it's worth the wait.

Yelp
So cute, great spot for sandwiches and coffee!! Very friendly workers. Would highly recommend!

Yelp
Blunch is a solid brunch place! I got The Bird on Fire, which was delicious. I do think it should be spicier though given they have the regular version for people who don't like spicy and isn't spicy. The bread was nice and crispy but not hard, and the chicken and veggies was good. I do wish there was a bit more filling, but I just like thicker sandwiches haha. Currently rated 4/5, and will come back to try a different sandwich!
google avatar

Yelp
We really enjoyed The Bird pressed chicken sandwich and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. They have a little counter seating and small outside seating area. It is right across from Boston University Medical Center. Service was friendly.

Yelp
The Best in food in this area! I don't know how they do it in such a small area but they do! I have been coming here since they opened! Great food , Service , and ambiance! Mostly takeout only seats 5 inside but great fresh foods !
google avatar

Yelp
Was recommended from a coworker- I work at BMC. So quick to get my sandwich (I ordered online). I ordered the Provencal and it was soooo delicious. The whipped goat cheese was the selling point for me. I also got a bag of deep river chips- one of my favorite chip brands. I can't wait to work again just to go here for lunch!
google avatar

Jordan K.

Yelp
A classic if you're around BMC. I love the sandwiches (the bird on fire is my go to), and the cookies are some of the best I've ever had. If you order online, make sure to tell the staff that you're there so they know to make your sandwich. My only complaint is that they're not open later or on weekends, because I'd go even more.
google avatar

Grace J.

Yelp
Love blunch! I always get the sandwhich with goat cheese and artichokes and it's soooooo good. Literally obsessed. Super fast service and if you go during lunch rush just order ahead! Super cute to sit at but just be mindful that it's across from a hospital. Will definitely visit again.
google avatar

Neha M.

Yelp
If you want the best sandwiches in Boston, this is sincerely the only place to go. There's so many options and types of burgers, bagel-sandwiches and sandwiches. You know it's good when Guy Fieri has reviewed the place and had more than one sandwich that's recommended by him. I got the Boca sandwich and the creamy cheese with the fresh veggies and crisp baguette was the ultimate combo.
google avatar

Karen G.

Yelp
Tiny corner comfort spot, a few tables and chairs outside, a few stools along the window shelf inside. Creative pressed sandwiches, the freshest ingredients (e.g. roasted red peppers, shaved green apple, whipped goat cheese, raspberry purée) and reasonable pricing. Add on a homemade cookie or two and you're good to go conquer the rest of your day! Parking is tough since this is across from the Boston Med Ctr. Street parking or a small meter-pay lot is a short block or two away.

Alexandria G.

Yelp
Always solid lunch choice, haven't been disappointed by anything I've gotten and I highly recommend trying their cookies! But beware of getting addicted
google avatar

Chirag M.

Yelp
Delicious! Happened to walk by here and remembered coming across Blunch on Yelp. Cute outdoor seating and the sandwiches are amazing! We got the smoked salmon pressed panini and the chicken panini. The chicken was melt-in-your mouth cooked to perfection. The smoked salmon wasn't quite what I expected, but it was tasty nevertheless. Will definitely be coming back here. Pro tip: order in advance online if you're coming during lunch hours, place gets busy!
google avatar

Shreya P.

Yelp
Blunch is easily the best food place near Boston Medical Center - great sandwiches, always busy, and nice outdoor seating. Have come too many times to count!

Tomo O.

Yelp
Food was good but service was horrible. Waited 30min to get a sandwich for lunch time. Avoid this place if your lunch time is short.
google avatar

Sophia X.

Yelp
Firstly, this place was smaller than I thought. There's a few outdoor seating spots but inside, there's like one counter with a couple of barstools and then one small table in the middle. The service here was very welcoming and sweet. I thought their sandwiches were pretty tasty, but not mind blowing. For the location though, it might be your best choice compared to what's nearby. Along with everyone else, I'd also recommend getting their chocolate chip cookie; especially if you like a gooey center.

Catalina A.

Yelp
The sandwiches are delicious, the staff is friendly and quick, don't leave the place without getting the chocolate chip cookie!
google avatar

Yelp
A must for any sandwich lover in boston. I had the Beef sandwich. It was prepared in 5 minutes during a lunch time. Perfectly toasted and crunchy. Tucked between the bread was moist, tender, and perfectly cooked beef slices. The mildly tangy sauce was the perfect compliment and rounded off the entire entree. A perfect contrast of textures with all the essentials of a quality sandwich.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place for a quick bite. Lots of great options. The staff is always so friendly and the food comes out quick. Only downside is that there isn't a ton of space to eat but now that the weather is getting nicer, you can try and snag a spot outside!

Yelp
This sandwich shop Blunch is a little out of the way for me, but my visit was well worth it. The Provencal (vegetarian) panini and the chocolate chip cookie tasted fresh, serious and were priced just right. The shop is definitely on a small side and their seating definitely can fit less than 10 people in there. So, if you are claustrophobic or don't like having little space, you should take your order to go. It definitely took a while before my panini came out (they made it fresh to order), so be patient and hang around there. Perhaps, grabbing some pastries/bakeries to eat while waiting is a good idea too (they are known for their chocolate cookies!..so try one!!). Overall, good neighborhood spot to check out. And even though I'm generally not a big sandwich fan, this place tasted good and I wouldn't mind stopping by once in a awhile to try other sandwich options out too if I'm in the area again.
google avatar

Diana N.

Yelp
Solid place for a toasted sandwich! There's several options for egg and bagel sandwiches, but I can only comment on lunch so far. I got the Lower End East side with roast beef, horseradish cream coleslaw, and fried shallots on rye (aI asked for it without the dill pickle chips that usually come with it). I didn't taste the shallots but the sandwich was very good. The rye was well toasted and will definitely make your gums a bit blistered, but very worth it. Blunch has about 7-8 seats inside and has a couple of benches outside. Parking may be a bit tough but I see a lot of people grabbing the sandwiches to go.
google avatar

Yelp
Blunch is a great place for a quick, hearty pick up breakfast or lunch. The layout is a bit odd, so it's hard to tell who's in line, and the seating is very limited. If you plan to sit you should expect quite a lot of jostling. The food was good, but nothing particularly incredible. The loss of one star was really based on the eggs. The egg part of our breakfast sandwiches was one of those premade egg squares and it wasn't a great consistency. It was also weirdly juicy. I would go back if I was in the area and needed a quick bite, but wouldn't go out of my way to stop here again.
google avatar

Yelp
If someone travels 40 miles to your establishment to order a dozen cookies but the internet is down, you sell them a dozen cookies. It fosters good will and encourages the patron to return. You don't say well you have $30 so you can only have 9. Most people I know no longer carry that much cash as we're becoming a tap transaction society. I made the trip because my wife and daughter like the cookies and they are good. However the attitude that I encountered from the owner is that this is an establishment built on greed not service. It will be a long while before I go through this effort again.

Yelp
10/10. TRULY!!! One of those sandwiches that make you say: "I never want this to end," while you're half way through eating it. Located right on the corner, Blunch is currently only open for take out. We ordered and payed online and were able to have 3 hot and fresh sandwiches in our hands within 10 minutes. Great options and really amazing flavor. My recommendation: The Bird on Fire !!!

Yelp
Delightful TINY sandwich shop across from BMC, has GF options and outdoor seating. Delicious!

Yelp
I am a senior in college now in Boston, and it is long overdue that I write a review for Blunch. The first time I had the Meltdown was when I was visiting Boston as a junior in high school. Ever since then, it has been my FAVORITE GRILLED CHEESE AND SANDWICH EVER. EVER! It is not surprising Guy Fieri came here! The four different cheeses, the tomato, the blend of it all on sourdough. It melts in your mouth every single time. It is literal perfection. Every time someone visits me in Boston, I take them to Blunch. Every single person has loved what they got. The chocolate chip cookies are TOP TIER. A must get! The coffee drinks are amazing too. The staff are super friendly as well. Over all, my favorite restaurant in Boston. I will long remember this sandwich and restaurant after I graduate.

Yelp
The bfast sandwich was very good. Great quality ingredients and homemade deli feel for sure. The cookie was ridiculous as well. Glad I found this spot

Yelp
Many people who work in the area love this place, so I decided to check it out. Food I've tried: - THE PROVENCAL ($9): the panini bread was nice and crisp, and the rest of the filling made it a hearty meal. Everything was seasoned well - The sandwich was good, and I have certainly come back to this place. It is a solid place to get a meal for a reasonable price. That said, I don't really see all the hype about it as the flavor profile isn't very novel. I would say it is a good place to get lunch if you are in the area, but I wouldn't come all the way to this neighborhood just for this. Atmosphere: - The shop is very small with limited seating. With COVID, they have closed off the entire store, and you can only order from the door. There are 2 tables outdoor. Service: - You often find a long line at this place especially during the usual lunch time hours. So it is definitely recommended to order online ahead, and just pick it up. If you order in person, expect around 15 minute wait for the food. Overall: - Solid lunch time option for a reasonable price

Yelp
Simple, unpretentious but oh so good, this place deserves its high yelp ratings! The boyfriend and I came here for an early lunch at 1130am on a Saturday and it wasn't very crowded. There is very limited seating, but most people seem to order out or order ahead and pick up. They have a nice selection of warm sandwiches and bagels and the boyfriend and I both ended up getting The Bird. The sandwich itself was huge and filling. I love that it comes as a panini, as the heating warms and melts the cheese, making everything blend together. Delicious. We also got a chocolate chip cookie due to the many excellent reviews and it was pretty good. Wish they warmed it up though- that would be amazing. The price is also very reasonable in the age of gourmet $10+ sandwiches, the Bird was a respectable $7.99. Overall, great sandwiches, great price- I don't think you can go wrong with this place! Definitely can't wait to try the other sandwiches!
google avatar

Yelp
Just had a Delicious Chicken sub - very nice staff and fast! Great experience overall and very good food!
google avatar

Christy N.

Yelp
The sandwiches here are absolutely phenomenal. There are many different sandwich options. I highly recommend the pressed sandwiches. I got the piglet on a pressed baguette and I couldn't be more pleased with my choice. I asked for pickles to be added and the staff was more than happy to do so. I also tried the bread pudding and it was extremely delicious. It was the perfect about of sweet. The place is a bit small, but the food came out quick, and it was a cute place overall.
google avatar

Johny H.

Yelp
The bagel was not good. Also they happen to charge like $6 more than the menu said. It was either a scam or just a terrible business model. Take just one of those $6 surcharges and print a new menu. This place is a a joke. Avoid

Yelp
Blunch is perfect for brunch! My workplace is directly across from them so it was a very easy decision to make and I was craving their awesome chocolate chip cookies (which they're famous for). I ordered their piglet sandwich which has ham, bacon, tomato, and cheddar cheese. It was very flavorful and tasted very fresh and their chocolate chip chips were as amazing as usual. They were pretty quick, I called in and my order was ready to pick up in like 15-20 minutes. The restaurant inside is pretty small and it was really packed for a Saturday afternoon, but I got my order in a timely manner.

Yelp
So I guess I am a frequent offender(or so the little crown next to my profile tells me). If loving Blunch is an offense, please take me to jail now. This tiny sandwich shop remains in my humble opinion, the best sandwich shop I have come across in all my travels around these United States. Located off Mass Ave, you are most likely to encounter a line that extends sometimes out the door. It's not so much the lack of seating( 8 or so) but rather the limited waiting area. Another thing you are most likely to encounter at Blunch? A doctor! With no T access and stationed across Boston Medical, most of your patrons will be future or current interns/doctors. That's ok, maybe you can get a free diagnosis while you eat The creative genius behind these sandwich works cannot be duplicated. The Provençal, the bird, giving tree, big Papi; the list goes on and on. The entire menu is phenomenal. Feeling lucky? Why not go with the whim of the day. A chefs creation with mostly unusual pairings that somehow ALWAYS works. There is also plenty to satisfy your sweet tooth. A visit to Blunch is not complete without the famous chocolate chip cookie. Not feeling like a cookie today? Get one anyways, thank me later. Actually, if you don't get one, I'm not sure your visit counts.....

Yelp
Wow. Blunch is really great. Knowing it's often busy, I made a mental plan to take food to go and eat it somewhere else in the area if it was too busy. However, when I arrived (12:45 on a Saturday), there were plenty of seats. By the time we left, though, the place was filling up, so it's all about timing. The first thing you hear about it is - you have to have the chocolate chunk cookie. So, we all had one. The cookie is delicious, thick and chewy, with gooey chocolate chunks. It's somewhat reminiscent of a cookie from Levain Bakery in New York in that it is perfectly chewy and gooey, but different. The sandwiches are delicious as well. I ordered the bird on fire (the bird sandwich, but with added chipotle sauce). The sandwich had sliced chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, roasted tomatoes, artichoke aioli, and greens on panini-ed baguette. Amazing. The sandwiches are also pretty filling, I only ate half and saved the other half for dinner. Next time, I'd like to try one of the egg-wiches. The egg on the sandwiches is similar to at Flour, where I is a thick, fluffy, probably casserole-baked egg. Looks incredible, and I love egg sandwiches (and eggs in general). Will definitely return!

Yelp
Heard a lot of hype about this place, so I came here with a friend on a Saturday morning. A super cozy place. I was really surprised at how small the place was considering how popular it was. (Also interesting fact: Guy Fieri made a stop here!) Moving on, I grabbed one of their chocolate chip cookies and their BLTC bagelwich with an egg. I thought the bagelwich was extremely delicious and it was quite large that it had me saving the other half for later (not complaining about!) . The cookie was also extremely delicious. If you are one of those people that love chunky chocolate pieces within your cookie, this is definitely the cookie for you! Overall, this place very much lived up to the hype and everything is very reasonably priced.

Yelp
Stopped here today for lunch with my friend And got the Giving Tree sandwich plus a chocolate chip cookie. The sandwich was a grilled turkey and cheddar with honey mustard, shaved green apple, and greens. The ratio of filling to bread was very nice as the bread wasn't too thick and they didn't skimp on the toppings. I loved the sharpness of the cheddar paired with the sweet and tangy favor of the apple and mustard. It was a great combo. The sandwich was slight grilled too long for my taste so the bread was extra crunchy and made my gums hurt, but it wasn't a huge deal. I also had to try the famous chocolate chip cookie that people rave about but it really wasn't that spectacular. Sure, I enjoyed it, but I've had way better CCC's elsewhere. The edges were great - very chewy and crispy but the cookie as a whole was a little too sweet. It was loaded with chocolate and seemed like more chocolate than actual cookie. Great for chocolate lovers but an overload for me. I've heard great things about their egg sandwiches and bagel sandwiches as well! If you're looking for a quality sandwich, come to Blunch!

Yelp
My friend and I decided to trek here since I read through the restaurant's accolades on Yelp. Lots of people raved over the bird panini, which has chicken, roasted tomatoes, greens, fontina cheese, and artichoke aioli. I ordered that with spicy aioli added onto it. My friend and I waited about 5-10 minutes for our sandwiches. The tables serendipitously cleared out by the time we got them, a blessing in this tight seating area. My friend ordered the Big Papi panini since I'd told him it's apparently another beloved sandwich here. I really liked the crunch of the bread and softness on the inside and the pattern pressed onto it. The chicken was good, and the spicy aioli wasn't spicy but it contributed a nice, slightly vinegar-y taste to the panini. I also liked the oven roasted tomatoes but I felt like there were too few. The cheese and greens barely registered in my taste buds. On the other hand, the big papi was excellent. Overall, it was good.
google avatar

Wilson L.

Yelp
This review is for the Bird on Fire. It was a pretty tasty sandwich! The panini bread was light and crisp, bacon was on point, the aioli was flavorful, but the chicken needed a bit more seasoning. I also had some really tough pieces of chicken that I couldn't bite. Other than that, solid sandwich - definitely going to try more of the menu.

Yelp
I love everything about Blunch except it's location - South End is just a slightly harder neighborhood to get to from other parts of Boston. But I'll make the trek even in today's 20 degree windy Boston weather. If I lived nearby, I would be here every single day they are opened (be aware - not opened on Sundays!). Their eggwiches and coffee crumb cake are SO GOOD. I love people watching at their window counter as I enjoy the food. Blunch is a cute little breakfast/coffee/sandwich shop on a corner of one of the pretty streets of South End. By now I've been here a few times and tried a few things including eggwich, bagelwich and baked goods. The eggwich and bagelwich are super flexible - you can add whatever you want but they have some special / suggested combinations on the chalkboard below the counter with the prices of each addition ingredient. I've been getting the eggwich without cheese, add turkey, fresh tomato and spicy aioli (which isn't really spicy at all but costs $0.10 and gives really good flavor and moisture to the sandwich). A few things that makes an eggwich one of the best sandwiches you will ever have - the bread is fresh and soft, egg is heavenly, ingredients are always fresh and comes out to a price of $5 to $7. It's simple, but it always manages to be amazing and that's all you need. The sandwich will get you to a good full, which is why I'd choose Blunch over many classic brunch restaurants (which sometimes serves just average, greasy food and get you to a food coma state aka I-don't-want-to-do-anything-the-rest-of-the-day). The coffee crumb cake is also so bomb but my boyfriend loves the churros more. Their staff are also super friendly. Get yourself settled in and cozy at one of the high stool seats and your food will be brought to you when ready!

Yelp
This is a super cozy place open for breakfast and lunch. When I say super cozy, I mean suupper small. There's enough space for maybe 8 people to sit; everyone else just needs to take it to go. I've been for their sandwiches as well as their eggwich. Everything is under $10 which is great for hungry students. I've had their Giving Tree sandwich, which is a yummy turkey/apple sandwich. Next time I might add on their spicy aioli since it was a little dry. As for the eggwich, it was super yummy and filling. The $5 base is pretty standard with a fluffy egg, cheese, and bun. But the toppings make it sing (bacon, chorizo, aioli, roasted peppers, tomatoes, Boursin cheese, etc etc etc). I'm definitely coming back for all my future breakfast needs.

Yelp
This is a very small tiny place. The sandwiches are very good the people are nice. The different choices of sandwiches from breakfast to lunch sandwiches are awesome!!!! The food has interesting names and they are perfect presentation, not sloppy. Perfect corner neighborhood restaurant!!!!

Yelp
Got lunch here on the weekend and it was pretty crowded! The layout of the place is a little odd and makes it feel cramped if there's a lot of people, and it definitely isn't ideal for groups with more than two or three people. Additionally, most of the options are sandwiches (or "Bagelwiches"), so this is not the place to go if you're looking for a lot of variety on the menu. That being said, the food I got was great! I ordered an onion bagelwich with egg, which was the perfect amount of food at a good price. The pastries behind the counter also looked very good although I didn't order one. Overall, I would say this place is great if you're by yourself or with one other friend and looking to get a sandwich or something quick to eat.

Yelp
They have very good sandwiches if you have not ate there you have to try this little place out they have delicious food

Yelp
Best chocolate chip cookies in town by far! Perfect to grab and eat outside on the Boston University Medical Campus. Don't be fooled - they also have awesome sandwiches! "The Bird" is my favorite of their sandwiches. The place only has a few seats inside, so make sure to plan for that. It's always really busy because everyone who knows they exist keeps going back!
