Hotel was in a great location for the avicci arena. It was clean and well looked after. Room was good with the bathroom big enough to cater for 3 people. Whole experience was very easy. We found it easily and was only a short walk away. Hotel in within the football stadium and there are bars and restaurants connected. Would recommend as a base for a trip to Stockholm

We had an after work at the restaurant. It was a nice atmosphere, a perfect place to go after our bowling session next to the restaurant. I had a Boston grill double cheeseburger and it was tasty. The dessert could get more sauce though.

The worst customer services experience ever, we were scummed for the money. The manager is unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and lied to my face. Booked a room, but at the place turned out that they want to put us in a sleeping box. The manager tried to make a fool out of me. We had to pay extra to stay in a normal room. Breakfast is just bread, cheese, and two cold meat. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of the place is the location. Overall my recommendation is to stay away from this hotel.

Great place to stay if you have a concert at Tele2 arena or Avicii arena. Our room was spacious and neat. Keep in mind that there's a busy road just right next to the hotel and nightclub downstairs. We slept well, but some may find the noice disturbing. Great service at reception and during breakfast. Price was reasonable.

We vad a great spacious room. However, we didn’t get much sleep since the room was located above a Night club entrance... Lots of noicy people, honking vars etc. Don’t think I’ll stat here again despite the fair price and great room. Breakfast was ok, but möte similar to what I make for myself a tuesday morning than a ”hotel breakfast”

Found this to be in a great location. We were going to a concert and this was located in the same complex - also, it was a short walk to get to the 'Subway' which cost about £3 to get to the centre of Stockholm.||Right outside your door is a large activity centre with lots going on, including curling, shuffleboard, pool, bowling and lots more. Lots of pubs/restaurants included here as well.||Go out and across the street and the arenas are based here with more restaurants, and even a little shopping mall with a supermarket.||Subway is right across the street if you're looking for somewhere cheap to eat as well (though we had some difficulty getting them to understand we wanted milk in our tea lol).||Breakfast was included and had a couple of hot items and a small buffet that was more continental style.

Since we were attending a series of concerts in the Globen district we were looking for a nice but not expensive hotel for 3 nights. This was found in the Bo Hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was great and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is set in the Tele2 arena south of Stockhom city center (near globen and other event locations). For us it was just perfect for these days. Thank you!

What you need for a nights sleep, tiny but works well. ||Sleeping box, room for two but bunkbeds. ||Clean and fresh and I especially like that both shower and toilets opens with keycards. Breakfast was ok and since the price was good it was sufficient in regards to that. Perfect when you attend an event in the area.

Yelp
We must have accidentally booked the "sleepbox" and at first, we were just going to take it as a new experience BUT things just got worst. We were confused as there is a sign for BO Hotel, by the entrance of a mall looking thing. You are then directed to the inside of a restaurant/bar called Boston Grill. Interesting. There is no real hotel reception as the host stand serves as hotel "front desk". It's raining, we're exhausted, and after locating someone affiliated with Bo Hotel, we dropped off our bags at 9am and asked what time we should come back to check in; we are told 2pm and thanked the guy. We come back at 2:45ish and told that check in at 3pm, by a grumpy looking guy. The restaurant is empty and he could not be bothered to help us in any way. We ask to sit in the corner of the restaurant, away from the bar, and away from the eyesight of any potential patrons. Around 3pm, the guy walks over to us and says loudly, "Shit"; we are confused. "Excuse me", I ask. He mutters under his breath and says he can check us in. He "checks us in", hands us a key and points us to the back of he restaurant to a sign for the restrooms. We walk back and see a curtain and are very confused. There is no lock, just a door that leads to the bathrooms and then a curtain. We are lead to a dark, dim space where there are 4 "sleep boxes", side by side. It's definitely not for everyone. Light on the top bunk was broken and they tried to fix it but only fixed half, didn't offer any sort of compensation. I asked to cancel and guy says NO because we booked through a third party website (hotel.com). After a lot of back and forth and frustrations, I offer to pay whatever he needed to pay hotel.com and GTFO. It was 15% of what I booked. Seriously dude. You can't stomach less than 20$ USD? Another guest was actually checking out a day early bc he said he felt deceived as well. When I booked, I thought it would be safe BUT when anyone can access the "sleepbox" area without a key, inside of a bar/restaurant, it changes the game. I would go elsewhere. Even if you need a key to the actual sleepbox, there is nothing other than a curtain and that separates the restroom from an area where you are sleeping. Especially when the inside of your sleepbox isn't working, and their customer service is terrible, I recommend you stay away.
