I had an amazing stay at your Isartor location. The hotel room was clean, and extremely modern (usb c outlets, genious light switches, nice design). The customer service is so kind and helpful - they solved an issue for me of extending the room I was in without any problems. Of course it is as central as it gets, right next to SBahn Isartor, it only took me 10 min to HBF. Thanks a lot, this will definitely become my go to location for my next Munich stay!

My room was chic and clean and I really appreciated the air conditioning! All the staff I interacted with were really nice. The hotel is in a really nice area with lots to discover and excellent transport links to other parts of the city. Would recommend!

Amazing BUT..! I really like this hotel. It’s new and fresh, and rooms are small and made stylish in good materials and amenities. The location is also good very close to the old city part with lots of options for dining and shopping on your door step. BUT.. there is a night club in the same building as the hotel. Now this is my experience on a Saturday night. We were givin a room on first floor right above the club and our window was facing the outdoor seating area for the club. Windows does an amazing job actually in keeping noise out, but the bass from the club comes right thru and we were along for the party ride until 2 in the morning when it closes. This must be taken into consideration if you like to get good sleep in the weekends. All in all I would give it closer to 5 stars if it wasn’t for the boomy club right under the room.

The hotel lies about having air conditioning as the photos describes it. They said only single rooms have ac but our friends stayed at a queen bed room with air conditioning. They gave us a fan qhile the temperature inside the room was 93 degrees. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL IN SUMMER! 240€ a night for a fan.

Our room was tiny. No ventilation, no air conditioning,m. The only way to get air is to open the door to a fire escape and a very noisy courtyard with dozens of apartments that also look into it. The staff were very nice and very helpful, but they can’t fix this sort of thing.

All the staff are friendly and very helpful. When I asked about some locations such as coin laundry or supermarket, they've always been helpful and even gave me the maps to go there. Thanks a lot!

We love this hotel. Location is perfect, the design is amazing - the hotel just opened a few weeks ago. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had great fresh and locally sourced products which tasted very yummy! The hotel’s bar Terra offers great cocktails, a very tasty Mexican influenced bar food menu and great atmosphere. The design ist just amazing! We love it here and will definitely be back soon!

You'd expect with a new hotel that it would include air-conditioning, or at least some form of proper air circulation. There is a tiny fan in the bathroom and that's it. We had a room on the fifth floor, the air was stale and even with temperatures around 25C, the room felt like a BBQ. You could opt for opening the outside doors at night. But they open to the inside, and get almost fully blocked by the bed, because the rooms are really small. Furthermore you have to open the curtains, so unless you are feeling exhibitionistic towards the neighbours: avoid. There are no other windows. My recommendation in the summer months is to completely avoid this hotel. The location is really good, the room service is great. But the hotel design is awful.
