Was excited to try it. I was sadly disappointed, but I'm hoping to leave some critical feedback, hope they take it, give it another try, and update it if they make improvements.
First the ambience was lovely, but air was too warm and stuffy.
The cookies and baked goods are in a self-serve cabinet, many shelves low down, which my toddler immediately got into. This should not be an option, and just in general baked goods should be served in a sanitary way, not in a self-serve case. They did look good though.
But most importantly to me, the bubble tea.... I asked for "less sweet," but it was still so grossly sweet that I had to throw most of it away ($8 plus tip.)
The tapioca balls themselves were much sweeter than most I've had. They were also still warm, which I've never experienced, and too soft on the outside but too chewy on the inside. We were there early in the morning so maybe they weren't ready yet?
Anyway... please make the tea less sweet. I'll try it again and ask for "no sweet" since I think the boba will make it sweet enough anyway, but I'm concerned with their sugar level it still may be way more sweet than I'm looking for. I have had many other bobas that are far less sweet.
