Ordered Bobby’s via delivery. I can only speak for the food. The pulled pork was good, not great. It lacked a Smokey taste that it is preferred. The Mac and baked beans serviceable. The coleslaw had ZERO taste. The sauce was decent. Standard buns. I’ll try it again, but maybe something else.

Pictured is a half pound of pork ribs and a half pound of brisket. While I feel it's a tab expensive for what you get($30 worth in the photo w/out tip), it was excellent! The restaurant is VERY busy at lunch and has a long line inside, but my group found a table large enough on the back patio(heated in winter) which worked out perfectly. The 3 employees were quick and friendly as well. I would come back, 5/5🌟!!

By far, the best barbecue in South Carolina! The brisket was perfectly cooked and the side were amazing (I tried collard greens, potato casserole and corn pudding). Everyone who works there is super friendly! I will definitely be back.

Stumbled upon the this wonderful place in my travels. If you are seeking traditional bbq come to Bobby. Prepare to wait a few minutes but it is worth it. The greens are the best I have ever tasted. I forgot to mention the jalapeño sausage had to perfect amount of heat that does not hide the smoke flavor.

Been several times and from the food to the employees and the atmosphere, all amazing!! They make you feel like family when you walk in and if they catch you outside parking, they’re making sure they welcome you in! Love this place and cannot wait to go back! Brisket tacos, ten star rating, delish! Sausage, awesome! Banana pudding, homemade deliciousness! We drive about an hour just for this place, well worth the drive.

A BBQ Haven in Simpsonville – A Local Gem If you’re craving delicious, locally made BBQ, this spot in Simpsonville is a must-visit. It’s a cozy restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying great food with friends or family. While it’s not a huge space, the outdoor covered patio is a fantastic touch, especially with heaters to keep you warm even on colder days. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and informative. The two guys up front did a great job explaining the menu, which was super helpful for a first-timer. As for the food, it was everything you’d want from a BBQ joint. I couldn’t resist trying the brisket (I’m a big fan), and it did not disappoint. The pork rib plate was another standout—juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. The ribs came with two sides, and I chose mac and cheese and sweet potato crunch—both excellent. I also had Ellie’s baked beans because no BBQ meal feels complete without beans, and they were flavorful and hearty. For first-timers, they even offered a small cup of banana pudding—a creamy and delightful dessert that left a lasting impression. The food was fantastic, and the service made it even better. This is the kind of local restaurant you want to support, with a focus on quality BBQ, friendly service, and thoughtful touches. If you’re in Simpsonville, don’t miss out!

First time trying this, Customer service by the owner himself was amazing. Part of our order was missing and he not only went out of his way to deliver it but he threw in extras and even a dessert. He was so kind and genuinely cares about his customers from these actions alone. Not to mention the food is AMAZING. Ribs falling off the bone, thick Mac n cheese, perfect sweet potato crunch, and the pulled pork is just wonderful. I was most happy about the fact they were so kind though. That’s hard to come by honestly. Can’t wait to eat here more😍

Our first time eating at Bobby’s BBQ and it did not disappoint! The food was excellent, the staff was super friendly and we can’t wait to return. I loved the pulled pork tacos and my wife thought the BBQ ribs were very tasty. Sides of Mac n Cheese, baked beans and sweet potato casserole were also wonderful. The place looks like a roadside shack, but don’t let that fool you - we’ve had 12 Bones in Asheville many times and this place holds their own with the best of them.
