Bobo Burgers & Café (Roma Norte)

So popular. Thank goodness we got there early enough and only waited about 5 minutes in line around 9am on a Friday . Everything we ate - the sandwiches, pancakes, chilaquiles were delicious. And, reasonably priced especially the coffee. Service wasn’t smiley but it was fast.

Shake who? Bobo burgers are fantastic, you can taste the quality of the meat, produce is incredibly fresh and their house sauce is solid and not overpowering. Definitely get the double as the single can be on the smaller side. Ordered a side salad which was fantastic. Their Negronis are up to par. Definitely worth visiting and coming back. Ask for Alejandra to be your server; kind, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.

I love the vibe here and the two problems are the food takes forever to come to the table. I was here at 8:15 am on a Friday ! Lol also I asked for milk and she gave me a tiny shot glass of milk so it's like I have to pay more for something .... I don't get it ! And I needed butter for my toast and when I finally got it it was too late. The bacon as perfect! I liked the giant pancake I had last time here .....: Great place

Tried Bobo Burgers recently — the curly fries and Oklahoma-style smash burger were amazing 🤤 I went early on a weekend evening (around 7 PM) and waited less than 10 minutes to get a table, which was quick. Service felt a bit slow, but honestly the delicious food made up for it. We sat outside, and there were people coming by trying to sell things or asking for money, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great!

This is my third time coming to bobos. Breakfast and for late night dinner. Honestly it’s so worth it to come for either times. We waited maybe 15-20 mins for a table but just wish they would expand. Every time I’m in mexico I always crave breakfast food especially PANCAKES 😻😻. Also we did get chilaquiles and the english breakfast muffin and ughh so so yummy. Really yummy and I recommend it. This is a great breakfast spot that know how to do breakfast! Also many people try to skip the line to beat that 12:30 mark and the pancakes (since they start to serve burgers later in the day. The hostess and everyone working did not allow that.. Thankfully!

Food is delicious. And thank goodness the food is so good because service is borderline terrible. It took so long to get asked what we were going to order and then things would come out staggered with so much time in between that one person's food would get cold. Multiple things were forgotten on the order and even though we asked for it, the things never came. I thought maybe they hadn't added it to the order but it was on the receipt. Ambiance is great. Did I say the food was great? Hopefully they fix whatever is making them have such chaotic service.

Wow! The pancakes are absolutely unmatched. I’m not sure what magic is happening in that kitchen, but whatever it is—please don’t stop! Everything was amazing. Unfortunately, I had to step away briefly for a meeting, and by the time I returned my food had cooled. That said, the few bites I had while it was warm—and even the bites I had once it was cold—were still delicious. Definitely worth the wait!

We had the most incredible experience here. our waiter Joshua was so patient, kind and attentive. We also got free drinks as we waited in line. Food and drinks were so delicious and everything is customizable.
