I was seated very quickly upon arrival, which was a great start. Boca Baco offers both an open-air dining area where you can enjoy the beautiful Nicaraguan weather and an air-conditioned indoor space, which was also very comfortable. I chose to sit in the open area to take in the lovely temperature and atmosphere, and it did not disappoint.
My server was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the menu, making ordering easy. I started with the Carpaccio de Salmón, which was absolutely delicious . I loved it and finished it right away. I also ordered the Boca Baco Roll. I don’t usually go for larger rolls, but I made an exception and it was very tasty; I ate the entire thing.
For dessert, I had the parfait of the day, which had a cookie center with a cheesecake-style fruit filling. I don’t normally like cheesecake, but this dessert was so unique and delicious that I finished every bite. I would definitely order it again.
Everyone was kind, the servers were excellent, and the food came out in a timely manner. Another great bonus is the location…it’s just a short walk from Hotel Plaza Colón.
My entire meal, including tip, came out to around $41 USD, which felt like great value for the quality and experience.
Highly recommend and would absolutely return.
