We only spent one night at this wonderful place, but it left a great impression. We stayed in a double cabin – it was a bit worn, but spacious and comfortable. The mattress was wrapped in plastic to protect it from moisture, which made turning over a bit noisy during the night. However, the cabin had mosquito nets on the windows, so no bugs got in, which we really appreciated.
Before arriving, I had read quite a few negative reviews about the restaurant, so I was a bit hesitant, especially as I prefer not to eat meat. We arrived just in time for dinner, which was buffet-style. To my surprise, there were fresh salads, salsa, rice, and a chickpea stew – all made with fresh ingredients and very tasty. For breakfast, we had vegetarian burritos. They were okay, nothing special, but definitely decent.
The park itself was absolutely stunning, with several hiking trails to explore. And the best adventure of all was the zipline! There were multiple lines of different lengths, and it was such a breathtaking experience to fly above the jungle. Truly unforgettable.
