Bobo Chinese Restaurant

We received a quart of beef lo mein with one tiny piece of beef in it. That was sad and then we never got our wonton soup we ordered.

Could take a credit card debit card over the phone. But wouldn't!! I wanted to buy my parents chinese from where the wanted and it's close to their house! But. They gave me a incoherent excuse why! So in I drove 20 miles to pay the bill so my parents could pick it up. And don't get me wrong. I was just at my parents 4 hours before them treating them to lunch at the local diner. Not the first time I've bought them food from there. The woman at the front is constantly rude.

It's not the best Chinese place I've been to but it isn't a bad place by any means. Portions are large for the money. The chicken was well cooked but the sauce flavors didn't really pop (General Tso). The egg roll was a little dry like the pork was over cooked. The rice was more like a sticky rice than a steamed rice.

Had a medium sized reddish colored hair in my food.

Ordered sesame chicken with different sauce and chicken with mixed vegetables, 2egg rolls and an extra pint rice my total was $38.52. Customer service was very rude because I asked for kung poa sauce instead of sesame sauce. The man taking my order didn’t let me finish my order and went away and I said I wasn’t done I wanted 2 egg rolls and extra rice. They were very unfriendly and I forgot to ask for hot chili oil and when I went back inside to ask for it they completely ignored me for a little bit then charged me a dollar for it ( no big deal but have never been charged) never said thank you and we we got home to eat it was sooooo salty my sister couldn’t even eat. Never will go back again

Food is always great and prepared quickly. One of the few places that actually makes my General Tso Chicken extra spicy like I ask for. Most places say okay, than give you their regular preparation. Employees are friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

The past 3 times we got food from here it was terrible! The egg rolls were soooo over cooked. You couldn't even bite them. They were so dark " burnt" . The food was all over cooked. The chicken was so dry and HARD! The pepper steak was all peppers and onions with only a few small pieces of steak.

I called 4 times and went to a full vm box. Just because I was calling from a 239 area code they chose to not pick up my call yet my friend called standing right next to me from a 315 area code and they picked up on the 3rd ring. I realize Central Square sucks and probably doesn’t get many out of the area visitors but this is ridiculous.

I love the food it's always good when I go. The service is quick and when you call ahead it only takes about 20 minutes sometimes quicker. The inside of the restaurant is nice and they have seats to offer if you're waiting a minute for your food.

got egg foo young and sweet sour chicken. the chicken tasted old. pulled crust off and it was dried out. the sauce for the egg foo young is supposed to be a light brown gravy ours was dark like soy sauce. I've tried their soups once and they were terrible. I couldn't ever fix the taste. over all terrible food. will never go back.

No dining in here, take out only. My son introduced me to my new favorite Chinese entree, Mapo Tofu. I tried it from Bobo's and it is amazing. Small, silky cubes of tofu in a lightly spicy sauce, just a hint of sweetness. Perfect with the white rice. The sesame chicken was very good too, crispy and not swimming in sauce..comes with broccoli, perfectly cooked. Their egg rolls however are like most egg rolls I find everywhere now(sadly). Small, essentially only cabbage and no flavor. While I like to add some duck sauce, that shouldn't be it's only flavor

They make THE BEST chicken broccoli! The owners are friendly too. You won't go wrong ordering from here!

Haven't ate here in a while, but each time I have, it was absolutely tasty! Never had any issues.

This isn't my favorite Chinese restaurant nor is it my least favorite. The quality of the food is very high and the restaurant itself is very clean. I have ordered the sesame chicken multiple times and it is consistently tasty. Downfall: I wish they delivered

I'm a big fan of Chinese food and Bo-Bo's gives you a great meal for your money. I've eaten there quite often over the years and was never let down. Always clean & very friendly.

I order from here about once a month. I've never had a bad experience! The food is so fresh and very tasty! Highly recommend Bo-bo's!

I have been in the area a few years now and sampled many other Chinese restaurants! I find this place to be ok.

Operators were very friendly and happy. Food was very good, fresh and fast. Most impressive was thief immaculate kitchen.

Great food. Fast service. I ordered shrimp with snow peas and wanted a combo meal. It wasn't offered as a combo but they gave it to me anyway. I replaced the rice with lo mein for an additional charge. The egg rolls are great. I would recommend this place.

I ordered from there business tonight, gave my cell number that ewas home charging on counter. picked up order and my husband has to have special meal. They made totally wrong order and he was starving so I had him pick out what he could eat. I called and they said they called my cell and were told to make a chicken and veg instead of chick w/snowpea. I told the girl no one was home so how can someone tell you what to make. she then talked to the girl in the back and said that was what happened. no apology, remake or refund. I told them they are done as they cannot get the order correct. The wonton soup I order also had no flavor. very disappointing.

Food could have a little more flavor to it but other then that we always get fast great service. The egg rolls are super yummy!

I ordered the beef and mixed vegetables this evening, and there was barely any beef in the order; it was mostly bok choy. We typically order from Lin Li's, and it is always excellent. I called to let them know about the order. The staff told me that this was incorrect, and I wasn't telling the truth. I let her know I wasn't looking for anything in return, and didn't offer an apology. The staff didn't seem to care that a customer wasn't satisfied what so ever. I would advise to stay away based on customer service and quality of food.

They are rude and refuse to alter the orders in any way. The food is undercooked and missing key ingredients. I am less than impressed.
