Boca Baco

Had a lovely dinner here with attentive table service. Recommendations were fantastic, we even tried the Flor De Cana 25 year old with ice and without. Very interesting and tasty experience. A lovely gorgonzola with mushrooms on toast to share, crispy chicken curry with the most delicious passion fruit dressing on the salad, and a seafood plate with just a tad too much salt but still very yummy. All in all so good. Left feeling very satisfied.

We came here a couple of weeks ago, and after traveling very rurally since then, we returned to Granada today — and this was the meal that really stood out from our last visit, both for the food and the service. The sushi is amazing, the gyōzas were excellent, and the shrimp cocktail was delicious. You can really tell this is a high-standard kitchen with great attention to quality. Osmar and the whole staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service made the experience even better. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic 10 out of 10! The meat was tender and melts in your mouth. The fish was fresh and the sauce was addicting. Sushi was equally delicious. Also probably the best gin cocktail I’ve had. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and you can definitely take pictures for your social media. The waiter was friendly and helpful, he also spoke Spanish and English. He recommended all the food and drinks. This is a must visit spot.

I was seated very quickly upon arrival, which was a great start. Boca Baco offers both an open-air dining area where you can enjoy the beautiful Nicaraguan weather and an air-conditioned indoor space, which was also very comfortable. I chose to sit in the open area to take in the lovely temperature and atmosphere, and it did not disappoint. My server was extremely kind and very knowledgeable about the menu, making ordering easy. I started with the Carpaccio de Salmón, which was absolutely delicious . I loved it and finished it right away. I also ordered the Boca Baco Roll. I don’t usually go for larger rolls, but I made an exception and it was very tasty; I ate the entire thing. For dessert, I had the parfait of the day, which had a cookie center with a cheesecake-style fruit filling. I don’t normally like cheesecake, but this dessert was so unique and delicious that I finished every bite. I would definitely order it again. Everyone was kind, the servers were excellent, and the food came out in a timely manner. Another great bonus is the location…it’s just a short walk from Hotel Plaza Colón. My entire meal, including tip, came out to around $41 USD, which felt like great value for the quality and experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

We had the most AMAZING dinner at Boca tonight! The watermelon gin has to be one of the best cocktails I've ever had. We started with the spicy tuna roll and the rainbow roll and then shared the CHURRASCO. Everything was impressive. Gabriel was our server and he was equally impressive. We plan to go back at the end of our trip to try the octopus!

We had a wonderful dining experience at Boca Baco! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Gabriel, was sweet, friendly personality and attentive service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this spot for great food and excellent hospitality! We had the fried shrimp, Boca baco sushi and the medallion steak.

Excellent food, service and location. We enjoyed our night at Boca Baco so much! Shared some sushi, the white house wine and cocktails after. We were greatly taken care of, thanks to the amazing staff ❤️ Would highly recommend this place!

The best meal we had in Granada. Recommend the beef carpaccio, the sausage platter and their rum flamed steak. I won't dox a point for this but dessert can be better.
