Bob W Munich Old Town

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment! The design is modern with a futuristic touch that really stood out – everything is stylish and thoughtfully arranged. The location is great, close to main attractions yet in a quiet area. The place was spotless, with everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Ty bob 🙏

Stayed here and was extremely disappointed. No air conditioning, middle of June was a nightmare to sleep in. Didn’t clean the room. Could only store our luggage until 4 pm. For the price, this is not worth it at all. The location is good.

The room was nice, self-check-in was a easy, and the location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Town. But, there were a few crucial things: 1. No air conditioning( fan instead, but it's not the same if it 30C outside.) 2. Balcony is listed, but it is 5cm in real life, so it's just a big window with a baluster. 3. When you open the window, since you don't have air-con the trams a runug each 10 min till night and each hour during the night. So super noise. 4. No whater glasses or cups, no fridge, no electric kettle. Everything else was good.

Wow, that was such a nice stay! The hotel looks modern and sleek from the outside, while the room had all you would expect from a luxury modern city hotel. Super stylish minimal design, comfy large bed, cool bathroom cosmetics. We knew, that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but they provided a portable fan which made our sleep very pleasant (the temperature outside was 30 degrees). Moreover, the hotel managed to surprised us with details: there was a Palaroid camera that we could use during our stay, charger for any kind of smartphones, water bottles, and a tote bag that we took with us home. There is no reception, but we checked-in smoothly and quickly. The hotel workers are always available via the phone or What'sApp if needed. I would definitely reccomend.

Very disappointed. We waited over two hours for the machine that you need to check-in on to be fixed. Traveling with a two-year-old, that made matters rather complex. We were helped only via slow WhatsApp messages, no customer service. Once we finally entered our room, we were quite frustrated to be greeted by the heavy noise from the bar below until 2am. Slept with our AirPods in to be able to get just a few hours sleep. Will definitely not be returning and would advise anyone who likes to get some sleep or service at a hotel to avoid.

Bob W Munich Old Town basically took over a former hotel named Hotello. It is located in the middle of Schwabing along a busy street. It is the standard, small Munich hotel room with none of the usual trappings of a Bob W: no “neighborhood board”, no Bob W shopping bag, no Bob W stickers or postcards, no Bob W camera. Even the water bottles are not the usual Bob W ones found in other countries. I was not expecting a kitchenette, but there isn’t even an electric kettle for boiling water. There is a bakery a few minutes’ walk away. All in all, this was an underwhelming Bob W experience.

Not far from Isartor station and it takes only 40mins by train from the airport. There are many shop, supermarket, and restaurants around the hotel. Tips : I recommended you to check-in online via the hotel link before entry the hotel since sometimes there is no staff in a front desk. After online check-in you will get the passcode for entering the hotel and others information about your room. So it’s more convenient !!

Self check in was a breeze. The gym you can access is excellent. Location is central without being too loud or touristy.
