My one request for Christmas this year was a pair of Blundstones! I’ve wanted them for years, and my partner saved up and got them for me on Christmas Eve. It is now January 7th, two weeks later, and I’ve worn the boots twice. I slipped down a step at work, didn’t even fall to the ground, and the toe of the boot ripped. Luckily my boyfriend saved the receipts and got a warranty card, and it’s only been 2 weeks so I figured we were in the clear. I brought them to the store to get it sorted, and was told they couldn’t do anything because it was my own fault. No warranty, no exchange or return, nothing. They recommended I go to some expensive cobbler down the street. I’ve gotten leather boots from Amazon that cost less than 1/8th the price that have held up better. I am so disappointed in the quality and customer service received. All I wanted was a good pair of Blundstones.
