Yelp
This was probably one of the worst food experiences I've had, if I'm being honest. I was excited to find a place I hadn't heard of and which wasn't a chain, and walking into the restaurant, the vibe was nice -- it did actually remind me of walking into a bar in the Caribbean, and it was well decorated. However, the niceties stopped there. I ordered the lobster mac and cheese, which was a sick joke. Described on the menu as having lobster and crab, and while probably true on a technicality, it was filled with what I'll call "sheets" of meat. Picture crab sticks, unrolled -- that was the majority of the meat. Then there were small lumps of what appeared to be lobster, but they had the same mushy texture as fake crab. So yeah -- there probably is some lobster and crab in that, but it's seemingly just pulverized fish mac and cheese. Please, do yourself a favor and skip it. It's not often I leave a meal unfinished, but I ate less than half; I just couldn't handle it. The breadsticks it was served with were the saving grace; they had a slight crispness to the outside while being very soft on the inside.
I also ordered a cup of the jerk chicken soup; it was perfectly edible, but it mostly just tasted like chicken noodle with a bit of pepper thrown in. It definitely didn't have any jerk flavor to it.
My wife ordered the mahi mahi, and similar in experience to others who ordered it and left reviews, it was dry, shriveled, and flavorless. Maybe had it been "served with jerk sauce" as advertised it would have been a bit more tolerable. And funny enough, she commented that the rice was pretty good -- another trend I saw in reviews.
Finally, while service was friendly, it was pretty inattentive. We were one of only two tables in the establishment, and our two meals were served to the opposite person, and *after* the bill was handed to us I was asked if I wanted a refill on my soda. No, I wanted it long before, to help wash down the joke of a pasta.
tl;dr: pass on this place.
