Excellent design, superb good in-store service and hassle-free delivery and attentive delivery staff. Love this brand and the store!

We had an outstanding experience at the Bo Concept store in Copenhagen, thanks to Corina’s exceptional service. She guided us through the couch options, explaining the materials and fabrics in detail, making the selection process seamless. Corina also introduced us to some stunning paintings, which we ended up purchasing after our visit. Her knowledge, patience, and eye for design truly made a difference. Thank you so much, Corina!

I purchased the Oxford bed on September 2021 in Greece. The delivery was made 3 months later and the headboard was wrong (wrong model, size, material). After many calls to the Greek franchise office and communications with the Danish office which never gave an answer, I was told, and I agreed, that I will receive the correct headboard 3 months later(!) (on March 2022). Now, after my call to ask where is the headboard I was told that it is not sent and is not even ready and that I need to wait more. As a long-term customer of your furniture, I'm extremely surprised by the customer service, the arrogance and the indifference you treat the issue and your clients. The only positive thing is the representatives of your furniture in Greece who were willing to help and solve the issue, as always. Of course, I asked for a refund. Sorry, I cannot recommend you any longer and of course I will not be your client, I rather put my money somewhere else.

Not open Sunday, despite listed as so on Google. Do better.

Sometimes when you walk into a store, the staff doesn't know what they talk about, and their explanations are very superficial. They guy that I talked to today knew everything about the different designs, fabrics and origin of products. That's the kinda person you want to buy from!

The quality of the furniture is superb, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The newer location isn’t as large as the previous one in Vesterbro but there is still a lot on display.

Super Professional, both when you purchase and in the delivery, the builders were amazing. I couldn't be more happy for their work.

Their stuff generally look good. But everything seems to be a copy of something else and quality is not the highest.
