​I highly recommend Bob W Mitte for a professional and comfortable stay in Berlin. The location is unbeatable for mobility and sightseeing. The entire process, especially the digital check-in, was smooth and efficient. The room comfort was superb, and the support staff was always available. The chat service provides exceptionally fast and timely assistance for any needs or questions. As a side note, the proximity to the delightful Yada Yada restaurant adds great value to the stay.

Loved the self service option to the apartment. Having our own facilities meant we could save money and make our own food if we wanted to. The contact by the virtual support was great and we loved using the hire bike option to explore the city. Everything was made easy for us. Rooms were well provided for, Neat and clean and loved the historical details. Location to restaurants, public transport and Berlin landmarks was excellent 👌

Every detail was very satisfying! First it seems simple, but i got to know there’s everything i need there. I could tell the team put so much care. Even though i didn’t meet the staff, i could feel they are always there to help us. Perfect location, abundant sunshine, cleaning, great mattress, laundry room and luggage room, effort for sustainablility etc. i liked everything. It was the best accomodation!

Excellent stay ! The hotel is clean and silent ! The location is excellent with metro stations available within 2 minutes. Plenty of food options as well nearby ! Will definitely visit again

Great accommodation and fascinating central location . Rooms were clean and quiet with real opening windows ( a big plus for me) . Two minor niggles - an Instax instant camera was provided, but no film , and only 4 coffee pods were provided. If, like us, you are staying for a few days , be sure to bring pods of your own. Otherwise a real gem of a hotel .

The room was very clean. I im a solo traveler looking for a vibrant nightlife, which this hotel could easily provide because it is next to Kitkat club and metro station. Contactless check-in, check-out out and clean building stood out to me the most. And communication deserves a 10 out of 10 Highly recommend it👌

we arived at aroud 19:30. Only then we understood that the entire hotel is digital. Following the instructions we tried to do the Check-in (without the checkin you can't enter the hotel), the Check-in didn't work. We stood outside in the cold for around half an hour, trying to reach the hotel through teleohone, SMS & Whatsup. After half an hour someone pickup the phone and bypass the check-in. Its importent to mention that while we waited other new guests of the hotel came across the same issue and waited outside (and then in the lobby) for a long long time. In the mornning I recived a messge saying that my check-out hour is 08:00 and not 11:00 (as written in BOOKING.com). We left in a hurry. I discoved afterwards that the service that performed our Check-in set our Check-out time to 08:00 by default. The room was ok with nothing to special to add. Our expiriance was complitly ruined by those issues I mentined.

Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy. My questions were fastly answered and the person i talked to was really really nice. The location was good and very easy to find. Figuring out how to get into your apartment was also easy. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
