Bobber on The Lake

Came here for Wood Wednesday, first time here, and I think I found my new favorite spot to come with my dog. Super dog-friendly. They actually have a real dog menu, not just the usual basics. They offer a beef or chicken rice bowl and even a peanut butter and jelly pup ice cream. My dog is allergic to chicken, and when I mentioned it, the server and kitchen were professional, kind, and careful. They made sure we were taken care of, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. Friendly service, great people, and good vibes all around. The outdoor seating is awesome with a great view. Food was on point. I really recommend the wings for an appetizer. The sandwich and BBQ were delicious, and the Brussels sprouts were tasty too. Definitely coming back.

Took my gf here for quick bite to eat we had the pick 2 meats smoked tritip and brisket. The portions were pretty small. Her friend had the pontoon platter. It was more than enough for the 3 of us. Rachel was the bartender she was delightful as always!! Also it was friday...karaoke night that starts at 7pm !!! Fun

My daughter and I decided to grab some food since we were in the area. This place popped up on Google and we decided to give it a try. If you are dining at the restaurant, parking is free for 2 hours. We dined al fresco and the patio has a view of the lake. We decided to order several menu items and enjoy our meal family style. Brussel sprouts, buffalo cauliflower and the shrimp basket, just to name a few. We were not disappointed!!! Good sized portions and very friendly service. We were there on a random Tuesday afternoon so it was chill, but on other days there is live music andhappy hour specials.

The food was great. Fresh and served with minimal waiting time. The brussels sprouts were delicious, i wish i got the larger order. I will definitely be back. The server was so sweet to me and my family, so warm and welcoming. Thank you Bobber on the Lake!

Great place for outdoor dining. For the size of group we had, food was delivered fairly quickly. I had the brisket, my husband had the aloha burger. Delicious michelada! Will definitely visit again.

Our food was good, they have a variety of appetizers. We tried a couple of different things. The drinks were not spirit forward, which is fine, I don't like strong drinks but i had to ask if there was any alcohol in the drink. 😄 Our waitress was friendly and explained that their vodka is wine based so it might not have the same taste as what I am used to. Overall, cute place, good food. We'll be back 😁

Been here at least half a dozen times now, I think under different ownership when it first opened and now with a lot of new staff recently. I really enjoy this spot because the booze and the view. With that alone I recommend giving it a try, ambiance is great. The service was good & the staff were very pleasant. So far everything that I have tried on the menu is pretty good. I was gonna stop by on a Friday and it was pretty busy with karaoke, not a bad thing, great to see a local establishment doing well and bringing locals together.

What a great spot! This bar and restaurant has everything you could want for a laid-back night out or a fun weekend hang. The food is good. The drinks are just as impressive. The staff really makes the place shine, too. Everyone is super friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you walk in. The place is also super clean, including the restrooms—which is always a huge plus in my book. One of the best parts is the outdoor area. (Perfect for summer) There’s live music on certain nights that adds a great vibe without being too loud, and the cornhole setup is perfect for kicking back with friends. Whether you’re out for dinner, drinks, or just looking to unwind outside, this spot hits the mark. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

This place has such a nice view of the lake! I love that they have live music on weekends and also play the football games. Everyone was so friendly and nice when I visited yesterday. The food and micheladas were really good as well! The Chilaquiles had a good spicy kick to them if you like spicy! The club sandwich was really good. Def need to go back to try more things on the menu.

The food was great , great brisket , tri tip & ribs . Turkey melt & Turkey BLT was great and great quality of meat ... Service is great , hospitality is great ! Ambience is casual . It's nice to sit outside when you can :)

Nice spot to have lunch by the lake. Would have great views if they moved the parking lot over a little still a nice restaurant to eat and have drinks by the lake! Date and kid friendly. Their drink menu is fun! Everything we got was good. The food menu has a lot of options. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Service is fast! I have to be honest though--this tri tip was a bad cut. We could not chew it. Also, our loaded potatoes were forgotten and came out last after we had finished our food and were scolding hot so I burnt my mouth trying to enjoy them, of course. I explained to the waitress about the tri- tip and she was accommodating. We were definitely bummed. This is a risk you take eating meat out though. We took it home and gave it to the dogs and I swear it gave our one dog farts the whole day The ribs and Brussels were great. The garlic toast was so delicious! Also, the waitress was so sweet and brought ALL their sauces and we enjoyed trying all of them with the ribs. I'd definitely go back here, even after having the bad experience with the tri tip. I'd just order something different because it's good to support local. I also don't let one bad thing ruin my experience with the restaurant. So if you've tried it and thought ehh, maybe try it again! I can see that they are really trying and I hope they keep it up!

Checked this place out tonight. The menu has a vast offer for the hungry! Had an appetizer of deep fried cauliflower and it was spicy but good, service was fast and friendly. I love that there is the outdoor seating with heaters, great view of the stars above, the lake and the lights past the lake. It was a beautiful cold night and it's my first time here! Will definitely come back. Oh, karaoke Friday was in full swing. Good for family gatherings!

I think that the servers and management are doing what they can with the staff that they have. We went with about 10 people in our party were seated promptly, but we're not helped for about 15 minutes that is because there was one server for the inside and the outside. The live music was great. The food was delicious. I do recommend this beautiful restaurant on the lake.

Love this place now that it's no longer owned by the Storm. Quality food, so yummy. Camping at the RV resort, couldn't wait to have an early dinner/late lunch. I got the smoking Clucker. Chicken perfectly cooked, fries super yummy & garlic toast was so delicious. My husband got the smoked meal with tri-tip. He thought he'd get more than 3 small pieces for $21. He did enjoy the meal. The server was super personable. And the new renovation inside was perfect. On the last night of our stay, my husband, a 20 year Navy veteran got a FREE Bobber Burger with fries, which we enjoyed back at the RV site. Another amazing meal. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

What cool place to hang out, eat great food, listen to music, watch the game on Sunday, and then walk off the beer buzz.

I am late leaving my review but a few weeks ago me, my husband and my best friend came here for brunch. We sat on the patio and Cynthia was our server and she was absolutely amazing!! She is so sweet and friendly. She also doesn't let you have an empty mimosa!! I had the chilaquiles and they were absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be coming back here a lot more.

Service was excellent the food was good. I will be back to try more things on the menu.

Visited here for the first time on Oct. 26th.We were seated at 11:30 and waited for our order for 45 minutes! I finally spoke to the mgr/owner and he went to check on it. 5 minutes later our food arrived. First order of eggs and chicken Pattys Cooked medium was disgusting, food was Lukewarm and the eggs were well done with no soft yolks. The chicken patty's were Tyson's finest frozen brand! Avocado toast was bland and weird, pickeled onions, cotija cheese and a slice of dried up toasted white bread, disgusting! Ortega melt with onion rings, needed seasoning, onion rings were tepid and one of the rings was burnt. Served on toasted bread, dry as the Mojave . I ordered the burger med. rare, came out dry and well done, tasteless. The last disaster was a smoked turkey melt, hold the siracha dressing, asked for mayo, once again dry toast and no mayo. The accompanying fries were cold and greasy.Fillings were skimpy and burnt onions too. I really feel that this place needs Gordon Ramsey or a chef trainer.Dave your money and support the good restaurants in Lake Elsinore.

Service was great, the outdoor patio was good for our pup and the food was delicious. The servers were attentive and the food did not take a long time to be served. Our pooch ordered chicken & rice from the pup menu.

Quick service. Easy parking. Great food. Love supporting local businesses There's plenty of choices on the menu. The beer is nice and cold. Great place to people watch.

First time visiting this establishment. Found it to be rustic and geared for "Lake people". The service was great and our server was Lexi. The breakfast burrito and Bobber burger were both on point! They had live music and we sat outdoors. Very reasonable pricing and again the food was excellent! If you want something completely different by a lake. Check this place out!

I've been wanting to try this spot for awhile now. Was hungry, they don't have a huge selection of vegetarian or plant-based items, so I ordered a few of their sides that I was curious about via DoorDash. Here are my thoughts... Mac n cheese- when I saw this, a couple thoughts ran through my mind. "This looks like the stuff at Panera." "This better not be like Panera's" "It sounded better than it looks" ...this was all before I dug in. After digging in...well, you can see it's more than elbow noodles tossed around in some light cheese sauce. There's a lot of good cheesiness to be had in their Mac n cheese. I would say, they have the best Mac in the city, it's up there with Chic-filas, maybe better. I like it! Hand cut fries-these are my type of fries. Kinda cold and wish they were a bigger portion. Good to know they have them so close-I usually go to Five Guys in Temecula for this type of cut and texture. With me raving so high about those, what could've went wrong-2 star means it could've been better? Tater tots-good portion, but they tasted half done. Not like one or two, but all of them. Garlic mashed potatoes-I was looking forward to this. Opened my container, took a spoon of them topped with the green onions and...it tasted sour. Nothing wrong with sour but, is it their unique recipe (does it involve vinegar or fermentation) or is this actually spoiled? I had another spoon before I went with my gut and threw it away. I think it was spoiled/bad. I had ordered my food about 30 minutes before closing, so I'm thinking maybe I got the mashed potatoes that had been sitting all day and it had gone bad after awhile. Would certainly have the Mac n cheese plus fries again, just not sure about the mashed potatoes here.

A friend and I stumbled across this restaurant because IHOP was EMPTY and we were worried... And I am SO GLAD WE DID! My food was AHMAZING! I had brisket and buffalo cauliflower bites and ZERO complaints. I don't live close and I'd go back just to eat. Our server I wish I remembered her name, made me feel like she we were friends! Just overall family vibe! To add my drink wasn't watered down! Kudos to the cook and the bartender

The Bobber had it all! Amazing staff, best bartenders, great food, terrific taco Tuesday, karaoke, live bands, cold drinks! Best times are made at The Bobber!

Food, service and vibe were amazing. Marissa was our waitress and was the absolute best. Kind,funny and attentive. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

The staff was amazing and so understanding. We had our dog with us and were starving and she's not accustomed to being out in public. She's a barker and her bark is terrible. Our server Sam was extra friendly and understanding towards our dog. She even recommended the chicken pup meal, which my dog loved. Thanks Sam for going above and beyond to make our afternoon wonderful!

This place is very special. The ambiance, the service, the food, the music, the views, all wonderful. This is the place that makes you want to come back over and over again. Lots of regulars too. Every time I come, the servers are all so nice and sweet but we especially love Ari. We'll be coming here till the day we can't. P.s. the brisket is so tender and the bacon is so crispy.

Okay... I was not sure about Bobber before I came but it was pleasantly fantastic. The food was excellent and seating was great. Service was easy and kind. Also you can bring your pups outside! Love this.

First time here, came on a date for brunch and omg the vibes and the food were amazing ! They had live music too ! Also, our waitress Cynthia was awesome !

Second time visiting this place first time we had Cynthia as our server just had appetizers and drinks she told us about the brunch and Just tried their Brunch this weekend ambience was nice with live music , food was great, will definitely go back again .

We have been in Lake Elsinore for a few years now and we finally decided to try the Bobber on the Lake restaurant and it was good. I mean the pulled pork was good but the portions were a little bit small for the price. We sat outside because it was a beautiful day. Bad choice! Once we were outside and they brought out our food the cool breeze made the meat hard and cold which made it kind of inedible. The brisket that we ordered was dry like beef jerky!! The taste was good and it would have been better if we sat inside. The onion rings were good and my hubby got the coleslaw which he said was just ok. Not much flavor to it. Because we chose to sit outside and the wind kind of ruined the meal, we decided that we would give them another try and this time we would sit inside so that our meal doesn't get cold like that again. There is a lot more on the menu that I would like to try. So I'm sure we will give it another try. The service was great! Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The restaurant looked nice and clean too! They even have outside games for the kiddos to play! So If you're ever in the Neighborhood of Lake Elsinore Ca and are looking for a good burger or bbq place to eat at then you might want to give this place a try. We will give it another chance soon! I'm sure it will be a better experience . Update; My family and I decided to go check out the open mic live band they had on Sunday. It was awesome how many artists played that day. We had a few drinks too. I had the bomb pop slushy which was bomb!! My husband had the strawberry lemonade, slushy, unfortunately, I can't remember what my daughter ordered, but it was some kind of watermelon shot and a margarita. I believe. They were very good. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Staff is nice. The place is overated, overpriced. It is basically a fast food outlet , the food is barely ok, served in a basket, no ustensiles. You have the choice of sitting inside, loud annoying music or outside on the patio, furnished with a large fan that make noise. Tables are dirty includings bird s dropping, seat are also provide with bird s dropping. Check it out for yourself. Regards Yvon Couvrette

A DEFINITE MUST for food & drinks!!! The new management, new restaurants buildout are absolutely amazing, then you add the food menu & drinks... We haven't been here in a couple of years due to the previous owners . My Dad was visiting and we knew it was under new management so we decided to go. And BOY ARE WE GLAD WE DID!! The food was amazing, the drinks are bomb (Coconut Kiss ) and not 22oz but 32oz beers , the BBQ is insaaaaane! It reminds me of home (TX)!! (Never going back to Jack's) My husband and I went back the next day...it's THAT GOOD!! If you haven't gone to The Bobber...you're truly missing out!!

We had a great time. It is a friendly, casual restaurant on Lake Elsinore. The service is good and the food is tasty as well. Very affordable beer prices. Unfortunately, they only have wine based cocktails as of now, but they are pretty good. We tried the chili dog and chicken salad. They were both as expected, their ranch is delicious. There is a nice breeze that comes off the lake in early summer and plenty of shade. They have fun, themed dinners during the week and live music sometimes on the weekend. We will be back.

A group of friends and I went on Saturday to help our friends birthday and had an amazing experience! This was the 2nd time ive been here and both times I had no complaints. Our waitress Kim was so sweet and attentive, I hope i get her next time we go, food was great as always as well. If you haven't been to this gem I suggest you give it a try

The service was quick, thorough, and friendly, and stayed that way for the entire time of my visit, which was a little over 2 hours. No Corona, but they have Pacifico and it was cold. There water and ice tea is very good as well. I shared the Pontoon Platter that included a quesadilla, chicken wings with choice of sauce - we had the Bourbon Barbecue sauce, or Bourbon {something}, crispy french fries, crispy onion rings, and celery sticks, and we requested Ranch dressing. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The location is nice and relaxing. They also had a hard rock band playing that night, Ground Zero; they were really good, and know how to play their instruments. Great night all around!

HUGE THANK YOU to the owner and staff of The Bobber for accommodating us on such short notice! We had a brunch party of 35 and service and food was speedy and delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The gentleman playing live music was great as well. Pulled pork chilaquiles were a hit but so were the turkey clubs and pancakes. Mango Michelada was the best!!

This restaurant is located inside the RV resort park but is open to the public. It has a total vacation vibe going on and is completely casual outdoor dining. Hubby and I checked it out on Saturday over the Labor Day weekend around 330-430pm. It took us a few minutes to figure out how to order. It was a bit disorganized, and it wasn't busy when we came in (2-3 tables with customers). The servers were visible and actively serving, but no one offered a greeting or any sort of assistance. Hubby and I ended up seating ourselves, and he essentially had to flag someone down at the register to get menus. I noticed, as the time went on, new customers coming in had the same initial experience we had figuring out how to order and just seating themselves. The servers were absolutely no help to new customers coming in. The establishment could've just posted a sign or two explaining what to do, but the only signs they had up said, "No outside drinks allowed." Once you do get settled in, the atmosphere is actually quite nice and very enjoyable. The food was hot and satisfying. The beer battered fries were easily the best part of the meal. It was definitely my favorite, and it comes with every meal. I don't know why I ordered a BLT sandwich, but I did, and it was that. It wasn't bad. There's nothing else to say. Hubby ordered a bacon burger with cheese and an extra order of campfire fires (basically chili cheese fries) because I ate his fries. Overall, we had a good experience, and as long as you're at a table, the servers are actually friendly.

We came back again because the food is really good. This time around the service was a lot better. Our server took our orders in a timely manner and recommended some dishes. The food came out in a timely manner. Since we sat outside this time the one man band was awesome! Definitely would recommend and we will be coming back.

We visited this restaurant 5 years ago. It was beyond awful. Under new management the food has greatly improved. Our server Monique was very attentive and wonderful. We will be back.

location is great ..the food is slightly better than fast food however with restaurant prices. The drinks are very good I'll be back from drinks and atmosphere

Our 'Cruise 395' Facebook group rolled in with our classic cars came into the Launch Pointe, about 30 strong and our waitresses, Jessica and Cynthia didn't skip a beat! Super attentive, friendly and just AWESOME! Can't wait to come back!

Valentine's Dinner with my love was exceptional . . . . Smoked Chicken and Smoked Prime Rib with Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Brussels sprouts, absolutely delightful. Creme Brûlée & Champagne. I made last-minute reservations without realizing how outstanding dinner would be. If any of you are seeking a great place to dine, consider The Bobber, located at The Landing Zone. Ambiance was great. We went 2'days after Christmas. It was nice and cold outside. We sat next to a heater. Beautiful view of the lake. Food was amazing. I ordered the pulled pork and loaded mashed potatoes and my husband ordered the burger w the pulled pork on it w a side of mac and cheese. Pork was super juicy and had wonderful flavor. Didn't have any weird pieces in it either. Mashed potatoes were great too. Tasted home made for sure. Ranch dressing was nice and thick too. The good stuff. The burger was super good and the meat was nice and moist. The Mac and cheese was great too. Will definitely be going back.

This place is perfect! Everything you want for food, service, atmosphere! The outdoor area is so cool! Enjoy a world class burger, watch the lake and boats, and tons of space for the kids to run around. Pets welcome!! Ari was our server and she was lovely!!! She was soooo sweet with our rescue dog. Highly recommend and will be back, hopefully soon!

Went there yesterday for the first time. The music was a little loud, but the food was bomb diggity! Nice, clean place. Great location. We'll be back!

Cynthia is amazing! She is always attentive to make sure you are good. Food was great, price was decent for the amount of food and out waitress was amazing! We will give it another chance soon! I'm sure it will be a better experience .

We loved watching people dive bomb at karaoke, that's always fun and entertaining. We got a bucket of beer at a reasonable price. Nice local establishment. Our waitress forgot about us and we hardly saw her. We ordered the onion rings and it tasted like bananas, not too good. Probably won't go back.

*in response to the owners reply: I understand, however, it was not crowded, and the service was terrible. Our server brought our food without napkins on the table, condiments, in addition to our food being wrong. The drink we ordered were in kid's size cups. I had to sip slowly because o knew I would be a while before our server came back . There were only 3 of us. Sorry of this sounds rude, but if you were expecting a larger crowd, I would think it would be appropriate to have ample staff. Great learning opportunity, I hope. The 2 stars are for the location, only. My friend raved about this place but I was sadly disappointed. We ordered 2 hamburgers, no tomatoes. We got 2 cheeseburgers, both with tomatoes. My other friend ordered chicken nuggets, and you couldn't tell between their nuggets and McDonald's! Most places will bring out the condiments before, however, our food started getting cold. Definitely didn't live up to my expectations.

Never been to Lake Elsinore even though I live in Ontario. I came to see some live music, The Dead End Friends at the Bobber on The Lake. We were pleasantly surprised at the location and food selection. Service was fast and friendly. The food was good, and so were the mixed drinks. I will come back! The band was great too.
