Customer service at it’s LOWEST! The barista (girl , long hair) was incredibly rude . It's disappointing to see such poor customer service at a place I’ve always liked.

Slow rude server. Her attitude makes you go buy your coffee elsewhere. Just go to any other numerous coffee shops available in the location, you can get good coffee without the unnecessary unpleasant attitude.
