The worst Bob W I've been to. 1. The shower doors wouldn't close. The only way to take a shower was to hold the doors to ensure water didn't leave the shower. Also, you couldn't have the water full blast as the drain couldn't cope. 2. The room was completely different to the one we booked. After initial confusion regarding the room name, I still informed Bob W that even the name that does match -- the room looked different. Online the room was finished to a nice standard, and made best use of the room. In reality, it had stairs leading up to the bed which wasted any space the room was meant to have - creating a tiny nook to move around. The room looked very run down and has a gap where the fridge was -- a hotel room in today's world should at least have a mini fridge in my opinion. The towel was dirty prior to use, and the bedsheets had clearly not been changed since the last use. (3) The room at the end of the corridor was really bizarre. Open the entire time with explict noises being heard on multiple occasions. It made us feel very uncomfortable. 4. It had nothing inside you could want. No mini fridge, the iron leaked water, and there wasn't even Instax to use the camera. Also, there is no co-working space so if you can't even work in the hotel as there's no much space to work -- only if there is 1 of you then it's fine. The price of this hotel is the same as much better options in the area. I usually love bob W spaces but this one is a big no and I'll be staying elsewhere when I come back to Berlin.

Great accommodation and fascinating central location . Rooms were clean and quiet with real opening windows ( a big plus for me) . Two minor niggles - an Instax instant camera was provided, but no film , and only 4 coffee pods were provided. If, like us, you are staying for a few days , be sure to bring pods of your own. Otherwise a real gem of a hotel .

Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. My questions were fastly answered and the person i talked to was really really nice. The location was good and very easy to find. Figuring out how to get into your apartment was also easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We only needed somewhere to sleep, shower and breakfast, so this was almost perfect. The bathroom mirror was set back from the basin, so shaving was guesswork, and the bed was close to the wall, so no nightstand and no getting in from the side. However, it's clean, comfortable and fery well located - 2 minutes from 2 subway stations with shops and cafes on the doorstep. Would highly recommend.

Great vibe in a very central location . Check-in and out were seamless and the free locked luggage storage was a real plus .|Only 4 coffee pods were provided so make sure you bring some if you are in for a few days |Although an instant camera was provided , there was no film . A little disappointment in an otherwise great stay.

Really good value for money. The online service team is INCREDIBLE. Super responsive, helpful, friendly. I ended up staying in 2 rooms and both were cleaned really well. Location is good, walkable to 3 ubahn or sbahn stations. The neighbourhood itself doesn't have much going on so you have to venture out for things, but it felt safe at night which was important as a solo traveller. The building itself being old has its downsides, you can hear everything your neighbours do. Weirdly when the windows are closed you can't hear a thing on the street outside so the soundproofing there is great. The hot water takes a long time and the showers are tiny. For the responsiveness of the online team alone, I will check out Bobs in other cities for sure. View from a room 💖

Great, bright, airy and clean apartment with all the facilities we needed and attentive customer service. We loved that there was a free luggage room we could use prior to check in and after check out. Accessing the rooms via the app/ guest area was easy once we figured it out and we actually thought it was a clever idea...you do need Internet connection for it work. The area is quiet, and there is a shop quite close by for supplies and we went to Spree Fumee a restaurant 4 mins away on a boat that was brilliant and busy. Highly recommend we would definitely stay in another Bob W apartment.

A brilliant place to stay in a nice neighbourhood in central Berlin. A short walk from 2 U Bahn stations. Rooms are modern in design , comfortable and spacious. The service was excellent via WhatsApp and easy access to the building and rooms via an online portal. Would definitely recommend!
