BNA Brewing Kelowna

When we arrived, we were looking forward to some great beer and classic pub fare, but we were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere and service truly blew us away! We found the staff incredibly pleasant, the lounge seating was super comfortable, and the menu? Absolutely outstanding. We highly recommend the pizzas, truffle fries, and fish tacos, and the Southern chicken is an absolute must-try.

Nice place with arcades to play and also they were more games.My kids loved it. There is kids meal and soft ice cream. My chicken burger is ok. I want a plain one, it was written on the receipt but they still put pickles in it. So 4 star from for being inattentive.

Huge place. 2 floors. Bowling bocce and arcade games upstairs. Also upstairs is a speakeasy which was pretty cool. Service was great. Got the Wagyu beef dip and was not disappointed. Good list of beers and drinks. Seems like an awesome place for a big party.

Recommended this place by someone we met in Banff and all 4 us us had great meals. Staff were great. Try the wagyu beef dip .. so good.

Legitimately one of the best dining experiences I have ever had…anywhere. Food was nothing short of phenomenal, I had the fried rice and the steak frites. The service was genuinely nothing short of a Michelin star restaurant. Logan, sierra and Avery served me and my 5 friends. They were personable, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and sincere in their efforts to make our night great! I’ve never written a review this long before but I honestly can’t say enough nice things about this place.

Our server was absolutely amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was spectacular, only down fall with food was they ran out of the gnocchi special. Stuffed gnocchi with a lamp and pork ragu, it should be on the menu full time, 10/10! Rest of the food our family ate was 10/10. The choices of beers, sours and other in house drinks was awesome The atmosphere is off the charts, great little spot for a family or a large group. Can not wait to return to Kelowna. BNA will be on the top of our list when we return

We loved the bowling and the food was amazing! The place has been decorated so nice and has a great atmosphere! Family friendly! Best part was though we felt very welcomed and taken care of! Very friendly staff! Our daughter has a wheelchair/stroller so we were able to get upstairs with the help of staff using their elevator! When back in Kelowna will definitely be back!

Went on May 29 (Thursday) pretty late in the evening. Having been there before to eat a full meal, I was already going in with high expectations. Now, coming in on my birthday, all I can say is WOW! About 3 of us walked in for drinks and appetizers and got a table right away. Our server (I think her name was Liv) was absolutely amazing and made my birthday great. She was super friendly and quick with service. I asked for a few surprise drinks and she was happy to oblige, even brought out a few shots and comped some of the drinks, 10/10 service! On the previous visit there was a large group of us that sat upstairs, service was great and the food was super tasty, I had some type of meaty pizza and it was quite large and full of toppings. Servers were happy to accommodate our party which included a wheelchair user so no issues there. Overall, I would absolutely recommend BNA for any kind of event or even if you just want some good food. The bowling alley is pretty fun too!

Fun place to hang out! Ive been here many many times with friends, for a meal, drinks, late night fun, bowling. The food is really good and there is a good selection of drinks. Staff are really friendly and it seems organized. They have a cool set up since it's two floors, the speakeasy is a cool area too. They sometimes have events around Halloween and such, which has been really fun. It does get quite busy on weekend nights, so prepare to wait outside. During the day or week it's not as busy. If you're waiting to get in, going to BNA burger next door is fun, they have games, food and drinks. They previously would honour your receipt from BNA burger to go into BNA brewing and skip the line, not sure if they still do this tho. I don't go as much recently as the crowd seems to be (much) younger these days. Still a great place to go to.

For the longest time I was told to visit BNA bar if you ever went to Kelowna. And now I can see why! I stopped by at 5 when the restaurant was open and there a line up outside the door and for good reason. Happy hour! Good food, cheap beer, good service and a great ambiance. They even have an arcade upstairs alone with a bowling alley! This place was amazing. I had their smash burger (it is only one patty on the happy hour menu) along with a beer and my friends had the wonton nachos and wings. The food was very good. The beer was pretty cheap for happy hour and there was quite a rush. I quite enjoyed my evening here and can't wait to come back!

This place is INCREDIBLE.....their staff are/were even better! Called for last minute group booking (25+ parents and hockey team from MB) and we were more than welcomed- we were accommodated, consistently served and checked in on....AMAZING ALL AROUND!! Thank you for the memories!

The vibes inside are cool, good music too. I sat at the bar and got the Purple Rain sour and BBQ wonton nachos which were both fire. Staff was really welcoming and attentive, thanks BNA for making my trip to Kelowna!

Okay so... if you're in Kelowna, you HAVE to come to BNA brewing atleast once on your trip. The food is extremely delicious... the service is spectacular. What's cooler is that they have a bowling alley in house as well which is interesting concept. When you're here, its really a mix of pub style and restaurant... an in between. Definitely worth a trip here.

Cool place to grab a drink. I loved the decor and the option to sit outside. The food we ordered was tasty. Wanted to give bowling a shot but the prices seemed a little absurd compared to the city I live in.

Excellent food in a really neat, cabin-style interior. They catered really well to gluten free guests - I had truffle fries, tuna tartare (they subbed gf soy sauce for the ponzu), and the sausage pizza on a gluten free crust. It's a great place to grab a drink and enjoy some comfort food. The service was good, no complaints. There are also some fun activities in-house, like the bowling alley, so it's a great place for a date or just a random night out!

Outstanding brewpub. My pizza was very tasty. I got the Brewers pizza. I had a taster of their two ne ipas and their sour, Purple Rain. They were all good, the sour was incredibly tasty. The staff were super friendly, attentive and professional. There is a restaurant and a separate tasting room. Loved both. Can't wait to visit them again.

BNA Brewing has it all - incredible beer, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere.Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a good time, this place has something for everyone. A definite favorite in Kelowna!

I took my partner here for his birthday and we loved it. We got the pasta and Filipino fried rice and shared a bottle of wine. Our server Jarrett was fantastic and knew a ton about the history of the building and provided exceptional service. We reserved the bocce area. The bocce set and lawn was in great condition. We will definitely be stopping here again next time we visit Kelowna.

I love the decor and the atmosphere. It is just too bad that we can't roam around with restrictions in place. We found street parking easily off the side streets. We were seated immediately but that is likely because we were there by 5pm on a Friday. I would say the beers are mediocre (we tried 9 of them), but the food and everything else is wonderful. The bowling alley is of course full. We would love to come back again.

Do yourself a favour & make this a stop for dinner. After hearing so many great things about this place, it blew me away. The service was spot on. Every dish was spectacular. And the venue is beautiful with the vaulted ceilings & wooden beams.

Great food, lovely cocktails and our server was really great! If was quite quiet the evening we went, but was definitely a nice vibe.

We had a great time here at BNA. The food and drinks were great and the service was friendly. There is a sick bowling alley here too, super cool vibes, definitely will be back again.

The burger is nothing to write home about , fries were Luke warm especially after asking for them to be hot right out of the fryer, service staff excellent Better value for your money elsewhere if you are looking for a burger and fries

Great food. Bar area nice and great service. Had Chicken wings and won ton nachos. Both very flavorful and well prepared.

We came here for dinner with a couple friends. We had pre made reservations and were seated pretty much as the doors opened for the night. I ordered a couple of sours which were quite good my wife had a sleeve of a stout the table ordered 2 sets of wings..their wings are absolutely delicious! Probably the best thing we ate that night. My wife ordered the Kung pao Street fries and I ordered the beef Rendang... The street fries were good with great flavor. The beef Rendang on the other hand was nothing special. Unfortunately it had quite a bland flavor mentions Thai chilli but there was no spice at all. Going back I would have gotten 2 sets of wings as they were awesome! Service was friendly and the food overall was good.

Good service & good food, nice vibe! We had a really fun night here when visiting Kelowna and would definitely recommend it.

Did not look like much but my local friend said we would have fun and some good food as well. He was right! We had just finished our round of most incredible golf at predator ridge and were both hungry and thirsty. Our needs were met at BNA beyond my belief. Ok.... walked in ordered a wonderful local IPA on tap from a most awesome host and bartender who served us from an airstream trailer inside BNA. He kept our beers coming as we played bocci ball. Yes... bocci ball. great fun. Later he brought us menu's and was very happy with the quality of the food that was served. I had a Fillipino Rice bowl with crispy pork belly and some other delights. Definitely go there for a fun and tasty time.

I came to BNA with family and friends. I had the portobello fries and bison bolognese ragu rigatoni. The portobello fries were crispy and delicious and came with a delectable rock crab dip. The bison bolognese ragu was served with homemade rigatoni. The bison was so tender, the pasta perfectly al dente, and it was the best thing I've eaten in a while! I highly recommend these two dishes. Atmosphere is unique. Decorations are in a typical British Columbia style, with lots of wooden accents. There is a even a bowling alley and a old-fashioned campervan from which drinks are served. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Price is good, at around 10$ for apps and 20$ for entrees.

Fun place to get together and enjoy some board games, bowling and arcade games. Long list of some awesome beers to try as well. Great for families or friends. Also have patio fires for your dogs to come and enjoy.

We had an amazing time at the BNA tasting room. Each of their eight brews were really unique and all easy on the tastebuds. I especially loved the ISA and the Pancho (but there's something for everyone). Brittney was fantastic, she was pouring and educating at the same time. Some of the friendliest, most welcoming service I've seen. She knew her stuff and handled the crowds with ease. This place was full with people bringing in the growlers for refills. It's $10 for 2L of delicious beer so I can see the attraction. Also a few folks like us, tasting a flight or two. The tasting room is small (room for 8-10 comfortably) but it was cozy and cool. A bit more space to stretch out would make this experience a six star.

So this is my third visit overall, but my second in two nights! Last night I had the char sui pork roast. This dish was so good I'd recommend it to a vegan. I've never tried anything like it. It took every ounce of will power to order something different tonight, and trust me I wasn't disappointed! Round 2 was fish tacos followed by Filipino friend rice. Needless to say I can't wait to move to Kelowna so I can eat here on the regular. Might even have to apply for a job so I can learn that char sui pork. Almost forgot, they brew their own beer. And it's really good.

When we need a night out to have a great time. We pick BNA Brewing. From the tasting bar to the restaurant then on to a game of bowling, we find the service top notch. Their Passion is evident when you receive your dinner that it's been prepared to impress your taste buds. I love how they accommodated my Gluten issues so easily. We also loved that the menu changes as the local food is ready at the farm gate. Fun find in Kelowna. Off the main drag and yet in the heart of Kelowna's cultural district. We love the atmosphere at BNA Brewing. Cheers!

This is one of the most physically beautiful Breweries I've ever been in. They have a diverse beer selection & to my surprise cause I'm a fan of big bold beer I lloved their Butchers Word Marzen

Ok, you'll probably think I'm high that I love this place so much. But, trust me, I'm not. It's just that good. We had the chicken parmesan, and the pork carnitas. I'm losing my mind, and I am not kidding. So good. And the beer, wow. Decent IPA. But Earl, the pale ale??!! I have died and gone to heaven. I would have posted a pic, but my plate looks like a demolition by now. Anyway, come here. Eat, drink, bowl.

Ever since opening, BNA has been (in my opinion) the best brewery in Kelowna. Not only do they have a large selection of interesting and delicious craft beer, but they have a delicious food menu. A lot of breweries have food as an after thought, but this definitely isn't the case at BNA. Highly, highly recommend this place whether you're looking to taste some craft beer, have a delicious meal, or have a fun afternoon/evening of bowling.

Such a great place to go ! The food is amazing as is the service. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Cool atmosphere and a bowling lane (usually busy). Parking never seems to be a issue but you may have a few minute walk to get there. Give the local beers a try. Some are very unique. Even the strawberry beer is good.

Super cool place to hang out and drink the in house craft beer. They have bowling lanes upstairs too. Didn't eat but saw lots of great looking dishes go by!

Stopped in here as part of the Smile Cycle Tour of downtown breweries and we were not disappointed. Very cute tasting room on the side next to the larger restaurant area. The tasting room was pretty full when we stopped in so we all grabbed out flights and headed to the main restaurant to enjoy them, we sampled three different beers and I really liked them all. Awesome vibe in a very beautiful building. Next time I will need to come back for the food!

Although the food delivery was delayed (not the waitress) the wait was well rewarded. The bison ragu was well balanced and velvet finish. The pork short ribs were absolutely divine! Outstanding is not deserving. Stellar is too limiting. Top drawer, A1, magnifico, all come to mind. Beer just helps!

I came here the last Saturday night with a large group of people (10) who were celebrating a milestone birthday and were in a party mood. I'd heard good things about the place and so I was interested to finally try it out. I don't know what I was expecting exactly... the service was good although I noticed a subtle hint of arrogance from several of the servers and the bartender - like an air that says "yes, I work at BNA and I'm so good". The food was fine and no complaints came from any of our entourage about their meals. Dishes came out piping hot and without much wait considering it was a busy Saturday night and we arrived without reservations, taking up a full lounge table and seating all around. I really can't say there were any beats missing but I don't know why - to me it just fell a little short of all the hype. BNA, although it's unique enough with a bowling alley upstairs and the building of a new tasting room next door, is missing a certain distinct flair or perhaps a difference in culture. It's a busy pub for sure (perhaps a little on the pretentious side), and yes the service was alright, yes the food was alright with no complaints (it certainly wasn't mind blowing or anything!)... but it is missing something. To me it just doesn't stand out above the rest but I was really hoping it would. I personally am not buying into the hype yet, BNA. I'm open to a review of this down the road though :)

Don't mistake this for just a brewhouse. Top 3 eateries in the city of Kelowna. Appie: Mushrooms on Toast...mind-blown Salad: Chop Chop = best salad in the city...hearty Entree: Chicken Parmesan...it has gnocchi...duh Great pastas, pizzas, Asian Best locally brewed beer in Kelowna. Excellent cocktails. Great featured wine you don't see at other restaurants in town. Staff and Management are great. Very cool hip atmosphere in a historical building. Combine all that with a bocci court and vintage bowling lanes!!!!!!

Great beer and menu was ok. Wish they'd bring back the beet fries! I love the mini cheesecakes in the jar. They aren't too sweet and not to big. Perfect for a treat!

Really tasty food options here, unfortunately the beer selection was limited to three choices but they were each very tasty. Ordered the wings which were very filling and tasty. I wish we could have more of their beer offerings but it's a small place and they have limited offerings. Service was great and friendly and the outdoor patio was very pleasant. The tasting room area was smaller than ecpected, limited to only a few seats. They also sell cans of their beer at the tasting area

Loved the tasting room. The server was super nice and very knowledgeable about the beers. Room had a cool vibe and the flights were a good deal, highly recommend doing one of those and keep the tab open because you're going to want more! Would love to go back and try the restaurant.

Wow what a surprise. The gnocchi was delicious! Honestly the best food we've had in Kelowna. Our food took a very long time to come out but the server kindly offered free drink or dessert to compensate. We weren't In a hurry so of course we had to stay for dessert Great atmosphere and friendly crowd. Definitely returning!

I could not have been more impressed with this place. It started with the building and then followed with incredible service, food, and drinks. I had our server (Carrie) recommend 3 beers for me. As a Brewmaster I always test the knowledge of the people who serve me beer. Her knowledge of the beers she recommended and served was the best I have come across. She then brought samples of 6 others and knew them extremely well. I highly recommend their Cascade hopped beer - their best seller. After she gained my trust from her choice of beer, I asked her to pick the two best appetizers. Their fish tacos and mushroom sauce with bread (not sure the name of the dish) was exceptional. They then offered to give myself, my girlfriend, and the other couples we were with a private tour of their brewhouse. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves sampling a wide variety of beer and paired with great food.

Amazing food. Pizza was fantastic-thin buttery crust. The roasted carrot salad was also phenomenal, however incredibly TINY considering it's a $15 salad... Would definitely come back

BNA is one of the first places we came to in Kelowna and we love it. We've been back several times. The food is fresh and delicious, very very well executed and thought out. They must have a great chef. Most of the stars here go towards the food. We were very impressed. They play good music and although it's a HUGE space, they've made it feel cozy. It's always quite busy, had 2 floors and the service so far has been nothing less than fantastic. One thing: I really wish they would be open for Saturday and/or Sunday brunch!!! They'd make a killing, and we would be there every weekend. Think about it, BNA. **this is an update: BNA is still just as fantastic as before. They have a sophisticated menu and I've tried over 10 items thus far and have never been disappointed. Very consistent, and delicious.

I had the grilled cheese/tomato soup and it was SO GOOD! Worth going back for more. There's a fun vibe in the restaurant and it had people of all ages there. Service was excellent (our server was Hannah) and I would definitely go back. Would love to see more vegetarian-friendly items on the menu.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I totally understand having to wait for a table for 7 to open up on Saturday night, but an hour and a half wait is ridiculous. Finally once we got seated, a server came by and said they'd give us free dessert or free drinks for waiting so long and being patient. Great. Except we waited another hour and a half for our food, which we decided was not worth waiting for and left before we even got it. Nothing was comp'd off of our bill, except we were given "one free beer" at our next visit because the general manager said he "wanted us to come back again" this was a terrible experience, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. Sorry, we won't be coming back.

So we come in as an 8 top on vacation, expecting a really good dining experience, but we got the opposite, the server doesn't care, she came after 5 minutes of us seated at the table, we got our drinks after 20 minutes, if that, and we talked to the manager because me and all my friends work at restaurants and know what to expect regarding service and experience and everything. Except the manager also seemed to not care about the customers' experience. Highly do not recommend this restaurant.

Ok listen up: BNA is bomb. As in, best ever, you'll never experience love like this again. Boyfriend and I finally got to stop in after hearing how amazing it was for weeks. We popped into the tasting room next door first, which has a cute, kitschy vibe with old mirrors, mounted animal heads, and lots of amazing beer! We tried a flight, including their Earl Grey beer, their blood orange beer (Blood Sugar Hops Magic - best name ever!) and two others that were also great but let's just take a moment to discuss one of the best beers I've ever had. Earl Grey. In beer. Yes, it works SO well. It's not heavy, it's a light, fragrant, hoppy beer that just totally blindsided me with deliciousness! I highly recommend you try it if you can. Next door has a gorgeous little patio area with lights strung up over it, lending it a dreamy, romantic vibe. The inside is an outstanding feat of beautiful design - two floors tall with exposed beams, soft lighting, and very carefully arranged seating, it's casual and intimate while simultaneously being fancy and a party spot - no mean feat. Downstairs has booths around the outside, and a mish-mash of seating inside - anything from a wooden bench to oversized armchairs! There's also a shuffleboard table, and the menu board is designed like a movie title display - so cool. Upstairs has a long table, and again a bunch of quirky chairs from chaise longues to comfy sofas. There's also an indoor bocce court (YES!!!) and a long bar area beside it where you can look over the rest of the space and people watch/talk about how you're going to slide over the edge and sit on the moose head below you... no? Just me? Ok... We tried the zucchini fries, ramen, and heirloom tomato salad; yes, it's a little pricey but not very different from most spots. The portions are a little small, but that can also be a good thing - you can try more! All three dishes were excellent and the heirloom salad was bursting with flavour and juicy pieces of tomato! I could have had three. We had a slight issue with the ramen which we mentioned to our server - she apologised profusely then fetched the manager who again apologised, then brought us a gift card! The service was way, way above and beyond - we were extremely impressed! This is truly an incredible gem that could easily compete in Vancouver, San Francisco, or New York. Kelowna, you don't know how lucky you are - don't screw it up! Go visit BNA, every day if possible, and let's make this the institution in Kelowna it deserves to be!

It was a packed Saturday evening, but we still managed to find some comfy chairs. I really liked the space, with its tall ceilings and wooden beams - very light and airy in the summer. The food was delicious, and though they had run out of several of their own beers, the ones we did manage to taste were tasty. Really interesting crowd too, a mix of ages and styles - great people watching!
