I just discovered this place after many years of living in the area. I came in search of a piece of reclaimed wood for a coffee table, and had read some of the reviews, so wasn't expecting that for such a small need, that I would get any attention. I wandered around the warehouse, lost in the beautiful array of hardwoods, doors, custom mantels, and small section of iron work. This was paradise, for anyone with an imagination in design. I came upon a hidden treasure behind some beams, perfect for my little project. I then realized that while I was happy not to be bothered by sales people, while I walked through dreaming about the endless possibilities of each piece of wood, that I now needed to find some help. Moments later I approached a gentleman, Ronnie, about the price of my find, and he said he would be back. It took a while, but I could see how busy they were, and I thought, oh great, here we go, I'm going to be forgotten, however, he got back with a manager, Michael, and they both couldn't have been more helpful. Even gave me a name of an exterior carpenter they recommended. Don't go there expecting immediate attention. Go there to find a specific want, or to fantasize about the beautiful paneling, stairways, wooden furniture, birdhouses, or whatever else your mind and talents can dream of building. Thanks so much Ronnie and Michael, I'll be back again to dream some more!
