Google
Love their horchata with boba. Super quick service, and a relatively clean story with plenty of seating

Google
The service is fast, the taste of the tapioca pearls is quite good, -The black cesame tea is underrated and almost nobody usually asks for it which is a pity because it has a unique flavor, although it has a touch of ginger a little too strong which is not for everyone. -The horchata is very good with the tapioca pearls but it doesn't have as much cinnamon as I would like. -The tea thai from this place is probably one of the best I've ever tasted and I don't understand why more people don't talk about it (I don't know if it's powder base but it felt very natural to me). -The strawberry and matcha tea is a bit sweeter but probably adapted to the tastes of San Francisco people since besides the sweet pearls and milk it has a bit more strawberry jam with sugar but it is a very delicious and unique proposal and a must try. I would love to see the black sesame with a colorful twist, because I don't think it gets the love it deserves, a great experience overall :)

Google
Small boba place, ordered lychee olong tea and was refreshing but little too sweet for my taste. The taste of sesame cookie was unique and actually it was delicious! Nice quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. Quick service!

Google
Love going to boba guys for a drink or hanging out with friends. The staff are kind and last time I accidentally spilled my drink and they gave me another without any cost and helped clean it up!

Google
This boba place didn't taste that good compared to other places like Gong Cha, Koi, etc. I tried their Classic Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls and their Muscat Oolong Tea with Pudding, it didn't taste as good as it seems. There is a long queue and it was not worth the wait after drinking their bubble tea. Nothing special with the milk tea and their Tapioca pearls were too hard like it was not cooked all the way. Staff were nice and kind at the very least. They did have stainless steel boba straws that you can buy if you are a big bubble tea drinker. Go green!

Google
Visited Bobo guys as recommended by a friend that lived in San Francisco, price was good but the drinks were okay. Lined up for about 20 minutes but once we ordered the drinks, they were made within minutes. Also inside has very little seating and will not be able to seat if you have a party with 5+ peeps.

Google
There was an issue with quality control. I added almond jelly to my order but only got a few pieces, unlike what I usually get at other Boba Guys locations.

When I visited San Francisco., my friend suggested me to try this place. Even though the line was long but the service was fast and very good. The drinks are tasty and we ordered milk bun..so delicious as well. I wish there is one like this in Miami.

Yelp
Boba Guys is the best in the game! I wish they'd expand to Sacramento, but this Bay Area chain has hands-down the best boba and drink selection. I've been to the Fillmore location a couple times now, and I've walked in and most recently ordered ahead. I like the order ahead option since there's a separate line for to-go orders, which helps with crowd control. There's seating inside, but it's somewhat limited. My favorite part about Boba Guys (besides their super cute and iconic aardvark branding) is their menu! The first time I came here, I enjoyed their mango sticky rice seasonal special. I literally dream about this drink and loved the texture from the black sticky rice, much to my own surprise! Most recently, I ordered the Caramel Matcha Latte (a returning fan favorite.) The gradient was beautiful, and the earthiness of the matcha was well complimented by the caramel. I can't wait to see what's on the menu next!

Yelp
I was excited to try Boba Guys again after having it at a NY location before, but this visit was disappointing. There was only one employee working, which meant she had no help making the drinks, so the wait was longer than expected. It wasn't her fault, but it definitely slowed things down. I ordered my usual Strawberry Matcha, but it didn't taste as good as I remembered. The matcha flavor was weak, and there wasn't much boba in the drink. For the price, I was expecting better quality and consistency. It wasn't terrible, but I left wishing I had gone somewhere else instead. Probably won't be back to this location. It's great though if you are looking for a place to sit for a while - they have seating/tables available and restrooms for customers.

Yelp
The start of the premium boba era was marked by Boba Guys! I was honestly a bit shocked the first time I tried Boba Guys. It made me realize that all the bobas I'd had until then were just loaded with sugar, not real tea flavor. That week, I ended up having Boba Guys every single day for seven days straight! Now, so much time has passed, and countless boba shops have come and gone, over and over again. But we'll never forget the feeling of discovering Boba Guys for the first time back then. I truly hope Boba Guys can reclaim the vibe they had in those early days!

Yelp
This is always one of my favorite places for strawberry matcha latte! I'm normally not a matcha person and this is the only drink I can have matcha in. It's perfectly sweet and the stacked layer of colors is aesthetic. I wish they gave a bit more boba in the drinks :( However, the straws are a bit frustrating to use since they break so easily!

Yelp
My kids love having Boba here so we decide to cater mutiple various tubs of it in some of our parties in these past years. It was a hit among our guest w/variations like multiple types of Macha styles, traditional HK styles. Sue Lee was a major help in setting up the display for our guest & everyone raved about asking where this boba is from. Lifetime now having my 1st boba ever being a boba virgin & the bubbles have been burst. Now I'm hooked.

Yelp
Strawberry matcha boba! It's my favorite milk tea in the world. I don't even get boba, just whole milk, such a delight. Don't forget it packs a nice punch of caffeine so if you drink it close to bedtime you might end up having trouble sleeping. BUT IT'S WORTH IT So many other tasty tries like the horchata or banana milk but I keep coming back to the best.

Yelp
Boba Guys I've lived in San Francisco all my life and have had boba sporadically, but actually never tried boba guys until today. I've always seen it around, but today I got to get a taste for myself. I got the Strawberry Matcha Latte w/ boba: their signature and most popular drink. Organic premium-grade matcha from Tea, choice of milk, and their house-made strawberry puree. I made sure to get less ice and sugar. The ratio of boba to drink was amazing. The boba was also some of the better boba I've had. After mixing the entire drink together, it tasted soooo good! glad to finally try this place, will be back for the other options!

Yelp
I visited this location of Boba Guys the end of 2023 and we each got an iced lychee oolong tea. The store was very modern, clean, and well-organized. As far as I could tell, the menu here is identical to those at other Boba Guys stores in SF. However, there was a much more extensive display of snacks at this one compared to the location in Union Square. The ordering process was seamless and our two drinks were prepared promptly. I'm a sucker for fruit teas so I liked my lychee oolong. However there was nothing so special about it that's encouraged me to return since last year, especially given the plethora of boba options in SF. I would stop by if I'm in the neighborhood again but I wouldn't go out of my way to grab a drink here.

Yelp
This is usually my go-to boba spot around the area because I don't really like Little Sweet. It's nice and bright typically and there's a decent amount of indoor seating. The workers are always so nice and friendly, I always enjoy my interactions with them! The drinks, while good, are not necessarily that amazing. It fulfills my basic craving for a tea drink, but doesn't leave me wanting more. Overall, an easy and good spot to swing by if you're already in the area.
google avatar

Wing Yau Y.

Yelp
Got the signature strawberry matcha latte. The strawberry puree added freshness and hint of fruity sweetness to the matcha; matcha was alright comparing to other stores that specialized in matcha drinks. Boba was chewy and flavorful. Used the self kiosk; workers were productive and organized. Surrounding was clean with a display of teas, cookies and snacks. There were also a few seating areas which was great for a group of people to hang out.

Yelp
Me and my co worker decided to come and get boba because we needed some pick me ups. It is super clean and nice at this branch. It's was not as busy as most boba guys location. We ordered the strawberry matcha latte and the hibiscus mint. Both 50% sweet, less ice. But the hibiscus mint was a bit bland. Not enough hibiscus flavor. But overall, everybody and drinks were amazing. Me and my friend also ate our lunch there. Which was super nice of the staff.

Yelp
Matcha Milk Tea So this was pretty solid boba, tea flavor good and pearls nicely done, but a little overrated and kind of overpriced for the size of the drink.
google avatar

Yelp
I took a break from Boba guys, because post pandemic the quality and service seemed to decline. Today I gave it another shot and once again am super disappointed. What was once the reigning Boba spot in the city has become a thing of the past, unfortunately. There was only one person working, the lights were off and it was dark inside and that one person was pretty miserable acting and not so personable. Not to mention my tea is not what I ordered at all, but I'm already too far to head back for a re-make.
google avatar

Yelp
I got the matcha latte with oat meal and it was quite creamy and had good matcha taste. I added boba and I absolutely love boba guy's boba! It is perfectly chewy and soft, as well as coated in honey which makes it sweet. I like that you are able to adjust the milk at no extra cost. One thing I didn't like was that the cashier did not ask me if I wanted toppings, milk alternative, sugar adjustments, ice adjustments or which size; so I ended up getting (default) small instead of large because it had slipped my mind when I was telling her all my adjustments. Otherwise the drink itself was very good! Their boba is solid and they have interesting drink flavors like banana milk. They also have a good amount of seating instead if you're looking for a nice place to hang around.

Yelp
I've had boba guys a couple times in SoCal but on a recent trip to the yay area, I knew I had to get my fix! The menu has evolved quite a bit. Kudos to Boba Guys for staying on top of the innovation game! * Hojicha Banana Milk w/Mochi (A secret menu item that gets its limelight. Roasty hojicha flavor paired with banana milk.) - okay hella banana-y. Wish it were a bit more hojicha forward but super unique. I added the mochi because I was curious and it's kinda of a trip. It's drinkable mochi so it adds this white layer to your drink and without any chewing, it creates more texture and that distinctively mochi flavor. It's almost like making something ultra creamy and milkshake-like without the dairy. Very cool but I'll probably just get boba next time haha * black sesame latte (Your choice of milk layered over housemade black sesame ginger paste. Now vegan and gluten-free.) - I am a black sesame STAN so this knocked it pit of the park for me because it was like having black sesame soup//芝麻糊 but make it less thicc and a tasty cold drink! Love that they had a decaf milk tea option for my husb!

Yelp
Great boba drinks with a wide selection of options and many ways to customize your drink. The matcha drinks are great.
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Got a pandan caramel latte and a strawberry matcha with boba. The boba was okay - not quite chewy enough but at least not mushy. Both drinks were very good - neither were too sweet. Service was quick though I did have some trouble with a discount code I thought would apply using my number (I guess not at the kiosk). Good location not too far from Jtown with some seating.

Yelp
I really want to like Boba Guys because their tapioca balls are actually really delicious, but I find that their drinks are just mediocre. I tried out the seasonal hojicha and banana milk drink and was left confused. I did not taste any banana or hojicha in the drink. It was the strangest thing having a drink that just tasted like a milk tea without the tea flavor. I probably wouldn't go again for this drink with Woori and Matcha Cafe Maiko also in the area. Service was nice, and tapioca was perfect, but taste doesn't measure up sadly.

Kaneesia Kamil C.

Yelp
Service was very fast. Could order in front or the pad on the side. Ambiance - plenty of seating inside. Saw a lot of people working on their laptops or just hanging out. Currently obsessed with their almond jelly, I just order the black milk tea with 50% sweetness and it's perfect! Friend loved their pastel paradise cloud - had a sip of it and it was fruity!!
google avatar

Yelp
Quick service! They ran out of whole milk but had many alternatives. The berry hibiscus tasted like an flavored air freshener, so it was strong. 2 drinks with boba ~ $19

Yelp
This is my wife and I's go to boba place in our neighborhood. My favorite is the rose black with oat milk, 25% sweetness. My wife likes the classic black, 75% sweetness. Pro tip- if you order in store as kiosk, you can say "no ice" for a cold drink. Love that they don't serve boba for first 30 min to ensure high quality, haven't seen that at other places (which makes you wonder if other places serve fresh boba when they first open!). Also love the chia seed topping option, when I'm not feeling like boba (or saving drink for later, I'm which case the chia seed will taste fine but boba won't last). We usually order drinks cold, but on a cold/rainy day, ordering warm with boba hits the spot. Service here is great, if you don't like your drink they will remake it so just ask!
google avatar

Yelp
New addiction = created! I grew up drinking boba and have slowly transitioned from the mango slushies I used to get to matcha. And wow... they do it well. My go to is the iced matcha with oat milk, light ice, and 25% sweetening with boba. They use such fresh and good ingredients that you can really taste. Mind you, it is really pricy for boba but I think it is totally worth it. I haven't had other boba in the city that I like as much as this and that I don't feel like is just loaded up with processed sugars. Would totally recommend!!
google avatar

Yelp
Yummy pick me up on a warm day! Self check out station, quick service, chewy boba! Clean, small seating area!
google avatar

Sharon H.

Yelp
SO GOOD. I got the ube latte and it was a good amount of sweet and ube flavor. The service was average. We ordered from a kiosk so not much interaction. It's a good spot to go with friends and grab a casual drink. Totally recommend!
google avatar

Izzie L.

Yelp
I had the Jasmine Milk Tea with 75% sugar and less ice. It's done moderately well. One thing I don't like about Boba Guys is that the tea tastes very watered down. Even though I asked for oat milk to make my drink creamier, I couldn't taste any of that oaty flavor. I liked that the drink was cold and fragrant!
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
This place has the coolest drinks that I can't find anywhere else! Walked over from Japantown to use this place as our "dessert." There are so many good options it was hard to choose! This is a premium boba shop selling for below premium prices, they are killing it in quality I'd go everyday if they had one close to me!!! BOBA was nice and SOFT and chewy as they make it fresh with a 90min process and not the quick cook version. They also literally make their own boba in Hayward and can say "made in USA" tapioca balls which is freaking cool, like how many boba stores do you know that can rep their own boba and boba factory?! Also I think they use Straus milk too which is the creme of the crop milk and is also locally found in CA too with the happiest free cows, have you seen their view in bougie Marin County? Drinks: Strawberry Matcha Latte: Holy berries this tasted amazing with the perfect blend of house made strawberry purée and premium matcha Korean Banana Milk: Got this since it sounded novel and tastes just like it says. It's literally just banana oat milk with no caffeine so kinda messed up ordering this one oops insert emoji monkey covering mouth :) maybe ask for an ape-spresso shot

Yelp
I feel I cannot say enough good things about the boba at Boba Guys. Contrary to most, I honestly feel like they know what they're doing when it comes to tea and boba. Their boba balls are indeed Grade A balls as advertised, and imo are my absolute favorite boba balls. It's chewy and never has that texture of boba that's been sitting around. Often times when I go to a boba place late in the evening, I'd notice that the boba are not as good, probably because it isn't as fresh as it was first made in the morning. That was never the case here, taste wise and texture wise their boba has always tasted like perfection. Due to their high price point which honestly isn't that far off from all boba places nowadays, I usually go with my safer options so there are a lot of their drinks that I have not tried. My go to is their jasmine green milk tea, 100% sweet (I'm wild like that hehe), whole milk with boba of course. Every time I'm more than happy with my drink and it's the perfect follow up to a heavy meal at one of the restaurants in JT. There is a wait sometimes during busy hours but there is room to wait inside as well as tables, chairs, and a couch to lounge around. I believe you can order from their Square site or whatever it was called, but I'm not sure if they still have that. Overall, great drinks, great vibes, I will definitely be back soon!!!

Yelp
First of all, the food pics for this location is inaccurate. There is no food served here -- just boba. I've been to another Boba Guys location many years ago and what I remember is that they seem to be popular but I couldn't remember anything distinctive about their drinks. Since I was in the area, I decided to refresh my memory. There at least one boba drink place at every city block now so these days, unless I find something unique, I'm not gonna be impressed. Being that it's winter, I've been in a mood for hot drinks. Hot ube is one of my favorites so how does it compare here? My drink was barely lukewarm. Unlike TrueDan drinks, there are no fresh chunks in here. The result was a sugary room temperature purple drink that had some standard bobas, which I waited 13 minutes for -- thumbs down fail! The music in here is also really loud. Our other drink iced horchata tasted like watered milk. Not worth $7

Yelp
Wasn't impressed with Boba Guys before but decided to give it another try. They're one of the OGs sure but I just hate their boba - it's chewy and all but just so flavorless. The specialty drinks are good here but the classics are very comparable to any boba spot. Easy to order on a kiosk here and there's a small seating area so those are two good things. Ube Latte with Boba - first few sips were solid as I got some ube texture and a light flavor but it kept getting more watery and watery. Less ice didn't help much and eventually I was drinking purple water. Ube is already a light flavor but it feels even more light here. Again, boba is chewy but lacks sustenance. I do like Boba Guys' Korean Banana Milk and Matcha drinks on their own, but toppings do disappoint me and I personally think the toppings are a significant part of "boba."
google avatar

Jacob M.

Yelp
Must-try: their banana milk Why visit? this is a nice spot to chill and get some work done with the free wifi and a tasty drink to enjoy - always appreciated their boba and kindness Protip: get it 25/50% sweet, most of their drinks are a little too sweet
google avatar

Julia H.

Yelp
Boba Guys is a staple of San Francisco, but not one of my go to spots. HOWEVER I had to come because they had a collab with Seventeen, one of my favorite Kpop groups!! Overall I find the drinks pretty expensive, and I'm usually not a fan of their teas themselves. The boba pearl quality is pretty great though! I got the specialty drink for the event, which aesthetically looks great! But I'm just not a big fan of butterfly pea tea so I thought the drink was just alright.
google avatar

Yelp
- order on the kiosk, pretty fast service - known for having really interesting asian inspired flavors - strawberry matcha latte is their most popular flavor, would get if it's your first time - blueberry corn milk (4/5): tastes like if you ate frosted flakes with blueberries, tiny bit thicker than your normal milk tea. it was good, but expensive ($7) and not worth the price in my opinion - almond pudding (4/5): actually has an almond flavor, but they don't give that much sadly - boba is usually inconsistent so i don't usually get it - i only really come to boba guys if i'm nearby and feel like trying something interesting. if i want a classic milk tea, i'll go elsewhere - also a little pricey
google avatar

Frank H.

Yelp
Strawberry Matcha Latte (5/5): The classic and definitely one of my favorites. I love trying their new stuff, but I find myself often coming back to this drink. The sweet strawberry jam pairs nicely with the bitter matcha. I would definitely recommend stirring the drink before sipping so you're not drinking just strawberry jam. Hojicha Latte (4/5): The hojicha provides a nice roastiness that pairs well with the brown sugar. This drink is a bit on the sweeter side compared to some of their other drinks Pandan Caramel Latte (4/5): Their new seasonal drink flavor. The pandan was noticeable but was fairly light compared to the matcha and caramel. I thought the matcha and caramel worked well and it wasn't too sweet either Almond Jelly: Whenever I come to Boba Guys, I usually order my drinks with almond jelly over boba. I really enjoy the light almond flavor and pudding like consistency it provides. The price has gone up since it's now a $1 dollar addition compared to the other toppings. This location has order by kiosk unless you need to swipe your card or pay by cash. There's some seating, and when I went on the weekend around noon, there wasn't a line. I think the prices can be a bit high for boba (7-8 dollars if you get toppings), but among the boba spots in SF, this is definitely one of my favorites.
google avatar

Yelp
I've held off on writing a review for this place because they've been wildly inconsistent. At times I will have an amazing drink. That makes me crave coming back. Then I come back, order a drink, wait around for a while, and it just taste like a watered down version when I order it at 75% sweet and less ice. This last time I came in was truly the worst Boba experience I've ever had. Ordered a dirty Horchata 75 sweet less ice. The music inside was absolutely terrible. It sounded like someone's voice message, with the N-word repeated multiple times, no beat in the background or instruments. They played 2 song like that while I waited. It was pretty crowded. The barista was nice and made sure to state exactly what I ordered before handing over the drink and ube snickerdoodle (great cookie!). This drink was supposed to have less ice. Check out this picture. 1/2 to 3/4 full of ice. Bye bye for a few months boba guys Fillmore I hope they can get a consistent & impressive product for their customers in the future.
google avatar

Yelp
I've heard a lot about Boba Guys, but I haven't gotten a chance to try it until recently. I ordered the Hong Kong Milk Tea. I didn't have high expectations because Boba Guys isn't known for their HK milk tea or anything like that. It was okay. If you're looking for an actual HK milk tea, I don't think this place is meant for that. But the drink itself wasn't too bad, but wasn't flavourful enough to taste like HK milk tea. So, I think it would be better to skip the HK milk tea and order something else from here. It's good, but I find it to be a little overpriced.

Yelp
Was so happy to try a West Coast location of Boba Guys! I had only ever been to the location at Canal St. Market (R.I.P) There was a line but it did move quickly. They had a kiosk to order from and then we waited by the counter. They do have tables to sit down but we were on our way to Oakland. I ordered the matcha strawberry and my bf ordered the dirty horchata. Definitely cured our boba craving! Can't wait to go to the new NYC location.

Yelp
On my way to my friend's apartment, I saw my sixth (yep, I'm counting them( Boba Guys location in reach, and knew it was something we needed to grab to end 2021. If you aren't already familiar with Boba Guys, have you been living under a Quickly rock? (yes, that was shade) What I love about their franchise is the consistent quality and variety of drinks available. One of my go-to drinks is either their Matcha Latte or their Brown Sugar Hojicha, both with boba of course. For non-dairy folks like myself, they offer Oatly oat milk as a substitute. At this location, you can order from the front or via a kiosk right next to the register. Ordering from the kiosk seemed like a double edged-sword. I wasn't able to modify the ice or sweetness level to my hojicha drink, so it ended up being super sweet. Furthermore, we also noticed a few people receiving their orders after us so that was a bit peculiar. Either way, it wasn't a long wait, but something we had noticed. Drink was great as always although the boba here was harder than normal. Maybe it's the fact that it was their last day of the year or that they just opened, but that aside, it was another solid drink. You can't go wrong with Boba Guys.
google avatar

Yelp
This location in particular never fails me! I got my regular order of a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk and an ube snickerdoodle cookie. They are so consistent and the staff is always super friendly. I usually come here whenever in the area and no matter the time of day ordering online or ordering in person they prepare drinks pretty quickly. The only downside to this location is parking can be tough so don't be surprised if you see a lot of double parking going on. Hopefully they bring back the cups with their logo on it.

Yelp
Me and my family first time here. Drinks are not good. The lady at cashier ignored us and kept chatting.

Yelp
"I'm looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can't-live-without-each-other love." - Sex and the City It's been a long minute since my last cup of boba. And no, it has nothing to do with Mr. Big. Yet, many of my friends on Yelp and Instagram continuously post pics of colorful and delicious cups of boba. Btw, my IG is * @eric_travel_guru * relax I don't bite lol. So of course after my lunch in Japantown... still with time on my parking meter (yeah, surprise, surprise in the City)... I decide it was a perfect time to rekindle that love affair with a cup of boba. And what better way to bromance than with the legendary Boba Guys! I've been here before but it's been so long ago I don't even recall what I had then. Story goes that Boba Guys are two nerdy guys that founded the company a decade ago. It started as a pop-up when boba was still catering to only a "certain" crowd. Ten years later boba is now mainstream and Boba Guys are all over Cali. Kudos to the guys for living the American boba dream! Upon entering I decide on getting the most popular drink on the menu. I mean I can bore you to death with my typical Milk Tea Boba, but c'mon now, it's been years since... so went with the Matcha Strawberry Latte (Almond Milk) w/ Boba. It's available in two sizes, regular or large, I decided with the regular since I just had lunch, and well, I'm not one of the 98-lb girls that can gulp like a gallon of it! The mysteries of life, right?! Lol. A group ahead of me ordering, some people to the side waiting on their orders, and another group that entered just behind me. A nice steady flow of customers. I also noticed how diverse the crowd was, unlike a decade ago. Boba is here to stay! After a short wait my order is ready. And of course I forgot to stir before the first sip, so the first sip was like a Lava Flow at a Tiki Bar lol. I then stirred it and allowed the flavors to mingle. Ahhh the perfect dessert drink after lunch. Just north of $7 after tip. In the end, I'd recommend Boba Guys to anyone craving some quality boba drinks. They also sell other drinks, coffee drinks, soft cones, and bites too. I might just try those other things the next time. Great spot for the boba aficionado to the Mr. Big just wanting a refreshing drink. And to think it all started a decade ago by two guys in a warehouse inspired to make a difference in the boba world...

Yelp
Drink: No food just drinks. Tried the matcha latte with boba and coconut milk and the boba wasn't fresh. Same as the first time I had the hojicha boba at the now closed Mission location. Ambiance: Four small tables and a bench Neighborhood: Fillmore by J-town but can be sketch, especially at night Not sure I'll be back.

Yelp
This is probably the 4th location that we've been to. Very big and has historical decor on the walls. Makes me wonder if this is the 1st location? I always try to get something new at boba guys because they don't have a crazy variety like at other boba spots. This time I tried their new black sesame with oat milk. It was very thick. I like the flavor but it felt too much. If it was half the thickness, I would've enjoyed it more.

Yelp
My family loves Boba Guys, their teas are all good and even their lattes are great! We stop here all the time for a quick drink!

Yelp
Boba Guys is probably the most popular boba shop in SF. After dinner, we made a stop here and I got the Black Sugar Hojicha ($6.00). Okkkk, this is officially my new favorite drink! I'm not usually crazy about boba, but this drink is something I'd keep coming back for.

Yelp
I got boba from here a couple of times. Their drinks are good, depending on your people's taste buds. But today, I dropped by to grab some boba after finishing ordering my boba. One of the workers was the only one working, so I went next door to grab some food. After I went back, I thought my drink would be ready. I saw the worker on her phone complaining to her manager. But four other people ahead of me were also waiting for their orders. When another customer wanted to get her attention, she continually talked on her phone and didn't seem to pay attention. She could have been more professional toward customers and could have waited until the rush hour to finish and then continued talking.

Yelp
The first time I ever visited Boba Guys was on a trip to the Bay Area from out of state. I loved it so much I ended up going 3 times during my weeklong visit. I live here now, and am still a frequent customer and Boba Guys enthusiast. Their boba is on the expensive side ($5-6 for the small) but in my opinion it is worth it because of the quality and interesting flavor options. I usually go for the Strawberry Matcha boba, which is very Instagrammable as well as tasty. Covid Note: I usually order online in advance, and pickup is now inside. This location doesn't seem to be doing any sort of indoor seating/eating at the moment.

Yelp
Stopped by for a morning boba drink and came across this place. Should have read through the more recent, low-scoring Yelp reviews because it would have saved me from wasting $9 on a terrible boba drink. They were supposed to be open and ready by 11am, but it took over 20 minutes to make a drink. When I finally got it, there was no sweetness in both the drink and/or the boba, whatsoever. It literally tasted like bland, watered-down iced tea with milk and jelly balls. All of this for $9??? I ended up throwing it away... what a waste of money. Definitely not coming back. Don't follow the over-hyped reviews and go to a mom n' pop's boba cafe, instead. You'll get better quality boba drinks for less.

Yelp
Stopped by this Boba Guys location a couple of times and have always been impressed by the quality of the drinks! |drinks| 1. HK Milk Tea w Boba: 8.5/10! Thought this was tastier than the classic milk with boba. The condensed milk adds a nice touch and makes the tea even more silky. 2. Thai Tea w Boba: 8/10! Really tasty as well! I've definitely had better Thai tea at Thai restaurants, but this one was really solid and paired nicely with the chewy boba. |summary| Overall, don't think you could ever go wrong with drinks at Boba Guys! The service is always quick and I know the workers are always willing to adjust your drink until you're satisfied.

Yelp
Boba Guys is such a reliable boba stop for me. I've visited a handful of their SF locations and their San Ramon location, and my experience at this location was just as good as the rest. I tried their seasonal Pink Pitaya drink and loved it! The drink came out in less than a minute and was both aesthetic and tasty. It was rather sweet, but I enjoyed the sweetness level. As always, it was a very pleasant experience!
