The original farmer's choice and the homestead farmer's choice are delicious. I liked the sausage gravy, the sausage links are better than the patties, the eggs did need some salt and pepper but that's readily available on the table to add to your own liking. The french toast is amazing.

Poor customer service. Horrible service to place a order over the phone. Way to much suggestive sales. Refuse to dine in cause my last waitress smelled like B.O. and showed obvious poor hygiene. When you do call you're put on hold immediately and lucky if they pick it up afterwards. Today i was told the menue item i ordered couldn't be sold cause of limited supplies then offered another item made with the same ingredients??????? Never going back. Its a shame cause i only live less than a 2 minute drive from this store.

My wife and I stopped for breakfast, and the meal was hideous. Old nasty black grease from the grill in my eggs, bread served as toast, and the kicker was the big gray hair cooked in my wifes pancakes. Disturbing and disgusting at the same time. This place needs a health inspector to look it over. Never have been served such slop food in my life. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BOB EVANS. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves.

The order was accurate and only 10 minutes late which wasnt bad considering short staffed. There's no excuse however for the portion size and poor quality. We received two pieces of dried up turkey over two heaping piles of dressing (load up on the cheap sides). Dessert came with our meal but we paid a $2.00 upcharge for pie and received about half of a crumbled piece. One slice off the end of a loaf of banana bread.... Quite pathetic.

Comfort food and friendly service! Rose was so pleasant to all of the customers. 😊

This restaurant has declined over the last 6 months. Cold or lukewarm food. Weak coffee. Have noticed this in all but one Bob Evans in Rio Grande, Ohio. Cleanliness has declined as well. Especially in Bridge Street area in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Awesome dining experience yesterday morning. Great new manager and plenty of food to eat. Clean bathrooms, great desserts. We will be back

I tried thier fish platter. Looked like Mrs.Paul from Kroger's freezer section. That was way over cooked. I picked the fish out of the breading because it was so over cooked.

Bob Evans is always good but like many things the prices have gone up while portion size and service have declined. On the day we were in there it wasn't very busy but you couldn't tell by the way the server was moving around.

Food was great, our server seemed unhappy, but kind. We came with a large group and the hosts were extremely rude in regard to the amount of children we had with us. Making faces, lifting their brows, looking at one another with wide eyes. It was uncomfortable and rude, It was shocking to be honest. Our last trip here we waited 2 hours for our food with zero warning that it would take so long. We won't be dining at the Waverly location again any time soon.

I was seated by a host who had to clean off a table himself since the bussers had not cleaned one. I waited over fifteen minutes for someone to take my drink order and even tried to flag down two different waitresses who ignored me. I finally got the attention of the hostess (Teresa) who was seating another couple and she personally took my drink order and dinner order. If it wasn't for her I would have given my visit one star

When we where seated they forgot to tell our waitress. Took 15 min to get our drinks. Then two tables got their food before us. When I went to ask about our food the waitress said they were about to plate it up. It took her 10 more min to bring our food out and said they where cooking the chicken. As I'm eating the chicken was hot but the rest was room temperature. So, if your waiting for chicken to cook let us know and don't put the other food on the plate.

My waitress was extremely rude the food was undercooked but still good the waitresses name was rose r if she is yours at this place please ask for a new waitresses

I would only recommend this Bob Evans location if you had a whole day to waste away waiting on an omelet. My family visited this establishment on Saturday, May 23, 2015 and waited for 2 hours for our breakfast. Only to ask for boxes to be brought out with our meal so that we could eat in the car in order to make an appointment. The cashier informed us that our waitress was in the middle of a love spat with the cook and he refused to prepare her orders!! Once I was in the car and our food was horrible I called and asked to talk to management. Only the shift leader (cashier) was there so I asked for either management or owner to contact me regarding their lack of proper customer service. It is now Friday, May 29, 2015 and still no phone call. We will not be returning!

We all know most Bob Evans to have horrible service. Well, this location is the worst one by far. When our name was called to be seated the host took us to our dirty table where we had to wait for the host to clean it off, which should've already been done. We were in a bit of a hurry so we asked our waitress if we could order our food and drinks all at once. Annette, our waitress, basically denied our request and took our drink order first and took our food order when she came back with the drinks. When one of our friends was ordering his meal, he was well aware of what the meal consisted of and our waitress questioned his meal choice, which was the sausage gravy breakfast bowl. After we were done ordering our meal came about 30-35 minutes later. Most of our food was cold, especially the eggs, and Annette totally forgot to ring up one of our meals so it caused us to stay longer than we liked. While eating our meals, another friend of mine found a long hair in his food but did not want to tell Annette because that would cause us to stay another hour. My meal, on the other hand was subpar, nothing more, nothing less. Annette was annoyed when she would ask us for refills and we would say yes. To make a long story short, I will not be returning to the Waverly Bob Evans, EVER! P.S. If I could make this rating less than one star, I most definitely would.

Sitting here for 10 minutes and have had no service. Waitress filling shakeros got me an unsweet tea. My server finally showed up and asked what I was drinking, saw I had my drink and I presume she went to get me a refill. she could've at least taken my order. I'm not a fast tester and she still hasn't returned in the time it takes to type this. and I look up and she is delivering food to another table. .........okay she took my order, but no refill on my tea....service nowadays .....okay. Meal more than made up for the service. Ordered chili , but it didn't have all the fixin's. Waited another five mins before she came to check on me. When she brought me my tab, she didn't charge me for the chili. But still it doesn't make up for the poor service.

Today they must have had a bad day. Food was good, staff friendly. When we got there the Restaurant was messy with at least 10 tables full of dirty dishes and they had to clear a table for us. It took an hour ro get a hamburger and Pot roast. When we left at least 4 of the tables that were dirty when got there were still dirty. I am visiting from the PNW and never get to have Bob Evans. I was disappointed but will always visit a Bob Evans when one ia near by.

Its Bob Evans. I have been to several locations and this particular one I have been coming to for 20 years. Its one of the most consistently good locations I have ate at in my opinion.

Have had issues with online ordering! They need to work on take out times almost every time we order we wait past the 20 minutes and they still don't have the food ready. Sometimes they even mess up the order.
