The crew at the boat shed were absolutely incredible, they went above and beyond to create the perfect experience for a birthday dinner. The selection of wine is amazing with heaps of local options available and prices were reasonable. The food was delicious but selection is limited, however it is perfect for tapas/shared dining. I highly recommend you add this to your list of places to try in Lakes Entrance, especially during the warmer months as the outdoor patio is perfect!

My husband and I had lunch here today. The food was absolutely amazing and just perfect. This business is family run and they are just real foodies like ourselves. Beautiful food, local wines, amazing bar and of course the ambience is perfect. They have only been open for 6 weeks and they are going to absolutely be the place to go, if you just want a quiet coffee ,wine,cheese platter ,Tappas or a main meal this is it.

What a great find during our weekend at Lakes Entrance! We spent the perfect afternoon at the Boatshed, great choice of food, massive selection of beer, wine and spirits. Busy little place especially over the Easter weekend, but the staff still went the extra mile to make sure we were happy Great idea with the takeaway alcohol, we took a couple bottles to go, they had options you won't find at the supermarkets Nothing else like this in the area, we will surely come back!

Blending a relaxed and friendly approach with a classy atmosphere, accentuated by the gentle coastal breeze and quiet laidback contemporary tunes. Beautiful spot overlooking the water. Indoor and outdoor seating available which is perfect on a sunny day. Friendly staff. We didn't try the food this time but will be back again because it looked delicious!

This family-run restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is absolutely delicious, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The fish and chips were crispy and flavorful, and the gnocchi were the best I’ve ever had (and I’m saying this as a Swiss-Italian). The service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it - you won’t regret it!

In a very short period of time, I have been here 4 times! And have plans to return again. It is the most beautiful spot for an afternoon cocktail or wine with a trio of dips out the front overlooking the North Arm lake. And inside is just gorgeous! Really elegant. There's nothing else like this place in Lakes Entrance. It's a must visit! The food is AMAZING. The owners are super happy and friendly and want everyone to enjoy their space and have a good time; I promise you will. I can't wait to visit Lakes Entrance again and come here for dinner.

We had an amazing time dining at the Boatshed Food and Wine over the weekend! The atmosphere is gorgeous and tastefully designed, creating the perfect vibe for a relaxed evening. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home with some great conversation and laughter. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks complemented it perfectly. We especially enjoyed the new espresso martini and the old fashioned—both were fantastic! The pricing offered great value, and the experience was well worth it. We started with a few tapas to share around the table, which were a hit, followed by main courses and desserts that did not disappoint. We’ll definitely be back again!
