Bob W Munich Old Town

Great location in downtown Munich - walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms were clean and modern, as was the bathroom. Only hotel we’ve stayed at during our two week Europe trip with hair conditioner! Loved the free tote though I know that feature is changing. Parking garage across the street was very convenient once we figured out to pay in the gas station! For a front desk-less hotel, was pleasantly surprised by the service and communication via WhatsApp before/during/after our stay!

Good location and modern room. Fantastic breakfast but please inform of the maximum price included in the booking. Security issues should be improved: 24h chat is ok but connected from Berlin. We had a serious problem and they couldn't call Munich police because the assistant isn't based in Munich.

A real trap of a hotel. I booked it for the promised parking, which turned out to be pure fiction—ended up paying an extra €50 for city parking over the weekend. Rooms are tiny and bare, like a budget dorm, and the “style” is nonexistent. Add a bar right underneath for late-night noise, no housekeeping, and a soulless check-in kiosk instead of a reception. Honestly, there are plenty of other places where real staff greet you, listen to you, and make you feel welcome. Slick advertising, disappointing reality—avoid this bait-and-switch at all costs.

The room was nice, self-check-in was a easy, and the location is perfect if you want to stay in the Old Town. But, there were a few crucial things: 1. No air conditioning( fan instead, but it's not the same if it 30C outside.) 2. Balcony is listed, but it is 5cm in real life, so it's just a big window with a baluster. 3. When you open the window, since you don't have air-con the trams a runug each 10 min till night and each hour during the night. So super noise. 4. No whater glasses or cups, no fridge, no electric kettle. Everything else was good.

Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, and close to Marienplatz, and right beside Isartor station. The staff were very helpful and kind, allowing to leave our luggage for a couple of hours while we sorted our train. Excellent.

Wow, that was such a nice stay! The hotel looks modern and sleek from the outside, while the room had all you would expect from a luxury modern city hotel. Super stylish minimal design, comfy large bed, cool bathroom cosmetics. We knew, that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, but they provided a portable fan which made our sleep very pleasant (the temperature outside was 30 degrees). Moreover, the hotel managed to surprised us with details: there was a Palaroid camera that we could use during our stay, charger for any kind of smartphones, water bottles, and a tote bag that we took with us home. There is no reception, but we checked-in smoothly and quickly. The hotel workers are always available via the phone or What'sApp if needed. I would definitely reccomend.

A guy helped my family check in, thank goodness. My family was exhausted from their trip, got them up to the room to see there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. Just a fan in a hidden closet. Very loud outside to have the window/ door open. I feel awful for them. It's still summer weather outside. Munchen will definitely leave a bad taste for my brother because if this hotel.

I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment! The design is modern with a futuristic touch that really stood out – everything is stylish and thoughtfully arranged. The location is great, close to main attractions yet in a quiet area. The place was spotless, with everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Ty bob 🙏
