"By far the most spacious and luxurious recreational vehicles, Class A motorhomes are great for families and larger groups, since some can accommodate up to 10 people. Those who choose one of these motorhomes should be comfortable driving bus-sized vehicles and dealing with parking limitations. And if you want the luxury of a Class A vehicle without the hassle of driving it, many are available for delivery on Outdoorsy." - Travel + Leisure Editors

I got a grey wolf 26dbh about a year ago from Kathy and she was great. Helped me with everything and even answered questions later on as well for me. I give her 5 stars. Sadly the rv was lost in the hurricane September 27. Great RV. Nice and big. Loved the double doors.

Had a great experience purchasing my camper here. Our Salesman, Josh M., was very helpful and not pushy at all. We described what size camper and features we wanted, and he took his time to show us every camper they had that would suit us. Browsing the available campers with him was like shopping with a very knowledgeable buddy. The finance department worked hard to get us approved at a good rate. The mechanic who installed our weight distribution hitch thoroughly explained how they work, and how to connect the trailer to the tow vehicle. Our walk through was with a different person who took his time to explain all the systems and the dos and don'ts of owning a camper. Had an overall great experience. No pressure, no pushy sales tactics, no hidden fees.

Google
10/10 experience with Kathy, Keith, and Jordan! Super smooth, friendly, fair pricing, not pushy, and caring about their customers. I’ve bought many RVs and this was one of my top experiences at any dealership.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Coachmen Apex Ultra-Lite 300bhs from Adventure Motorhomes and this has been by far the best rv buying experience we’ve ever had. Everything from the knowledge and care of the sales and service staff to seeing the owner himself making sure that we were satisfied with our purchase personally himself. They’ve definitely earned a return customer in the future. We would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for an rv.

After an exhaustive search online, my wife and I found the perfect travel trailer for us. Only problem - it was located 9 hours away from us in Kentucky. We were a bit apprehensive, and we had some fears reading about bad experiences at other rv dealerships, and to drive so far for such risk, we decided to bite the bullet and contacted Bob Ledford's Adventure Motor Homes. Joe immediately did a video call with us to display the travel trailer and answer any questions we had. After talking with Joe, and as it would happen, our work travel schedules aligned so that a couple weeks later we drove to Greer, SC to see the camper in person. When we first arrived, we were treated like royalty. Joe and David gave us a personal overview of the camper, showing us each and every feature. They were patient, kind, and answered any questions we had. Actually the whole team really went above and beyond, and we were able to spend the night for free on the property to try out and learn about the camper's features. We really felt treated like we were buying a $1m camper instead of a $25k camper. It makes no difference to Bob Ledford's Adventure Motor Homes. They go above and beyond, from sales to parts to finance, they feel like a family-operated business that cares. I'd say to anyone on the fence about going to a dealership like we were, you will be in good hands here. God bless.

After a long search, we purchased a travel trailer from Adventure Motor Homes because the personnel are awesome and they had something better than we had hoped for at an amazing price. Our salesperson, Benji is wonderful! He is attentive, patient, professional, communicative, and outstanding in knowledge and eagerness to help us before, during, and after our purchase. Keith made the financing portion a breeze and was able to figure out how to help us with an issue that could have hindered our ability to finance currently. Joey is so knowledgeable and helpful that we were able to get all the options and accessories we wanted and needed at very competitive prices. Caleb made the walk through easy to understand and very comprehensive. Our trailer was ready for us within the timeframe we needed it, and we drove away feeling as if we had gotten more than we expected for the price. They really treat their customers extremely well, and we HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!

The staff at Bob Ledfords is amazing, after an issue with a camper we purchased they definitely made things right for us and applaud their integrity in doing so. If you are looking for your next camper this needs to be your first stop, Chad went the extra mile to help us find our forever camper and the best deal! Keith worked his magic in financing and made sure we got the best interest rate available. Kelly went out of her way to make sure the process was a great one and Todd knows all of the ins and outs of each camper there and helped answer any questions we had on our new purchase. We definitely recommend if you are looking for your forever camper to give them a call as they will treat you like family.

My wife and I are looking to get into a motorhome in the future, and Joseph was super informative. He was able to explain the differences in classes and help us identify what will fit our budget, and needs. Once we save up for our unit, Joseph will be who we buy from! If you’re in the market for a camper of any sort, that dude is the best! Not pushy. Simply informative.

Yelp
I bought my camper in September 2024, had the BEST experience at Bob Ledford's with sales and everyone involved. I got my tag from the DMV and they had sent me the wrong tag so, I called Matt and after 3 wrong tags from the SC DMV Matt handled the problem without hesitation and stayed on the situation until it was completely resolved. Thank you so much Matt for helping me with this problem in such a kind and curtious attitude. Hope you and all the staff have a Very Merry Christmas. Tammy Brock

Yelp
I purchased a 2025 Winnebago Revel RV from Bob Ledford Adventure Motorhomes. It was delivered with a depleted battery. My Mercedes app notified me two weeks after the delivery that the chassis battery was critically low. I notified my sales rep of this, and I tried to charge up the battery. The battery will not fully charge. I requested from my sales rep for someone to come and replace the depleted battery. He wanted me to drive it to his location 20 miles away to have it serviced which involves me driving there, someone following me there, dropping off the vehicle, and returning home. When the vehicle battery is replaced, I would again have to drive back to the dealership with someone to drive the other car back, pick up my vehicle and both vehicles would have to return to my home location. I was hesitant to take a chance to drive this vehicle on the interstate and the battery dying on me en-route. The vehicle would not start this morning, and I again am attempting to charge the battery. I repeated my request that they replace the battery here 20 miles from their location so that I would not risk being stranded on the interstate. They refused to do so. Another option would be to send someone to pick up the vehicle from me, put in a new battery and return it to me. Given the situation that this dealership delivered my brand-new $205,000 RV with a defective battery, they should be receptive to making it right by exercising either option.

Yelp
Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes 198 Bob Ledford Dr, Greer, SC We took our Blackseries camper there for maintenance and the service department was helpful and got us taken care off. We had a small mishap that was dealt with professionally. Their GM, Kelly called to make everything right. We appreciate supporting a family owned business and people that take care of their customers... Enjoyed working with you guys and would come back for service or to shop for an RV!

Yelp
Mar 'sell' is a good guy, he is in it for the sell but he did help us find exactly what we wanted. And finally accepted that we weren't buying extras. The finance guy is a cold fish! He walked out in the middle of a conversation. He had the attitude that he had all the money he could want. The extra mile wasn't even in his wheelhouse. The care is just gone out of 'customer care'. Kelly, the lady that finalized the paperwork, became friendly as we signed. And she saved the sell, working with us on the hitch. Be prepared to pay a little more than you expect when you sign and there maybe hiccups along the way. Your deposit is in addition to your down payment. And you may have to buy special parts. Look to Costco for batteries, Walmart for starter kits, Academy for battery boxes. Those things are cheaper elsewhere. But we love our camper. It is our first. We don't regret this decision and appreciate that we finally found exactly what we wanted at Adventure. Buy with your eyes open, have more $ than you expect to need. May you have a stress free experience!

Yelp
Our salesman Josh in the Greer, SC location is the greatest. Honest, helpful and really has our best interest. We wouldn't buy from anyone or anywhere else. The entire staff has been very helpful in the past two years since we bought our travel trailer.

Yelp
Just purchased a tiffin Allegro red from Bob Ledford's Adventure RV and I have nothing but positive things to say. Our RV was brand new. I had been looking for awhile and knew exactly what I wanted. I knew what a good price was also.! In December I found they had what I wanted and they gave me a price well below what other places quoted. They were nice from the first time I talked to them. My salesperson was Ken Brady and he was wonderful. He returned our calls right away and worked to give us a fair price. We had to wait a month to pick it up because of the holidays and we live 6 hours away. There was no pressure to hurry. When we went to pick it up there was a thorough walk thur. They spent several hours explaining everything. We didn't sign anything until we were completely satisfied. They fixed the few things that were wrong right away. We spent the night there and had full hook ups. We wanted to test everything before we left. We have bought RVs a few times and this was the best experience ever. We had a trade and they gave us a very fair trade in value also! This is a family owner business who takes care of its customers. I strongly recommend Adventure RV Don't buy any place else until you have checked here.it is well worth it! We returned to have some minor work done on our tiffin 9/6/2019. I have to say we were still treated wonderfully! They even let my husband barrow a car. They got are work done promptly. They had to order a part and it came in the next day they made a extra effort to get us in because they knew we had a 6 hour drive. I was in Red Bay talking a tiffin factory tour and over and over I heard complains about dealerships and I had to say we had none of though issues Update review for August 2024 Bob Ledford adventure Motorhome is still wonderful in every way ! We bought our tiffin motor home from Bob Ledford adventure motor homes in 2019. I was extremely impressed with them at the time. Every person we dealt with was helpful, honest and kind. We got to stay on the property because we live 5 hours away. We had to bring it back for repairs later that year and again everything was top notch. They fixed everything in a timely manner. Five years later our slide stopped working and we bought it back to them. I can not express how grateful I am to Joey Cox for all he did for us. The motor home was fixed within two weeks like promised but my husband got sick and we were unable to pick it up. We called several times and offered to pay someone to bring it home but we were told we could leave it there until he was well enough to travel. It took us 4 months to get it and they never once complained. When we finally did get there they had the RV set up so we could stay the night on their property. Jonathan took us to our RV to make sure everything was ok. The next day Joey came to check on us and helped us . adventure motor homes is a outstanding place . The people who work there are knowledgeable and caring. Everyone from the sales people all the way to the technical people they are all top notch! Thank you for being so wonderful! Yelp
We recently bought an RV from Keith Palmer at Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes. The experience was great. Due to the economic shutdown associated with Covid, there were numerous problems with even seeing an RV like we wanted. Keith found one and got us in to see it. He was great to work with in selecting the equipment we wanted, as well as working with a price for the unit. The same great attitude was present with several people we came in contact with. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.

Yelp
I might be posting this review in Oct of 2022 but we've been working with this group since July of 2021 and the service and sales group has been amazing the whole way. Special appreciation to Kathy Flowers our sales associate who has been a straight shooter and helped us order not one but two vans. Our first choice van from 7/21 was so back ordered we ordered and purchased another van. We ended up loving it so much that when the van we first ordered came in we decided to stay with the one we had and they refunded our deposit in full.

Yelp
If you are looking for a camper or motorhome. We highly recommend Bob Ledford Adventure Motor Homes in Greer. We worked with Nancy our sales rep and she was amazing. We have never had a fifth wheel before and their service guy Victor gave us a four hour instructional tour on how things work in our new rig. Twenty out of five stars.

Yelp
Took my family here to look at Class C's or cheaper A's. Got paired up with the salesman Jeff. He was nice at first bit as soon as we become a but indecisive I could tell he was annoyed. We looked at a few units and actually thought about purchasing a Sunseeker 3250dsle. He said to meet him the next day to walk through the unit. Left work early and had the family meet me. Wait for an hour only to discover he's in another state setting up for a show. That's fine I know everyone's busy. Miguel shows us a few rigs and is super nice. I talk to Jeff the next day to run some numbers and he basically calls me a moron (not in so many words)for not understanding negative equity for my trade in towards a new RV that "if I can't understand it I'm sorry but those are the numbers". He also told me "Welcome to the real world". Never have I been disrespected by a salesman like this and it completely turned me off from purchasing at Bob Ledford's at all. Or in the future. Went down the street to Sonny's RV and Cal was super nice and helpful(and respectful) Might want to audit your sales people and see how they're treating customer cause I imagine they are losing you a lot of profits.

Erica E.

Yelp
it's a amazing place to get a camper or RV but some of the employees are rude and disrespectful

Joe C.

Yelp
Purchased a Motor Home from them. Salesman nice, everyone else somewhat arrogant. Ask them to make sure the air pressure in the tires was checked and correct before we left on a 5 hour ride home. Questioned them on this, as I didn't see anyone do the job. They said, yes they checked the air pressure. We left and stopped in Hickory, NC to get gas and food. I then checked the air pressure and all six tires were over 20 lbs low. Don't trust these guys on what they say. LIARS............... Check it yourself. Let use leave in an unsafe manor. Buyers beware

Yelp
I had my RV roof replaced by Adventure Motorhomes a few years ago. After replacement, Leaks formed in each of the four the corners. And, after reviewing the root cause with the service department and GM, they stood by their work and helped me through the process of getting my roof repaired. Great follow through from the team!!

Becca S.

Yelp
We drove all the way from Maryland to bug our first travel trailer. Great price, great staff, great experience. I read reviews about people feeling ignored, NO WAY!!!! Everyone that walked passed us, greeted us, asked if they could assist. We did our deal mostly over the phone. Nothing unexpected happened upon our arrival, very honest and forthcoming staff. Josh our salesman and Jeff our technician were both very patient. The store personnel and finance staff were so helpful and pleasant. Pricing was more then fair, no inflated prices within store or for service. Process was seamless. We highly recommend.

Yelp
For starters the sales team was the easiest I had ever worked with my problem did not come until towing my new trailer home. I had them swap the equalizer hitch from my old trailer to my new one (a service I payed for). I got home and started unhooking everything and my equalizer hitch comes off. Should not of happened. I was leaving there site right by Pelham rd at 5pm busy time. If that would've come off while driving there's no telling what could've happened. So I called them back that night and asked them to come out they said first thing in the morning they would get in touch with me on how to resolve this issue. Friday goes by come Saturday I sent the salesman a message like "hey what going on with this" he was at a show that weekend and would get back with me that night. Again no response. Come Tuesday I send another message like hey if I have to do this that's fine but I want to be refunded. They said they will get back with me as soon as he can again. Finally come Thursday the first call from service comes in and wants to come out Friday. Not an issue my only request was I wanted them to bring a torque wrench so I know it is done properly this time. They said they will look up the specs and get back with me. Come Friday the guy shows up and tells me there is no torque spec for this hitch. They just tighten it to whatever and have never had issues with it before. Well I'm not okay with that you are putting my life and others at risk. I will keep you posted if anything else develops but so far no response from the dealership or service department. For reference I found torque specs online in 5-10 minutes

Yelp
No pressure! They let the RVs sell themselves! Loved this type of service! Allowed to go walk through all RVs by ourselves. Wonderful!!! This is how ALL RV and car dealers should conduct business! It's unfortunate that this is rarely the experience at most other RV dealers.

Judy M.

Yelp
We bought out 2021 16' from Bob Ledford and we received good service with Kelly during the buying process. We have had to take it for warranty for a couple small things and Barry is the best service advisor ever. He came out and fixed it himself in a short time.

Andrew R.

Yelp
We bought our first RV here. Great experience. Prices are very reasonable staff was very helpful. No one was pushy. Great first time experience. We will definitely come back one year and do an upgrade. Till now....happy camping!!!

Molly H.

Yelp
After going to numerous RV sales lots we caved and took a recommendation from our friends to drive 2 hours to Bob Ledfords. The service was awesome! Kelly was very attentive and personable. She was very patient with all of our questions :) we decided to choose a model on their lot just to stay with their service and I have absolutely no regrets! When we picked up the RV we were given a very thorough walk-through of everything we needed to know. We have never felt rushed or unimportant. Highly recommend Bob Ledfords!

Karen B.

Yelp
Initially we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Now a month after sale and trying to get some kinks fixed on a 2021 Tiffin we are just another RV with issues. Tiffin created issues and dealership never identified them prior to delivery to us. Our maiden voyage in our beautiful motor coach had some glitches. Been informed we have to wait 3-4 weeks by one person then told by another 8-12 weeks for parts. At first everyone was very apologetic but it has turned into being condescending for the most part. I am disappointed to say the least. Unable to speak with owner "he is out of town ". This is not the customer service you would expect After spending a lot of money

Michael S.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience. Lewis took the time to answer all our question. We had many questions and many trips back with more questions. They have a huge variety of motorhomes and trailers to choose from. Everyone there knows the business. Once the purchase was made, they took their time and showed us the ins and out of the unit we purchased. What a GREAT experience!!

Kelly C.

Yelp
Great experience buying our first TT! Sales people were not pushy, let us look on our own & answered all of our questions. When we picked it up, they walked through the whole trailer & explained how everything worked & how to set it up. Mr. Ledford walked by & chatted with us a bit & even took my husband to drive it & explain a few important details for newbies like us. I thought that was nice, to see the owner interacting with the customers & taking on some work-very down to earth. Financing was easy, both people who worked on that were nice...they worked with us on all our needs. Huge inventory, lots of options!

Bobby C.

Yelp
Great Experience!!! We recently purchased and traded class A motorhomes and this experience was the best I have had in the RV industry. I can honestly say it was an enjoyable experience...It started with Marcel in Sales, then Dave in the price and trade in negotiation, Jerry in Service, Tom on the lot and finally with Autumn in financing. I did not encounter anything but the highest regard for our satisfaction. If I ever buy another RV I will go back to Bob Ledford's to purchase without hesitation. We drove over 6 hours from Richmond Va and I can say that we were treated fairly on the trade in and fairly through the negotiation of the new RV. My wife and I both commented that our experience was enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for making this a positive experience.

Bruce B.

Yelp
I brought my motorhome back to get a new rear camera system installed. It took a while and Phil was nice and loaned me a vehicle so I could get some lunch. John did an excellent job installing the new system and worked with me to mount the monitor correctly. Thanks guys.

Yelp
We purchased a new travel trailer in July 2020. This past weekend ( Memorial Day weekend ) we were in NC camping. When we bought the unit it was prewired from the factory for a second AC unit, we opted for the additional unit which the dealer installed. The dealer installed unit went out on our trip this past weekend in 90+ degree heat. I called a local RV mechanic, he came right out and checked the unit out. He said the unit was poorly installed by the dealer which caused the unit to fail. I.E. Wire nuts lose, insulating tape just feel out of the unit which was causing it to pull attic air into the unit. I paid the mechanic to install a new unit, $1250.00. So now I'm trying to get reimbursed and the dealer is blowing us off stating this is a Dometic problem which is clearly not the case. Can't get anyone from service on the phone or to call back. Sales were great to deal with but the service department is a joke and could care less about you once the purchase is made.

Yelp
I am a local attorney who helped my mother get a personal injury settlement. She was going to use the money to finally buy a place of her own. She settled on a Cherokee camper from Bob Ledford's. When it was delivered they had failed to secure the kitchen island and the interior was damaged from the cabinets to the refrigerator. They indicated they would have to pull the camper back in to fix it and it has now been weeks and the parts haven't even come in yet. However, they have their money. This situation is ongoing and I will update accordingly.

Brent C.

Yelp
Purchased a Travel Trailer from Bob Ledfords in 2016 for 25k. After 4 years we wanted too change and picked out a new camper and after 4 years they wanted to give us 13k trade in value on a camper that is in excellent shape. So they sell high and then think it has no value afterwards. The retail value on old camper is 19k, very money hungry company.

Bernard K.

Yelp
Waring waring to all rv 'ers Don't stop at Bob Ledford's for repairs or advice you will be told to go away. They only work on what they actually sell (no rv in a need of any kind of service weather maintenance or emergency ).If you driving on 85 weather it North or South bypass this place and fine your service elsewhere. I was told to elsewhere even after I had been a customer for the last 8 years .I guess they only want you to buy from their over prices store .I'm told by a freind that when you purchase a new RV form them they still don't want you to return unless you buy another. So save time and money and do at they want please go elsewhere. My self and fellow RVers will accommodate them.

Josh M.

Yelp
We attended the RV show last Saturday in Greenville. We stopped by Bob Ledfords to look at some C class motorhomes. Horrible experience the lady Jennifer or something with a J was so pushy my wife felt an anxiety attack coming on. We were there to look and she kept trying to strong arm us into going over and working numbers. We came to the dealership this past week and was pleasantly surprised. The dealership is beautiful and has a lot of inventory. I didn't see that woman working and found out half the info she gave us was false. We want to purchase this spring and plan to check out camping world and Sonny's. If you want to buy from these people def. go by the actual dealership if you want correct info.

Tony W.

Yelp
Ledford's is a family business, been in the area literally for generations. Autum is the Granddaughter and current owner, I think. Very hands on, customer oriented. SHE TAKES EACH SALE PERSONALLY. My experience, not an ad. In April of 2016 we bought a new Shasta Oasis made by Forest River, a 26 ft, double bunk style. it's a mid-level priced travel trailer. All the necessary features but no "bells and whistles". Well under $20K new. We've put about 6K miles on it, no major problems partly because it's a simple, basic model. First the bad. After purchase, of course, several manufacturing defects were found. Very common on most all RV's, unfortunately. One was not fixable, a crunched fresh water tank under belly cover. It's corrugated plastic, unfixable. (FR doesn't even bother putting on covers anymore and has cheapened the newer products, in my opinion). I put a strap around it just in case it is loosened more. It's only a cosmetic issue mostly but I paid good, non-defective money for it so I expected better. Second, we had chronic slide out leaks. Almost all slides on any make/model leak, according to mine and others experiences. Found one side of the slide was not constructed and sealed properly. Took three trips back and they spent hours on it and fixed somewhat but it still leaks a bit sometimes. I guess I'll just have to stuff a rag in the corner when it rains. They said apparently FR would rather pay them $200 per hour to fix defects than doing it right the first time. Water leaks if not immediately addressed becomes RV cancer due to mold, mildew, and rot inside the walls and floor. Very common in used RVs for sale. Almost all RVs no matter how much you pay, are made the same way (check YT for a construction vid) big popsicle sticks, glue, paper, cardboard, and staples, like a third grade art project and put together about as well. They are not made to be used more than about six weeks per year without major upgrades to frame, suspension, wheels and tires, and some serious TLC. Every time you go out they are subjected to a hurricane and an earth quake at the same time and more. But I digress. Other things like winterization feature did not work, made a mess. Repaired it my self. Most things like plumbing and electrical are common and DIY fixable. The good: excellent post sale service. Just the opposite of the notorious big RV chain outlet, and I am sure you know who I am referring to. My advise: buy locally and new if possible, keep it as simple as possible so you can probably fix things yourself and upgrade equipment as you go, buy from a small but well established dealer. Once you decide on a RV, personally inspect it with a flash light underneath, inside, on top, inside each hidden panel, get salesperson to demonstrate each and every system and device. If it doesn't look right, it probably isn't. If satisfied, write down the RV serial number and after "prep" and delivery make sure the numbers match (I'm just saying...), be clear about warranty, (what dealer will do and what must be taken back to FR, (good luck with that!) before signing anything!, of course. Be aware the you will need to spent 10 percent of your RV's cost in buying accessories like sewer and water hoses, and much more. Try to negotiate a dealer percentage discount as part of the deal. Scott in service department at Ledford's is great to deal with. Be aware the your service appointment date is not necessarily your service date. You might have to wait weeks to get your RV back. Be absolutely sure that your RV is properly mated to your tow vehicle by the dealer including brake controller adjustment. Your life and the lives of others depends upon it. Tires: check the manufacture date on each tire,. RV tires are not car tires and may blow if tires are out of date and not properly cared for. "New" tires on your RV may really be old tires. Insist on actually new tires, personally check manufacture dates. Brakes: be sure to have them readjusted before your warranty expires. Brakes wear in through use and may start to brake unevenly. Lastly, invest as many hours as possible watching YouTube RV videos about do's and don'ts, others experiences, brands, products, etc. It may save you a ton of grief and money if you do so. Best of luck. Tony

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience buying a new fifth wheel camper from Adventure Homes! Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable but especially our saleman, Mike Green. He was no nonsense straight up about everything and we appreciated that so much! We didn't have a question he couldn't answer!! The service staff was also top notch. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Yelp
We pre-ordered a Tiffin Phaeton 40IH Motorhome this year before Corona hit, with delivery in early July. When it arrived, there were numerous issues we were surprised would come out of the factory. We have had to go back several times to the dealer to try to get them fixed, including a leak in the slide that still persists. Each time they keep us waiting for days in their lot, with little communication, and then barely get anything done. After constantly chasing them for a month or more, we gave up on them and tried to go directly to Tiffin, but had no luck. We also had outright hostility and nastiness from the service department when after arriving on a Sunday at our salesman's direction (after a 6 hour drive ) that they don't allow you to arrive on Sunday and tried to tell me I couldn't park there until the next morning. She did not care who told me what. This is what you get for spending as much as a house at this dealer.

Yelp
Drove over 200 miles 4 hours yesterday to look @ the 2018 Outback 240 URS you have on your lot. Very disappointing to say the least . Dealt with your sales rep. Jeff . Had seen a new window in a box in the toy hauler area that I asked him about . 1st story was dealership ordered the wrong replacement window that was fractured as he put it . Not true ! Asked him if it was one of the windows in the toy hauler area that was damaged . He said yes . Not true ! It was the dinette window . Asked him if it would be taken care of before we got there and ready to shown . He said yes . Not true ! Battery was dead so the slide was not out nor was the camper anywhere near ready to be shown as a sellable unit . Asked him when he was going to get around to having the service department replace the window . Snapped @ my wife and I and said when we sell it ! Another lie . Taking phone calls from his fishing buddy while showing us the rv . Very unprofessional to say the least !Asked if he could possibly grab a tape measure to measure the toy hauler area to make sure my 2002 Road King Classic Harley Davidson would fit . Snapped again and stated he would of liked to of known I wanted this before we came up to look @ the unit. Got a ride from an older sales rep with a mustache . Oh by the way the rv was missing beaver tail for the ramp , gaping hole covered in plastic from the window being removed, interior tore apart , trim missing by the bed , filthy dirty inside and out , and a rude , arrogant, ignorant sales rep to deal with after driving over 4 hours , over 200 miles from Wake Forest . Went to his office and questioned him about why he promised to have the window replaced and rv in good condition for us to look @ and he started yelling and screaming about he never promised any of those things ! When in fact he did ! This man has very serious anger issues . No people skills what so ever . A very poor representative of your establishment @ best . Needs to be terminated asap !!!! After we left we drove to Camping World in Fayetteville and bought a brand new 2020 Outback URS for a few thousand dollars more ! We were treated with respect and professionalism ! Imagine that ! Which by the way Jeff certianly does not posses any of these traits . My wife and I have been camping for over 26 years and have owned 8 campers . This was the worst rv dealership experience we have ever encountered!!!!!! EVERRRRRR !!!!!!! We will be sure to tell friends and family members all about this . And I'll be leaving a horrible review for you to look @ on the net that closely resembles this text message . Again terrible , horrible , ignorant , arrogant does not educate himself on the product he's selling individual . He needs professional help asap!!!!!

Yelp
Bob Ledford's has a full team of employees that work together with excellence, which made the purchase of our Surveyor travel trailer go VERY smoothly. We highly recommend our salesman, Tom Matlock, he was fun, honest, and knowledgeable. This was our first purchase of a travel trailer and we have nothing but praises to be said for Bob Ledford's and it's employees.

Yelp
We didn't actually purchase a RV from Bob Ledford, but we ALMOST did. Our salesman hardnosed a little, saying that their prices are already rock-bottom, etc etc etc... But once he saw our seriousness, a good deal was easily made. They have good inventory levels....plenty of eyecandy on the lot!! They also boast a full service bay but I did not have any service done. One small problem is that our salesman said they could "finance anyone", yet they came up shorthanded when all was said and done. The dealer was simply unable to offer even a meager loan for a young couple with impeccable credit history. Perhaps I am getting off-topic. But regardless, Bob Ledfords is a good choice for someone looking to peruse modern camper trailers. But perhaps you should arrange financing before you go.

Yelp
The most informative, helpful, and genuine staff an rv newbie could ask for. We had issues with our weight distribution hitch that we ordered off of the internet, which we ended up having to return. David gave us an awesome quote for labor and shared his opinions on which hitch would best suit our needs. Travis in parts got our hitch in quickly and was super informative. Scott the service manager got us in the shop immediately so we could get back on the road. Coty installed our hitch and shared his knowledge with us to ensure that we are traveling safely and efficiently. And of course Mr. Tom Brady for his funny jokes. Our experience was everything you could ask for and we are super grateful for their hospitality.

Yelp
I went here in January after RV show. Was helped by Tom,(nice guy) told him I'd just left Sonny's RV and what I was looking for, first thing he did was talk bad about Their products.I find that to be bad business but he's not my employee. Looked at campers,I met the owner David,(nice guy also). I didn't find what I was looking for but Tom showed me some brochures, I saw a floor plan that looked to be what we're looking for. Unfortunately it was unavailable from manufacturer which is not their fault. They called manufacturer to work on getting one. I was impressed. I had 1.5 month to buy. talked price, was given a price on the unit I was ok with, more than I want to spend but it had all I wanted. Tom said he'd call me Monday AM with Info on trying to get 1. Mon, Tues, Wed came, i got no call. Called him, was told he didn't know if they could get it. Not their fault. A week later I went to another rv show, found another unit. I text Tom bec he said he'd be there, he text back "I'm busy I'll call you back". He never called. A week later I called Tom got text again saying he'd call back. I Sent text that I was coming to look at a unit. Took a hour to get there, sent Tom text saying I was there. Waited 30 min, no response, I began speaking with salesman Jeff, told him my story, he said he'd help since I've been ignored. Told him the unit I wanted, he pulled David Ledford aside, explained my experience. David said "I ordered 2 of those & sent PO for them. (should've been told this by Tom). I said when's it arriving, said he'd find out & Jeff said "I'll call you Monday & wrote it in BIG letters on a sales sheet. Monday came, no call as promised. I called, spoke with Mr Ledford Tuesday explained I wasn't called again & not sure what's going on, he said Jeff's busy he'll call you. He finally did the next day with no news on delivery. Been 2 months I'm still shopping for a camper, sent email to Mr Ledford, never heard back, tried calling Jeff, no response, Filled out request for info online finally got call back. I seen a unit I liked online, went to dealer looked at it in person, while I was there a man came in & introduced himself as sales rep from Forrest river, said he's in charge of getting the unit I want. We spoke, he said unit will be here this week.finally!! had Autumn pull credit, gave her price I was given in Jan, she said "we"ll honor it". This was on a rainy Saturday. I'm finally getting my camper or So I thought.Monday Jeff called & said unit is gone be more than I was quoted. Classic bait and switch. Not happy. Jeff got with David to "work out a deal". I pondered for a day, called Jeff,he was with a customer, left message, next day I called again, he said he was busy, will call me back. Didn't happen. Called again 3rd time he said unit is here, I said I'll come by, he said call me when you get here. Got there, called him, he said he was with a customer he'd meet up with me to look at it, after 45 min I went inside & Jeff had customers in his office.I waited outside on a bench, he walked by 3 times before I said something and he realized who I was, he said "hey! didn't recognize you, I'm in a hurry gotta get wife's car it's been in shop for 3 weeks",he didn't take 2 minutes to stop & talk, if no one believes me Look at surveillance video, that's the moment i asked myself why the hell am I chasing someone down when I'm wanting to buy something. Figured if this is the service I get now they're gonna say the hell with me once I buy. I can only imagine how it would be when I have a issue after purchase. Prior to that I called the finance girl (Autumn) left 3 messages, never heard back, Each time was told "she's in a closing I can take a message". I understand they're busy but you can take time to return a call. My experience made me feel this dealer cares none about selling me a unit,I had to chase down 2 sales reps & I can't get in touch with people in charge. We really wanted the unit but I'm concerned about the service I'm going to get after the sale. Hope this experience opens eyes and hope it was a isolated situation.

Yelp
Super parts department with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Travis and Kreg are totally helpful and accommodating.
