The stay at bnb 122 was ultimately nice. It felt very cozy and home-like. The room was exactly as described, small but very near and tidy! The host was very caring and attentive. And the breakfast was amazing. I even got vegan options without having asked for it beforehand! Definitely recommended!

I stayed for a couple of nights in late March (spontaneous bikepacking trip), value for money at this time was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic copious breakfast, sat in the sun in the gardens (even at soon after 8am at this time of year !), with a perfectly unobstructed view of virtually the whole lake. Dea is very welcoming and accommodating and I really felt at home here. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind being a couple of kms from the restaurants etc, but appreciates great views and great value for money.

We stayed in the BnB122 only for two nights but we really enjoyed our stay there. Our room was clean and spacious. What is more, there was a great variety of different food you could choose from for breakfast such as eggs, ham, salami, cheese, cakes and on top of that some delectable self-made pastries. The owner showed us great hospitality at all times and the scenery from the hillside was absolutely breathtaking. The only drawback of the BnB was the location. Then it was located directly beside the main street and to get to our car we had to walk along the road where there were oncoming cars shooting past us constantly. As there was no alternative route, we had to take the risk of getting knocked over multiple times during our stay. Nevertheless, we had a divine time in this BnB and if we had the chance we would book it again :)

If you enjoy a breathtaking view and good breakfast, you should really come here! It was a pleasure to stay. Highly recommend! The rooms are basic, but who would stay in the room with such a view anyway?! 😊

Rather bad for the price. It is really close to road and it is noisy, the shower is really bad maintained and there roughly no parking.

Very friendly location with a nice host and a spectacular garden above lake Maggiore.

I don't recommend. Landlord dishonest. Misleading. I must pay a big mandate to police.

Dangerous location, always accidents in front of the house. Not recommended
