I purchased the Oxford bed on September 2021 in Greece. The delivery was made 3 months later and the headboard was wrong (wrong model, size, material). After many calls to the Greek franchise office and communications with the Danish office which never gave an answer, I was told, and I agreed, that I will receive the correct headboard 3 months later(!) (on March 2022). Now, after my call to ask where is the headboard I was told that it is not sent and is not even ready and that I need to wait more. As a long-term customer of your furniture, I'm extremely surprised by the customer service, the arrogance and the indifference you treat the issue and your clients. The only positive thing is the representatives of your furniture in Greece who were willing to help and solve the issue, as always. Of course, I asked for a refund. Sorry, I cannot recommend you any longer and of course I will not be your client, I rather put my money somewhere else.
