Only perk of this hotel is location: it’s a two minute walk from Isartor station. The room was teeny tiny, and we paid extra to have a courtyard view and this got us put on the first floor with entry via door to the courtyard, which didn’t feel super safe. The door to the courtyard was also coming off of its hinges, so when opened, it almost falls.
There’s no receptionist, and no human in sight who works here. We had a tv with no remote, and when we tried to call the help number, no one answered or called us back. Would’ve been nice to have a receptionist who could’ve helped us with this (or a remote in the room… we looked literally everywhere which wasn’t hard because the room was two feet by two feet). There’s also no room service.
