I just completed a bread baking course with Nina, and I’m absolutely blown away by everything I learned. She’s a true expert, with a wealth of knowledge on sourcing grains, and her techniques were incredible. The bread she makes is hands down the best I’ve had in New Jersey, it's the closest to the European-style bread I’m used to. The cheese tasting and selection of meats and dairy were fantastic too. I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in artisan baking or quality, authentic food!
