been going to boa kloof for over a year now, 10/10 service, reasonably priced and easy to book via whatsapp if you want a perfectionist ask for lavo but all nail technicians do go a good job a rubber base and a gel manicure lasts 2-3 weeks and isn't brittle like an acrylic or gel overlay as rubber is flexible but provides strength i currently pay r225 for a soak off, rubber base and gel manicure vouchers that can be conveniently added to apple wallet are also available which make a solid gift every branch of boa i have been too has been consistent with hygiene, service and quality

Really great and affordable nail salon, that's also very conveniently located on my route home. Boa is definitely my new favourite nail salon! Not only was the service excellent but the staff was super friendly and the prices incredibly affordable. I absolutely love the all pink decor, makes them stand out. Only recommendation is that they get some more gold gel options, especially gold glitter (but this is just personal taste, and not a deal breaker). Would definitely recommend them and can't wait for my next appointment!

This is my second time at BOA kloof street and Marilyne did my nails perfectly both times! She is so precise with the nail art and helps me choose the colours that are closest to the nail inspo I show her. Marilyne is fast but pays attention to detail! I am extremely impressed and I will continue going to BOA kloof. Great service and really affordable! 🤍🌟

This was my first time at BOA Nails, and while my nail technician, Nora, was fantastic, there were some operational issues that could use attention. Nora was a perfectionist, and my nails turned out beautifully—she's clearly skilled and attentive to detail. However, the salon itself felt a bit chaotic. Technicians accusing each other of using items from their kits. The floors and mirrors weren’t as clean as I’d expect, and there was a leak right next to my station with a bucket on the floor to catch the drips. Clients, myself included, were asked to move seats multiple times, which disrupted the experience. Additionally, the entrance gate kept jamming, leaving some clients unable to get in or out smoothly. The salon could really benefit from a bit of operational TLC. In summary, Nora’s work was excellent, but the overall salon experience could be improved to match her level of service.

Hi, I called in yesterday @9:46 after making my booking and was about to add one more item the receptionist or whoever answered I was talking to hung up the phone I called back @9:48 added my item and before I could ask a question regarding payment the phone was hung up again both of these times the call wasn’t ending properly but just hung up. I went in to the store to make my payment. I was told I couldn’t, I had to explain to the lady at the front desk that it’s a surprise for someone else and I didn’t want them to back as I would be around, she went on to explain why i couldn’t and how the card/ banking system works, Al’s she could have done was offer me the voucher system which was the last thing she told me after I asked her what I should do them…. Today my sister who’s had a very hard week and was supposed to have a nice relaxing morning was told to have to take a seat, no one explain what her treatments was…. Someone arrived and asked her if she ordered her champagne to which she said no to because she didn’t know what they were talking about, a lady that arrived why later than her received her champagne before her. While she’s on the phone someone headed her her champagne to which she refused the glass and she was then told that it was paid for and by then she just didn’t want it and her appointment was coming to an end. FYI: her appointment was @10am, @10:30 when I sent her a text to make sure she gets her bubbly she didn’t know what I was talking about!!!!!! The problem here is the lack of communication, hospitality and phone etiquette. She enjoyed her foot massage and like her toes! But let’s do better.

What started off on a slight rocky start BOA Kloof management managed to solve immediately. I was impressed by the efficiency of their customer service they really do believe in having a happy client leave feeling fabulous with their nails. Letwin did an AMAZING job with my nails. I was super impressed by her service. She was so gentle and so concerned about me feeling happy with my nails set she had done for me. Will definitely be back and would certainly recommend BOA Kloof
