Bo18 Hotel Superior

The hotel was really clean and well maintained staff were very friendly and so helpful nothing was to much trouble. We were offered a welcome drink. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice . It was my partners birthday the we arrived and mine the day after and at breakfast they played happy birthday to us and came out with a birthday cake each for us and we were given a glass of champagne too such a lovely touch. when we arrived back to our room after a long day exploring there was a bottle of champagne with a lovely note wishing us a happy birthday. We give this hotel 10/10. We will return. Thank you BO18

We stayed at the hotel for just two nights, but it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was a delightful taste of Hungary—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. When my daughter got lost on her way back from the restroom, the team responded immediately and helped us find her within minutes. Their calm and quick action made all the difference. We also loved the complimentary wine and the charming tile decor throughout the hotel. It’s the little touches that made our stay feel special. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for comfort with a personal touch.

Very nice hotel, big clean rooms with air-condition, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Close to main sight-seeing attractions. We chose the hotel for it's eco-friendly approach and because it offered parking (20€/day). When we arrived, they told us we could park in the street for free, because it was Sunday. How nice! There is water for free at the reception and you can buy snacks and drinks for reasonable prices.

I stayed for 3 days in an apartment that included one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. It was a great experience. The place was very clean, all the appliances were new, and the heating and cooling systems worked perfectly. It was only 400 meters to both the bus stop and the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast variety was quite reasonable. The only issue I experienced was with the internet. The connection was not stable and there were frequent dropouts. So, if a reliable internet connection is important to you, I recommend taking precautions in advance. Since I didn’t use the jacuzzi or other hotel amenities, I can’t comment on those.

Very nice hotel, near to public transport, wellness available, very fine breakfast with champagne, rooms spacious enough and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and always very helpfull. We would love to come back. One small point of attention : whirlpool does overflow so sometimes the slippers go floating

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bo18 Superior in Budapest. The room was comfortable (including the beds), with all necessities provided ( although plug points on the bed headboard could be better placed!). The buffet breakfast was really good, lots of variety, hot food menu changing daily and always plentyiful. The staff were pleasant, friendly and really helpful. One drawback with our room was that it was above building works for an extension. This can't be helped. The staff did offer to find us another room but the work didn't start early and wasn't too noisy so we stayed.|The surrounding streets were quite dark at night, which might be off-putting, but there were generally people around. The hotel is near a supermarket in a shopping centre, there are lots of restuarants ( good one Stex) and real good clear public transport nearby.

What an excellent hotel! The value for money of this hotel is insanely good. The rooms were spotlessly clean, filled with all kinds of amenities you will need. The staff were very professional, yet very kind. The breakfast was splendid. They also have free access to the spa and jacuzzi, which I really enjoyed. I'm coming back whenever I am in Budapest.

Great little hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and they even provide a take away option when you need to check out before breakfast times. |Room was very clean and the metro station is a short walk away. Definitely recommend staying there.
