BoConcept Finchley Road London

I used BoConcept's design service with Nathalie Dalgaard to decide on a solution to my lounge area. She used the measurements to come up with a digital layout and presented the plans from several different angles. This made it much easier to decide and feel confident that it would suit the space. I had swatches of the fabric to take home and decide on a colour scheme. I went with a contemporary Modena corner sofa and a rectangular ottoman that can be used in a versatile way to add seating. I also chose a leather round ottoman and coffee table that fit together. I've been back to pick up some cushions to complement the look. The service has been great throughout, including the delivery team and I am delighted with my living room.

My experience started badly but was completely rescued by the professionalism and perseverance of Nathalie from Bo-Concept Finchley Road. I had bought 12 dining chairs and a dining table, as well as several other high value items from you when undertaking a refurbishment. To my great disappointment one of the dining chairs broke and I was told that this chair had now been discontinued (maybe because of the design fault?) and nothing could be done. As I regularly use all 12 chairs, this left me in a catastrophic situation, as any replacement chair would clearly not match. It was at this stage that I started to deal with Nathalie and after sending photographs and explaining the situation, she worked tirelessly to find a solution. Eventually, after making many phone calls, speaking to Denmark etc etc, she was able to find an ex-display chair of the same style in storage somewhere. She arranged for this to be delivered to my home and for one of the Bo-Concept technicians to fit my broken chair's legs on the replacement chair (as the replacement chair had different style legs). At all contact points Nathalie went out of her way to be reassuring, helpful and efficient. She could quite easily have just told me that nothing could be done and left me as a highly frustrated and negative now ex-customer but she chose to go over and above and find a way of making a resolution, whilst ensuring I remained on-board as a happy customer going forwards. Bravo and thank you Nathalie.

Excellent customer service! Bart helped me so much with my living room furniture and spent nearly three hours with me to choose the right furniture. I can’t say how grateful I’m for the service that Bart has provided last Sunday for me. He is so knowledgeable and patient and kind person! I had a great experience at BoConcept last visit!!! I have to say this is the best customer service in any shop I've received for years. Natalie was just superb, so helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. She helped me customise items, view them in 3D and make great recommendations. I would highly recommend paying a visit. You won't be disappointed.

BoConcept Finchley Road is one of my favourite places to buy furniture from, but also just to come in, browse through the shop and see what they have. Their range of products and prices works for any pocket, and they offer “affordable luxury”. The service and the team working there are outstanding. They are truly committed to accommodating the needs of the clients, finding a solution that works for you, and giving expert advice. Their primary motivation is to help you get what you want, not sell. A big shout out to the store manager Bart, who was one the first people I interacted with at the shop, and who has always been exceptional in all of our dealings, very friendly, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable, and always going the extra mile to help! I’m very impressed with his approach and generally with the “concept of BoConcept” – a lot of businesses should follow their example how to offer good value for money and appreciate your customers!

I only came in for a trio of on sale tea lights I saw in the window and the service received was amazing. The two gentlemen were incredibly friendly and welcoming as I was a little intimated at first by the stock as I wasn’t looking for large furnishings. I was put at ease by the two gents who served me. My goods were wrapped up as if I’d spend a lot more money than I had. Beautiful selection of goods and would recommend anyone to come who is in the market for new/ as good as new items at a reduced cost. Lovely sofas. All displays very nicely. Thanks again-! :)
