Blundstone Shop - Williamsburg

Jasmine was honestly great!! This was my first pair and she really took her time, knew the shoes inside and out, and gave me real advice on fit and how to care for them. Super professional and easy to talk to, no pressure at all. Her laugh and smile made me feel so welcomed, and I’m genuinely glad I came in-store instead of buying online just because of her service. I’d come back just to shop with her again. Also her style!! Immaculate!! Such a cool woman!

Bought my first pair of Blundstones, Had a chat with Jasmine and she 100% read me. Impeccable customer service and knew what I wanted, even though I was a bit of a pain in the ass and was one of those unsure customers coming in not long before they closed … she got out different sizes for me to try on to get my fit - zero stress. And it was perfect. Very laid back and made sure they fit me to my liking. Definitely going back here again . Also not forgetting the guys in the shop who I didn’t get their names … but they were also great and assisted me as well along with Jasmine.

Jasmine was fantastic!! Very impressive juggling multiple customers and still attending to our family so efficiently. We were able to try on a few pair and be on our way with a few fresh boots, easy and seamless! I just love when service is so good like that. It makes transactions feel that much more worth it!!

My one request for Christmas this year was a pair of Blundstones! I’ve wanted them for years, and my partner saved up and got them for me on Christmas Eve. It is now January 7th, two weeks later, and I’ve worn the boots twice. I slipped down a step at work, didn’t even fall to the ground, and the toe of the boot ripped. Luckily my boyfriend saved the receipts and got a warranty card, and it’s only been 2 weeks so I figured we were in the clear. I brought them to the store to get it sorted, and was told they couldn’t do anything because it was my own fault. No warranty, no exchange or return, nothing. They recommended I go to some expensive cobbler down the street. I’ve gotten leather boots from Amazon that cost less than 1/8th the price that have held up better. I am so disappointed in the quality and customer service received. All I wanted was a good pair of Blundstones.

Martin was absolutely fantastic and helpful! I came in to exchange shoes I bought online. Unfortunately it didn’t work out and I had to do an online return, but Martin helped me pick the right size and shoe that I needed to order. He even walked me through care of the boots. Would recommend the staff at this store!

I’ve been doing my research in regards to new winter boots for some time now and decided to come to the store to try on a few . Despite some of the previous reviews I came in and was blown away by the customer service. The manager there was able to answer all of my questions and he was very patient with me as I tried on a few of the boots despite having his hands full with a few other customers (which was expected due to the busy holiday season) . Thankfully i went with enough time to spare . I just want to applaud the staff for staying professional even when dealing with rude and impatient customers during this time of year. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Blundstones just off of the experience that I had .

Let me start off by saying that the professionalism here and the customer service is second to none. Big time boot guy and finally decided to go with the Chelsea style boot and after a lot of research, decided blundstone was for me. Hector was very personable on questions beyomd the boot, asking me questions about my day and life. As a first time buyer of the brand, he was more than happy to bring out several different pairs for me and several different sizes in each. Which honestly if I bought these online blindly, I would’ve had an issue with and had to send them back size wise. I cannot recommend this location and overall experience enough.

Martin was absolutely amazing with how he helped me with sizing for Blundstone boots. I was unsure of my size that I ordered and hadn’t known there were stores in New York. Martin gave me an insight on the different styles and how to take care of my boots. It was a learning experience as well as a good time. I will definitely be returning to Blundstone in Williamsburg for the new styles Martin spoke to me about.
