Bnb Belalp

This Bnb was amazing! Veronique and Yves were magnificent and very accommodating! We will stay here again. Our room was so lovely. Very cozy and a fantastic view in the corner room with a balcony. It was the Vaudaire room. Great bed and shower with a lot of closet space for your clothes. Very ideal for a couple. There is another balcony off the kitchen. You may use the kitchen to cook. You have your own fridge inside the kitchen. Great location and only about a 6-8 min bus ride from the center. It is only a few stops to the casino. Also, walkable distance uphill. We really enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very personable! Thank you Veronique and Yves!

View from the room was amazing and was close to station and restaurants. Room itself was very small. It felt even smaller as it had a small study table one shelf which had dvds woofer and speakers. The lights in the room were made too complex as it needed a combination of buttons and a couple of remotes. The bathroom didn't have a shelf for soap. The owner stays on the floor above and was very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed at this place over the weekend and had an ant infestation twice, which we had to take care of ourselves because the owners were gone. Apparently this happens on a regular basis but the owners didn’t really care about it and only gave us a small discount of 15% after we complained. They also went into the room while we were gone even though I told them to wait until we are back (now the owners claim that I said the room was too messy for them to enter, which is not true). While the flying ants were disgusting, the owners' way of handling this was worse. The place is also not in a good shape - cables sticking out of the walls, broken lamps etc. On top, the bathroom is in the bedroom and only separated through a glass wall, ie no privacy whatsoever. Would not recommend this place.

Great view of the lake. Super welcoming and great feel. Room was very comfortable and felt like home.

Good place stay and nice person in charge. Mountain view and public transport available in front of property.
