I stopped by here as it was in the area and I needed a cool drink. It wasn't busy when I went and was able to put my order in immediately. I didn't want anymore caffeine so I ordered the berry hibiscus with chia seeds. The drink was good and refreshing.

I have been here many times in the past, usually when I am in the area or if I am craving for some boba. Most of the times there is a line, since they are well known and not many boba shops are in the area. They offer many unique drinks to choose from, everything is made to order which is a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and polite where each of my visits were easy going and I had never encountered any issues. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you are looking to try something new of if you just need a refresher. I definitely will be back to tryout the other uniquely delicious drinks they have to offer.

My favorite boba place in SF, been to this store 5+ years. The drinks here are consistently great. The lines can get long, which happens a lot, but I honestly don't mind the wait. My go-to favorites are the strawberry matcha latte and the classic milk tea with boba. You'll notice the service changes a bit since they have a ton of different part-timers, but the taste of the drinks is always solid. Totally recommend it!

Real review by an Asian guy. If you have drunk real bubble tea, I do not want to recommend their bubble tea. I have drunk bubble tea from Thailand, Taiwan and Singapore. It is nothing like those from Asian countries. Plus, it is much pricier. 7 dollars for a bubble tea? It is insane. I doubt they even put milk in it. If you are just going to ignore my comment and want to try no matter what, I recommend you go with 50% or 75% sweetness.

Terrible boba and completely overpriced. The drinks were underwhelming— the boba texture was off, and the tea flavor was insipid & just wasn’t there. Their big selling point is that they use Straus milk, but honestly… so does everyone else now. It’s nothing special, and definitely not worth the premium price. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re just looking for a trendy spot with no expectations for quality.

Lovely bubble tea here. As an Asian with experience with a lot of bubble tea’s, this shop was good and tasted amazing. Service was also very fast.

Honestly I have never tasted iced tea this good in a while. I had the Strawberry Jasmine Green tea and it was REALLY good. I'm not a big fan of tapioca pearls so I care more about the drink content itself. I really recommend Strawberry Jasmine. I went a second time and got the Korean Banana Milk and it wasn't good. It didn't taste like banana milk at all. It felt like I was drinking a liquified version of a banana bread. Also, there are some crackheads that linger around the area and one even attacked my friend while she was in the store and none of the employees did anything to de-escalate the situation... which is kind of weird. They also have a sign saying they can't accept cash "due to a break in" but the sign has been up there for a while which is kind of odd? But other than that, no other problems.

It is tasteless. As someone who live in thailand for a year, I have tried many type of bubble milk tea. I like the bubble tea for under $1 at food court in bangkok. It was the best. This thing, it has so many water, it has less flavor. If you choose 100%, it is too sweet so even if you wanna try, try 75/50%. Anyway, the quality doesn’t meet my expectations.
