Bobo's Cafe

Had lunch at Bobo’s Café. The quesadilla was okay, but the matcha latte was extremely sweet — it tasted like someone had added triple the usual amount of sugar. I told the barista it was impossible to drink and even gave it back, saying I was sorry but I couldn’t drink it. He just replied, “That’s how we make it,” and refused to remake it. I left really disappointed.

First time here and they had a great assortment of sandwiches, pastries, coffees, and other food items. We tried their iced vanilla and white chocolate mocha lattes and their yogurt parfait. Daughter tried the Irma’s quesadilla and it was delicious!

I used to like bobos. It has disappointed consistently recently. An over medium egg should not be pouring out of the sandwich. The past four visits, my sandwich/wrap has been covered in either the yolk from the egg, OR the hot honey from the chips, safe to say without reform, I will not be returning, much better options on the same street.

I had such a wonderful experience at this bakery! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is welcoming, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The pastries are fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommended!

Large, modern cafe with tons of seating inside and a wall of glass looking out onto the street and several tables outside. There's a bit of a sterile feel to the place. The coffee was excellent but not super hot. The croissant was good. Service was fast and super friendly.

A nice surprise… I had a cappuccino and cafe was really perfect, good quality. Sandwich was tasty and had as a side dish sweet potatoes Service very polite and helpful. A busy place, a keeper of a cafe place.

When my friend and I stopped in for lunch, we weren't sure of the ordering procedure. Instead of being dismissive, the girl at the counter was so helpful. She guided us through our order, and then we sat down to await our food. I had the bacon & tomato grilled cheese on sourdough, and my friend had the BLT. Both were scrumptious. Both sandwiches came with a side of chips drizzled with hot honey. In all, a pleasant experience, worth the calories and the price. I will definitely eat there again. Parking there at noon is a bear, though.

I just paid $30 for an absolute nightmare of a turkey sandwich, 2 donuts and a Macha tea with "light ice" aka 90% ice. The person who made the sandwich should feel bad. It was so poorly made, I'm in genuine disbelief that they were happy with the effort put into this sandwich. The apple cider donuts were solid though. Hence 2 stars.

Nice place : good, healthy food selection. Staff is pleasant and smiley ( Thank you Annabel) . Music is at a good level, it's clean. They serve your dish in a cute plate (which is great) BUT they give you plastic disposables forks and knives ! It cost them the 5th star !

Quick service and excellent value. Lots of items in the grab and go and choices to customize. Food is very well priced for the amount you get, especially compared to other places in the area. Daughter got the waffle with fruit and it was only $8. It was giant and loaded with fruit.

They take their food and coffee seriously here. It's always busy for a reason, but they have enough staff to handle it and they move fast; I've never waited more than a few minutes. Plus, they do gluten free really well. I just had an amazing gf breakfast sandwich and very good latte.

The food here was wonderful! Also have to give a special shout out to the smoothies and açaí bowls-might be on if the best ones I've had! We had sandwiches on this occasion as well, and they were delicious. The honey drizzle on the potato chips was a nice touch! The employees were very friendly although ordering seemed a bit disorganized and it took a long time for us to get our food. The line was basically out the door when we arrived to order, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just extremely busy. Plenty of seating inside and outside of the restaurant, and it was clean. Happy to say the food was worth the wait though!

We stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It was busy but they were efficient at getting orders out to everyone. We ordered coffees and breakfast sandwiches. I saw that they had a cooler case with prepared overnight oats, energy bites, and yogurts, etc. They also have an assortment of delicious baked goods such as muffins and cookies. I had an iced mocha which was good, pretty standard, but good. My breakfast sandwich was just okay for me. It was egg, arugula, and tomato on a chibatta roll. For me, I think the roll should have been toasted and maybe buttered for serving. It was just a plain roll. My husband liked his breakfast wrap. It was again, standard, but good. It's a clean place, cute inside, and definitely has a lot of items to offer. We'd like to come back to try lunch one day.

The restaurant changed their menu. Awful new menu .... Just stick to what works and what's good

A nice place to have a cup of coffee, a healthy affordable meal like a $10 breakfast bowl with eggs, sweet potatoes, and cheese, and take notes or meet with people. So why not 5 stars? Because I am drinking cold coffee in a paper cup. Why not mugs and cheap refills? Take a clue from the nearby Starbucks.

I really want to like this place. I really do. Why isn't it good? Yes, I do ask too much of life and yes, I'm a little whiny bitch but I truly hate the food here. I'm sorry to this cafe.

I love the green ice tea at Bobo's. The salads, breakfast sandwiches and wraps are delicious. There are lots of baked goods to choose from. The people at the Ridgefield location are what really make it a great experience. Everyone is always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I often stop in during the week when they open and their employees are my favorite anywhere!

PLEASE make the "gluten free" notice bigger than a tiny "gf" on your baked goods. Wasted money on a cardboard scone today. Just hideous.

Delicious acai smoothie, which leads me to believe their smoothie bowls should be awesome. Also had a grilled cheese with barbecued meat and a side of chips with honey. It was good but the smoothie surpassed it. Really modern and spacious look inside with outside seating as well. This seems to be a popular place with limited parking on site, so plan on parking the next plaza over and walking to it.

Rey nice spot and lots of good choices. Coffee is very good. Had an excellent grilled cheese with bacon and tomato, it came with chips drizzled with some honey type glaze that I didn't care for. will be back.

I don't know why or how I could have waited this long to finally try this place out! Everything I ordered was SO good. Since it was my first time there I had no clue what to order but they were super helpful with giving me suggestions on what to order. The Heritage wrap was amazing, the hot honey on the chips is literally the best thing ever and will now be putting hot honey on my chips from here on out! Lol I also ordered the Jean Claude smoothie- also amazing! And got a chocolate chip scone to save for later. I can't say enough good things from the food to the service. My only single recommendation and request is to PLEASE open a location in Stamford! LOL

This place is always hopping for brunch. It is perfect for breakfast and lunch. The food is so delicious and comes out fairly fast even during a rush. The waffles dish is huge! especially if you add whipped cream and fruit! The avocado toast is more like a avocado mash and like a less flavor guacamole, but still so good. The coffee is always so good and the chai is different but not bad! The easy take out part is perfect for if you are running to go somwhere. They have overnight oats, açai bowls and more. Definitely recommend going if you haven't already!

Love Bobo's! They do a great business- can be hard to find parking. I love their sandwiches, salads (chicken, tuna, egg), smoothies and more. The prices are not too bad and it is consistent with the food. They have a good amount of seating inside too which is nice.

Food is just good, fresh Interesting and delicious. Considering the area and the quality of food, pricing is good too.

Ambiance - when dogs are brought to food counter should we be concerned about dog hair in food?Pastries are on counter. It was bad enough when folks put bags and purses on counter. No one's concerned about germs anymore?? Some servers are excellent.

Such a cool spot! I got a dirty chai and a Number One. Both we're soo good. the only thing I didn't love was the croissant. It felt very bread like rather than light and fluffy. The servers there are super friendly and nice. Can't wait to go back.

Great breakfast items, but extremely expensive. Some of the items warrant this price, but some seem made from frozen (although very good), but a bit expensive. Staff is friendly.

A welcome addition to town, particularly for a quick "lunch grab." Kawa-Ni (essentially pulled pork) is terrific; various iterations of Avocado Toast are well done, too. Only quibble: not sure I'm a big fan of the hot honey on various chips...chips get awfully sticky and the overall flavor profile ends up being quite sweet.

Good for dine-in or takeout. Spacious for spreading out. Food was good and prepared quickly. Need more beverage options, but otherwise I'd a great place to meet up with friends for a quick bite.

Soooooo good! Maria the barista is a family favorite-best cappuccinos in town! I adore the Pack Bowl with added avocado-my kids like everything!

Not a ton of parking but if you can snag a spot this is a great place to grab breakfast or lunch. All the food is super fresh and the staff is really friendly - service is always FAST. Great place to bring your laptop if you need to study or work, as well.

Fabulous addition to Ridgefield. Love having this place to pop into for a quick, fresh bite. The staff is so kind, the owner is very hands on (in a good way!), and the food is always delicious. The Acai bowls and avocado toasts are my favorite. The kids adore the baked goods best- of course. And we regularly keep their homemade granola in our house. Yum! Highly recommend a visit, just be warned that there isn't much parking, so be prepared to circle the lot a couple times or park elsewhere and walk over during busier times.

I found this place about a year ago and now every time I go to Ridgefield I stop in. They have such a diverse menu of muffins sandwiches and pastries. Today I got their cranberry muffin which was absolutely outstanding! I will definitely return soon. The staff is also so welcoming!

Inventive, fresh breakfast sandwiches. Wish it were closer so we could return more frequently, but we happened upon this place and it was a treat; we weren't disappointed.

Such a wonderful little spot to grab a bite. The menu is very diverse, healthy and delicious. They have some pre-made items that are also delicious! Plenty of seating inside and out. Also, the staff is fabulous, especially the gentleman that always seems to be behind the counter (among doing many other things); he brightens up the place with his friendliness! I am so grateful to have this great cafe in our town!

This has very quickly become my go-to spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. The menu is creative and I've never had a bad meal...the staff is also incredibly friendly and service is top notch. They also have the very best gluten free bread in town..made on the premises. If you have a Gluten allergy like I do places like this are absolute gold.

I have never written a review, but I have to say that I will be naming my first born bobo. This place has never missed, not once. Their açaí bowls are on another level, and their peanut butter is like nothing i've ever had before. Every time I come in I am bombarded with amazing vibes. I really love how they sell their food packaged, such as the peanut butter and the overnight oats. I got offered a free sample and it was the best thing I have ever tasted. Everyone who works here is amazing and seems so kind. Biiiiig bobo's fan

fast service and amazing food. the fresh smoothies, acai bowls, and sandwiches are all so good, but they also have easy premade stuff. i had the chia seed pudding and chocolate mouse which was delicious. we were also served a free dessert! 100% recommend
